the raw materials in the preparation process comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum resin, 8 parts of softening oil naphthenic oil, 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 8 parts of SIS rubber, 8 parts of modifier vinyl polysilane, 3 parts of cross-linking agent diethylenetriamine, 13 parts of reinforcing filler nano silicon dioxide and 3 parts of additive triethanolamine.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
step S1: heating petroleum resin and softening oil to 185 ℃, adding styrene butadiene rubber and SIS rubber, stirring for 2.5h, and cooling to 110 ℃ to form a viscous state mixture;
step S2: adding a modifier, a cross-linking agent and a reinforcing filler into the viscous-state mixture, and stirring for 25min at the temperature of 110 ℃;
step S3: adding an additive into the mixture processed in the step S2, heating the mixture to 53 ℃ in a microwave processor, and keeping the temperature for 15min to obtain the polymer self-adhesive;
step S4: respectively coating polymer self-adhesive glue on two sides of the polyester fiber base fabric, forming a polymer self-adhesive layer with the thickness of 0.55mm by the polymer self-adhesive glue, and pressing, laminating the outer layer of the polymer self-adhesive glue layer and cooling to obtain the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material;
the raw materials in the preparation process comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum resin, 8 parts of softening oil naphthenic oil, 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 8 parts of SIS rubber, 3 parts of cross-linking agent diethylenetriamine and 13 parts of reinforcing filler nano silicon dioxide.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
step S1: heating petroleum resin and softening oil to 185 ℃, adding styrene butadiene rubber and SIS rubber, stirring for 2.5h, and cooling to 110 ℃ to form a viscous state mixture;
step S2: adding a modifier, a cross-linking agent and a reinforcing filler into the viscous-state mixture, and stirring for 25min at the temperature of 110 ℃;
step S3: adding an additive into the mixture processed in the step S2, heating the mixture to 53 ℃ in a heating furnace, and keeping the temperature for 15min to obtain the polymer self-adhesive;
step S4: respectively coating polymer self-adhesive glue on two sides of the polyester fiber base fabric, forming a polymer self-adhesive layer with the thickness of 0.55mm by the polymer self-adhesive glue, and pressing, laminating the outer layer of the polymer self-adhesive glue layer and cooling to obtain the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material;
the raw materials in the preparation process comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum resin, 8 parts of softening oil naphthenic oil, 10 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 8 parts of SIS rubber, 8 parts of modifier vinyl polysilane, 3 parts of cross-linking agent diethylenetriamine, 13 parts of reinforcing filler nano silicon dioxide, 3 parts of additive triethanolamine and 4 parts of 2-campholenic butanol.
The non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled materials prepared in examples 1 to 8 were prepared into samples of desired sizes according to the regulations of GB/T23457-2009 Pre-paved/Wet-paved waterproof coiled materials for later use. The samples are respectively put into an oven at 25 ℃ and an oven at 55 ℃, and the change of the peel strength (N/mm) of the post-cast concrete of the samples is tested for 0, 10 and 30 days according to the requirements of GB/T23457-2009 Pre-paved/Wet-paved waterproof coiled material. The results are shown in Table 1 below:

Claims (8)

1. A preparation process of a double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: heating petroleum resin and softening oil to 180-190 ℃, adding styrene butadiene rubber and SIS rubber, stirring for 2-3h, and cooling to 100-120 ℃ to form a viscous state mixture;
step S2: adding a modifier, a cross-linking agent and a reinforcing filler into the viscous mixture, and stirring for 20-30min at 100-120 ℃;
step S3: adding an additive into the mixture processed in the step S2, and heating and maintaining the mixture in a microwave processor for a period of time to obtain the polymer self-adhesive;
step S4: respectively coating polymer self-adhesive glue on two sides of the polyester fiber base fabric to form a polymer self-adhesive layer, and pressing, laminating the outer layer of the polymer self-adhesive layer and cooling to obtain the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof coiled material;
the raw materials in the preparation process comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum resin, 5-10 parts of softening oil, 5-15 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 3-10 parts of SIS rubber, 5-15 parts of modifier vinyl polysilane, 1-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 10-15 parts of reinforcing filler and 5-10 parts of additive.
2. The preparation process of the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll material according to claim 1, wherein the additive comprises 2-5 parts by weight of triethanolamine.
3. The preparation process of the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll material according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising 3-5 parts by weight of 2-campholenic butanol.
4. The process for preparing the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is diethylenetriamine.
5. The process for preparing a double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing filler is nano silica.
6. The preparation process of the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S3 is to add additives into the mixture treated in the step S2, heat the mixture to 50-55 ℃ in a microwave processor, and keep the temperature for 10-20min, so as to obtain the polymer self-adhesive.
7. The preparation process of the double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the softening oil is naphthenic oil or aromatic oil.
8. The process for preparing a double-sided self-adhesive non-asphalt-based waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the polymer self-adhesive layer is 0.5-0.6 mm.
