本发明属于脱模光亮剂技术领域,具体涉及一种微乳脱模光亮剂。
背景技术
现今,针对日常茶具及相关杯具的清洗,一般是使用手动的毛刷杆或海绵杆进行手动清洗,其通常是一边冲水一边进行手动的刷洗,这种方式虽然直接,但其清洗效率慢,花费的时间较长;同时,这种方式容易在清洗过程中出现部分位置漏洗的情况,导致清洗不全面,从而对日常茶具在使用后难以实现全面快速的清洁。
目前,专利号为CN101406928A的发明专利公开了有机硅微乳脱模剂及其制备方法,它由如下组份组成:二甲基环硅氧烷20-35%,烷基三乙氧基硅烷3-7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-6%,乙二胺四乙酸0.1-0.5%,十二烷基苯磺酸4-8%,去离子水50-70%,各百分比均为重量百分比,各组分之和为百分之百,PH值为中性。有机硅微乳脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:①.在均质机中加入二甲基环硅氧烷20-35%,烷基三乙氧基硅烷3-7%,乙二胺四乙酸0.1-0.5%,去离子水25-35%,投入作为催化剂的十二烷基苯磺酸2-4%,调整PH值至5-7,加入乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3%,在速度为2800转/分钟,压力为40-50mpa的条件下,均质20-50分钟,制成均质预制体乳液待用;②.在反应釜中加入去离子水25-35%,加入乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3%,加入催化剂十二烷基苯磺酸2-4%,升温度至80"C土1C,将均质后预制体乳液滴加至反应釜中,加入时间为1小时,保温3-4小时,冷却至45C,调PH值至中性,即得有机硅微乳脱模剂,其中各百分比均为重量百分比,各组分之和为百分之百。其以有机硅中间体为原料主体,安全无毒,但该脱模剂无法除去停留在模具表面的油污、氧化及未氧化的表面杂质,不能保持模具的光泽度,成品表面有毛刺,降低了成品的质感。
因此,针对上述脱模剂不能增加成品表面光泽度的问题,亟需得到解决,以改善脱模剂的使用场景。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂旨在解决现有技术下无法除去停留在模具表面的油污、氧化及未氧化的表面杂质,不能保持模具的光泽度,成品表面有毛刺,降低了成品质感的技术问题。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂包括如下重量份的组分:石蜡50-200份、硅油100-200份、乳化剂50-80份、硼砂100-150份、玻璃粉200-300份、表面活性剂70-150份、碱剂10-30份、尼泊金乙酯10-30、去离子水60-100份、消泡剂30-50、混合共聚物100-200份、聚合烯烃50-100份、糖精钠80-160份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇30-60份、硫酸铜30-60份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠10-30份;
混合共聚物中含有季戊四醇1-3重量份、硬脂酸3-9重量份、丙烯酸1-3重量份、顺丁烯二酸酐2-5重量份;
其步骤如下:
步骤一:将季戊四醇、硬脂酸和丙烯酸按比例放入反应釜中进行酯化反应,分别于65℃、70℃和75℃下,反应10分钟,然后在80℃下反应1.5-2H,得到聚氨酯,然后往聚氨酯中加入顺丁烯二酸酐共聚,得到混合共聚物;
步骤二:碱剂中加入去离子水,得到溶液备用,往混合共聚物中加入溶液和乳化剂,以180转/分钟的转速,搅拌1个小时,得到混合物一;
步骤三:把石蜡、硅油和乳化剂放入恒温水浴锅中,在60-80℃下,将原料熔化,将熔化后的原料放入搅拌机内,并加入硼砂和玻璃粉,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物二;
步骤四:将糖精钠、乙氧基化丁炔二醇、硫酸铜、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、表面活性剂、尼泊金乙酯、去离子水、聚合烯烃放入另一搅拌机内,并加热至80-90℃,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物三。
步骤五:待混合物三温度与混合物二温度基本保持一致时,将混合物三慢慢加入混合物二中,以200转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时后,加入消泡剂和混合物一,然后以180转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌1个小时,最后以150转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌半个小时,得到成品。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的脱模光亮剂采用硅油和石蜡为主料,硅油具有耐热性、电绝缘性、耐候性、疏水性、生理惰性和较小的表面张力,此外还具有低的粘温系数、较高的抗压缩性、有的品种还具有耐辐射的性能,因此使脱模光亮剂具有较好的脱模效果,并且保证了成品的光泽度,利用硼砂用以净化成品表面,保障成品的整洁性,且硼砂具有一定的抑菌作用,可以防止脱模光亮剂变质,提高脱模光亮剂的使用寿命,通过添加玻璃粉,可增加脱模光亮剂的硬度和韧度,提高脱模光亮剂的抗刮伤性能,从而便于成品更好的脱模,通过消泡剂的设计,有效减少脱模光亮剂中的气泡,通过将糖精钠、乙氧基化丁炔二醇、硫酸铜和十二烷基苯硫酸钠,可以除去停留在成品表面的油污、氧化及未氧化的表面杂质,保持成品和模具的洁净、光泽度、色牢度,提高了成品的质感。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明具体实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,以进一步阐述本发明,显然,所描述的具体实施方式仅仅是本发明的一部分实施方式,而不是全部的样式。
实施例1
本具体实施方式是微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂包括如下重量份的组分:石蜡150份、硅油100份、乳化剂50份、硼砂130份、玻璃粉200份、表面活性剂80份、碱剂10份、尼泊金乙酯30、去离子水80份、消泡剂30、混合共聚物120份、聚合烯烃80份、糖精钠160份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇50份、硫酸铜50份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠10份;
混合共聚物中含有季戊四醇2重量份、硬脂酸6重量份、丙烯酸2重量份、顺丁烯二酸酐3重量份;
其步骤如下:
步骤一:将季戊四醇2份、硬脂酸6份和丙烯酸2份放入反应釜中进行酯化反应,分别于65℃、70℃和75℃下,反应10分钟,然后在80℃下反应1.5-2H,得到聚氨酯,然后往聚氨酯中加入顺丁烯二酸酐共聚3份,得到混合共聚物;
步骤二:碱剂10份中加入去离子水20份,得到溶液备用,往混合共聚物中加入溶液和乳化剂15份,以180转/分钟的转速,搅拌1个小时,得到混合物一;
步骤三:把石蜡150份、硅油100份和乳化剂35份放入恒温水浴锅中,在60-80℃下,将原料熔化,将熔化后的原料放入搅拌机内,并加入硼砂130份和玻璃粉200份,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物二;
步骤四:将糖精钠160份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇50份、硫酸铜50份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠10份、表面活性剂80份、尼泊金乙酯30份、去离子水60份、聚合烯烃80份放入另一搅拌机内,并加热至80-90℃,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物三。
步骤五:待混合物三温度与混合物二温度基本保持一致时,将混合物三慢慢加入混合物二中,以200转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时后,加入消泡剂30份和混合物一,然后以180转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌1个小时,最后以150转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌半个小时,得到成品。
进一步的,碱剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、原硅酸钠、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠—原硅酸钠、氢氧化钠-硅酸钠中的任一种。
进一步的,石蜡为微晶石蜡、液体石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、半精炼石蜡、氯化石蜡中的任一种或多种。
进一步的,硅油为氨基改性硅油、环氧基改性硅油、聚醚改性硅油、羧基改性硅油、醇羧基改性硅油、酚羧基改性硅油、巯改性硅油。
进一步的,消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂,表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
实施例2
本具体实施方式是微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂包括如下重量份的组分:石蜡180份、硅油120份、乳化剂80份、硼砂120份、玻璃粉250份、表面活性剂100份、碱剂10份、尼泊金乙酯10、去离子水60份、消泡剂40、混合共聚物150份、聚合烯烃50份、糖精钠120份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇60份、硫酸铜40份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠20份;
混合共聚物中含有季戊四醇2重量份、硬脂酸6重量份、丙烯酸2重量份、顺丁烯二酸酐3重量份;
其步骤如下:
步骤一:将季戊四醇1份、硬脂酸3份和丙烯酸1份放入反应釜中进行酯化反应,分别于65℃、70℃和75℃下,反应10分钟,然后在80℃下反应1.5-2H,得到聚氨酯,然后往聚氨酯中加入顺丁烯二酸酐共聚2份,得到混合共聚物;
步骤二:碱剂10份中加入去离子水20份,得到溶液备用,往混合共聚物中加入溶液和乳化剂25份,以180转/分钟的转速,搅拌1个小时,得到混合物一;
步骤三:把石蜡180份、硅油120份和乳化剂55份放入恒温水浴锅中,在60-80℃下,将原料熔化,将熔化后的原料放入搅拌机内,并加入硼砂120份和玻璃粉250份,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物二;
步骤四:将糖精钠120份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇60份、硫酸铜40份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠20份、表面活性剂100份、尼泊金乙酯10份、去离子水40份、聚合烯烃50份放入另一搅拌机内,并加热至80-90℃,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物三。
步骤五:待混合物三温度与混合物二温度基本保持一致时,将混合物三慢慢加入混合物二中,以200转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时后,加入消泡剂40份和混合物一,然后以180转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌1个小时,最后以150转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌半个小时,得到成品。
进一步的,碱剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、原硅酸钠、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠—原硅酸钠、氢氧化钠-硅酸钠中的任一种。
进一步的,石蜡为微晶石蜡、液体石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、半精炼石蜡、氯化石蜡中的任一种或多种。
进一步的,硅油为氨基改性硅油、环氧基改性硅油、聚醚改性硅油、羧基改性硅油、醇羧基改性硅油、酚羧基改性硅油、巯改性硅油。

实施例3
本具体实施方式是微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂包括如下重量份的组分:石蜡180份、硅油180份、乳化剂80份、硼砂130份、玻璃粉220份、表面活性剂130份、碱剂15份、尼泊金乙酯15、去离子水100份、消泡剂40、混合共聚物150份、聚合烯烃90份、糖精钠130份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇50份、硫酸铜40份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠20份;
混合共聚物中含有季戊四醇2重量份、硬脂酸6重量份、丙烯酸2重量份、顺丁烯二酸酐3重量份;
其步骤如下:
步骤一:将季戊四醇2份、硬脂酸6份和丙烯酸2份放入反应釜中进行酯化反应,分别于65℃、70℃和75℃下,反应10分钟,然后在80℃下反应1.5-2H,得到聚氨酯,然后往聚氨酯中加入顺丁烯二酸酐共聚3份,得到混合共聚物;
步骤二:碱剂15份中加入去离子水30份,得到溶液备用,往混合共聚物中加入溶液和乳化剂20份,以180转/分钟的转速,搅拌1个小时,得到混合物一;
步骤三:把石蜡180份、硅油180份和乳化剂60份放入恒温水浴锅中,在60-80℃下,将原料熔化,将熔化后的原料放入搅拌机内,并加入硼砂130份和玻璃粉220份,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物二;
步骤四:将糖精钠130份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇50份、硫酸铜40份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠20份、表面活性剂130份、尼泊金乙酯15份、去离子水70份、聚合烯烃90份放入另一搅拌机内,并加热至80-90℃,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物三。
步骤五:待混合物三温度与混合物二温度基本保持一致时,将混合物三慢慢加入混合物二中,以200转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时后,加入消泡剂40份和混合物一,然后以180转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌1个小时,最后以150转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌半个小时,得到成品。

通过实施例3所得的成品颜色通透、无杂质、无刺激性气味,同时表面不含气泡,涂抹在模具内后,脱模后的成品表面光滑、有光泽,且无毛刺。

Claims (3)

1.一种微乳脱模光亮剂,该脱模光亮剂由如下重量份的组分组成:石蜡50-200份、硅油100-200份、乳化剂50-80份、硼砂100-150份、玻璃粉200-300份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠70-150份、碱剂10-30份、尼泊金乙酯10-30、去离子水60-100份、聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂30-50、混合共聚物100-200份、聚合烯烃50-100份、糖精钠80-160份、乙氧基化丁炔二醇30-60份、硫酸铜30-60份、十二烷基苯硫酸钠10-30份;
混合共聚物中含有季戊四醇1-3重量份、硬脂酸3-9重量份、丙烯酸1-3重量份、顺丁烯二酸酐2-5重量份;
其制备方法如下:
步骤一:将季戊四醇、硬脂酸和丙烯酸按比例放入反应釜中进行酯化反应,分别于65℃、70℃和75℃下,反应10分钟,然后在80℃下反应1.5-2H,得到聚氨酯,然后往聚氨酯中加入顺丁烯二酸酐共聚,得到混合共聚物;
步骤二:碱剂中加入去离子水,得到溶液备用,往混合共聚物中加入溶液和乳化剂,以180转/分钟的转速,搅拌1个小时,得到混合物一;
步骤三:把石蜡、硅油和乳化剂放入恒温水浴锅中,在60-80℃下,将原料熔化,将熔化后的原料放入搅拌机内,并加入硼砂和玻璃粉,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物二;
步骤四:将糖精钠、乙氧基化丁炔二醇、硫酸铜、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、尼泊金乙酯、去离子水、聚合烯烃放入另一搅拌机内,并加热至80-90℃,以150转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时,得到混合物三;
步骤五:待混合物三温度与混合物二温度基本保持一致时,将混合物三慢慢加入混合物二中,以200转/分钟的转速,搅拌半个小时后,加入聚醚改性有机硅型消泡剂和混合物一,然后以180转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌1个小时,最后以150转/分钟的转速,继续搅拌半个小时,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微乳脱模光亮剂,其特征在于,所述碱剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、原硅酸钠、硅酸钠、氢氧化钠—原硅酸钠、氢氧化钠-硅酸钠中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微乳脱模光亮剂,其特征在于,所述石蜡为微晶石蜡、液体石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、半精炼石蜡、氯化石蜡中的任一种或多种。
