The metro distribution area is wider in China, and the construction mode adopts an open cut method more, so that the product used in China is required to be constructed in a wider environment temperature range, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive on the HDPE self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material is required to have excellent high and low temperature resistance so as to meet different climatic environments or weather changes in various areas.
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly made of rubber and mixed with additives, so that the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has unusual performance in high and low temperature performances and can be suitable for most regions. But the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive that HDPE self-adhesion glued membrane waterproofing membrane used coats on the coiled material, and the coiled material can lead to wrinkling of glue film because of the change of its form when rolling and unreeling, can take place to drop when serious. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

EXAMPLE III
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the HDPE waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
50 parts of composite thermoplastic elastomer, 40 parts of tackifying resin compound, 30 parts of polyisobutylene, 8 parts of softener, 4.5 parts of antioxidant, 4 parts of siloxane, 2.5 parts of silane coupling agent and 1.5 parts of light stabilizer compound.
Through specific experimental comparison, the use effect of the invention is known as follows:
in summary, according to the technical scheme of the present invention, the composite thermoplastic elastomer is prepared by respectively graft-copolymerizing and mixing SBS and SIS, and while the polarity and flexibility of the composite thermoplastic elastomer are greatly improved, the composite thermoplastic elastomer can have the advantages of both SBS and SIS to realize superior performance, such as retaining the excellent low temperature resistance of SBS, and ensuring sufficient strength and elasticity to effectively protect the HDPE waterproof roll material in a low temperature environment. By mixing the added tackifying resin compound and the softening agent, the flexibility and viscosity of the thermal sensitive adhesive can be further enhanced, the cohesive force of the composite thermoplastic elastomer is greatly improved, and the bonding capability of the thermal sensitive adhesive to the smooth surface of the HDPE waterproof roll is improved. By configuring the compound of the antioxidant and the light stabilizer, the antioxidant and ultraviolet resistance of the thermosensitive adhesive can be enhanced, and the synergistic effect of the antioxidant and ultraviolet resistance can be added, so that the performance of the thermosensitive adhesive is further improved. By configuring siloxane and a silane coupling agent, the aging resistance and the insulating property of the thermosensitive adhesive can be enhanced, the fireproof, moistureproof and lubricating functions are realized, the sealing property of the thermosensitive adhesive is improved, and the bonding capability is further enhanced.

1. The utility model provides a special hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of HDPE waterproofing membrane which characterized in that, should be used for special hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of HDPE waterproofing membrane to make by the raw materials of following parts by mass:
40-50 parts of composite thermoplastic elastomer, 30-40 parts of tackifying resin compound, 20-30 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-8 parts of softener, 2.5-4.5 parts of antioxidant, 2-4 parts of siloxane, 1-2.5 parts of silane coupling agent and 0.5-1.5 parts of light stabilizer compound.

The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the HDPE waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the composite thermoplastic elastomer is a compound of modified polystyrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) and modified polystyrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS), and the mass ratio of the modified polystyrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) to the modified polystyrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) is 3: 1.

The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the HDPE waterproof roll according to claim 2, wherein the modified polystyrene-isoprene-styrene is obtained by completely dissolving polystyrene-isoprene-styrene, adding a mixed solution of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate containing benzoyl peroxide, and performing graft copolymerization.

The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for HDPE (high-density polyethylene) waterproof rolls as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin compound is a compound of C5 petroleum resin and C9 petroleum resin, and the mass ratio of the C5 petroleum resin to the C9 petroleum resin is 2: 1.
6. the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for HDPE waterproof rolls as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of antioxidant TNP, antioxidant DNP and antioxidant 107.
7. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for the HDPE waterproof coiled material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light stabilizer compound is a compound of an ultraviolet absorber and a light stabilizer, and the mass ratio of the ultraviolet absorber to the light stabilizer is 2: 1.
8. the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive special for HDPE waterproof coiled material as claimed in claim 7, wherein the ultraviolet absorber is at least one of UV-531 and UVP-327, and the light stabilizer is light stabilizer 744.

A preparation method of a special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for HDPE waterproof coiled materials is used for preparing the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for HDPE waterproof coiled materials in any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, heating the temperature of the reaction kettle to 130-150 ℃, sequentially adding polyisobutylene, a softening agent and siloxane according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring;
s2, adding the composite thermoplastic elastomer and the silane coupling agent in proportion, heating to 150 ℃ and 170 ℃, and stirring for 30-60 min;
s3, adding the tackifying resin compound in proportion, and maintaining the temperature of the reaction kettle at 155-165 ℃ until the tackifying resin compound is completely melted;
s4, adding the antioxidant and light stabilizer compound in proportion, and uniformly stirring and completely mixing;
and S5, vacuum degassing for 30 minutes, stopping reaction, discharging, and cooling to obtain the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.
10. The preparation method of the special hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for the HDPE waterproof roll according to claim 9, wherein the preparation method of the composite thermoplastic elastomer comprises the following steps:
s21, stirring and dissolving a polystyrene-butadiene-styrene solvent in a reactor at 70-80 ℃, adding a mixed solution of methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid containing benzoyl peroxide, and reacting to obtain a mixed solution I;
s22, stirring and dissolving a polystyrene-isoprene-styrene solvent in a reactor at 70-80 ℃, adding the dissolved solvent into a mixed solution of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate containing benzoyl peroxide, and reacting to obtain a mixed solution II;
and S23, mixing the mixed solution I and the mixed solution II, stirring uniformly, and cooling to obtain the composite thermoplastic elastomer.
