背景技术
橡胶是高弹性聚合物材料,一般纯橡胶来说,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状,橡胶分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶两种,天然橡胶是从橡胶树、橡胶草等植物中提取胶质后加工制成;合成橡胶则由各种单体经聚合反应而得,橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面,橡胶的高分子已经突破了单体聚合的工艺,世界领先的橡胶工厂已经开始运用更高强度的橡胶,用超高分子聚集而成,而且成本相当的低的,都是易燃物品,随着近些年因橡胶引发火灾的数量增多,橡胶的阻燃性能愈来愈引发人们的关注,橡胶阻燃剂是一种防止橡胶着火或可以使火焰延迟蔓延的添加剂,阻燃剂种类繁多,可分为有机阻燃剂和无机阻燃剂,具代表性的阻燃剂是氯系、溴系、磷系及氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等。
现有的卤素阻燃剂的优点是用量少、阻燃效率高且适应性广,但其严重缺点是燃烧时生成大量的烟和有毒且具腐蚀性的气体,危害很大,近几年开发无卤阻燃剂取代卤素阻燃剂已成为世界阻燃发展趋势,无机阻燃剂分解温度高,除了有阻燃效果外,还有抑制发烟和氯化氢生成的作用,目前国外工业发达国家无机阻燃剂消费量远远高于有机阻燃剂。
因此,发明一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法很有必要。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,通过将在橡胶中应用广泛的无机阻燃剂铝盐、镁盐与有机溴系阻燃剂按不同比例高速下混合均匀,然后用有机脂类进行改性后得到无机有机相互协同作用的高效环保橡胶专用阻燃剂,解决了现有橡胶阻燃剂无法满足阻燃性能以及环保的缺陷的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,其包括:氢氧化铝、十溴二苯乙烷和氢氧化镁,具体操作步骤如下:
S1:分别称取氢氧化铝、二乙基次磷酸铝、硼酸锌中的一种或几种各80份;S2:分别称取十溴二苯乙烷、十溴二苯醚中的一种或两种各10份;
S3:分别称取氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、滑石粉、水菱镁中的一种或几种各5份;
S4:分别称取三氧化二锑、硅酮中的一种或几种各3份;
S5:将S1-S4中称取的固体分别加入到高速混合机中进行混合;
S6:分别称取磷酸三氯乙酯、环氧大豆油、磷酸三苯酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯的一种或几种各2份注入到步骤S5的高速混合机内;
S7:将步骤S6得到的白色粉末转入干燥箱干燥内进行干燥,白色粉末干燥后,取出冷却至室温后得到橡胶专用阻燃剂。
作为本发明所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法的一种优选方案,其中:步骤S5中,高速混合机在转速500-1000r/min下升温至100℃进行工作。
作为本发明所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法的一种优选方案,其中:步骤S6中,再将高速混合机转速调至2000-2500r/min,反应5-20min。
作为本发明所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法的一种优选方案,其中:步骤S7中,干燥箱温度为60-100℃,白色粉末在干燥箱内干燥1-2h。

S4:分别称取三氧化二锑、硅酮各3份;
S5:将S1-S4中称取的固体分别加入到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机在转速500-1000r/min下升温至100℃进行工作,反应10min;
S6:分别称取磷酸三氯乙酯、环氧大豆油各2份注入到步骤S5的高速混合机内,将高速混合机转速调至2000-2500r/min,反应10min;
S7:将步骤S6得到的白色粉末转入干燥箱干燥内进行干燥,干燥箱温度为80℃,白色粉末在干燥箱内干燥1-2h,白色粉末干燥后,取出冷却至室温后得到橡胶专用阻燃剂。

进一步地,具体操作步骤如下:
S1:分别称取氢氧化铝、二乙基次磷酸铝、硼酸锌中各80份;
S2:分别称取十溴二苯乙烷、十溴二苯醚中各10份;
S3:分别称取氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、滑石粉、水菱镁各5份;
S4:分别称取三氧化二锑、硅酮各3份;
S5:将S1-S4中称取的固体分别加入到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机在转速500-1000r/min下升温至100℃进行工作,反应20min;
S6:分别称取磷酸三氯乙酯、环氧大豆油、磷酸三苯酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯各2份注入到步骤S5的高速混合机内,将高速混合机转速调至2000-2500r/min,反应20min;
S7:将步骤S6得到的白色粉末转入干燥箱干燥内进行干燥,干燥箱温度为100℃,白色粉末在干燥箱内干燥1-2h,白色粉末干燥后,取出冷却至室温后得到橡胶专用阻燃剂。

由上表可知,实施例1-3所制备的橡胶专用阻燃剂,在添加量、阻燃性、稳定性和产烟量上均具有较好的表现,在实施例3中选用的材料相比较实施例1-2,以及单一的无机阻燃剂在橡胶中的添加量较少,阻燃效果就更好,稳定性好,还能减少塑料燃烧时的产烟量,原料易得廉价,易于加工,可工业化生产,将在橡胶中应用广泛的无机阻燃剂铝盐、镁盐与有机溴系阻燃剂按不同比例高速下混合均匀,然后用有机脂类进行改性后得到无机有机相互协同作用的高效环保橡胶专用阻燃剂。
在具体加工时,分别称取氢氧化铝、二乙基次磷酸铝、硼酸锌中的一种或几种各80份;分别称取十溴二苯乙烷、十溴二苯醚中的一种或两种各10份;分别称取氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、滑石粉、水菱镁中的一种或几种各5份;分别称取三氧化二锑、硅酮中的一种或几种各3份;将S1-S4中称取的固体分别加入到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机在转速500-1000r/min下升温至100℃进行工作;分别称取磷酸三氯乙酯、环氧大豆油、磷酸三苯酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯的一种或几种各2份注入到步骤S5的高速混合机内,将高速混合机转速调至2000-2500r/min,反应5-20min;将步骤S6得到的白色粉末转入干燥箱干燥内进行干燥,干燥箱温度为60-100℃,白色粉末在干燥箱内干燥1-2h,白色粉末干燥后,取出冷却至室温后得到橡胶专用阻燃剂,将在橡胶中应用广泛的无机阻燃剂铝盐、镁盐与有机溴系阻燃剂按不同比例高速下混合均匀,然后用有机脂类进行改性后得到无机有机相互协同作用的高效环保橡胶专用阻燃剂。

1.一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,包括氢氧化铝、十溴二苯乙烷和氢氧化镁,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
S1:分别称取氢氧化铝、二乙基次磷酸铝、硼酸锌中的一种或几种各80份;
S2:分别称取十溴二苯乙烷、十溴二苯醚中的一种或两种各10份;
S3:分别称取氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、滑石粉、水菱镁中的一种或几种各5份;
S4:分别称取三氧化二锑、硅酮中的一种或几种各3份;
S5:将S1-S4中称取的固体分别加入到高速混合机中进行混合;
S6:分别称取磷酸三氯乙酯、环氧大豆油、磷酸三苯酯、乙基磷酸二乙酯的一种或几种各2份注入到步骤S5的高速混合机内;
S7:将步骤S6得到的白色粉末转入干燥箱干燥内进行干燥,白色粉末干燥后,取出冷却至室温后得到橡胶专用阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,高速混合机在转速500-1000r/min下升温至100℃进行工作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S6中,再将高速混合机转速调至2000-2500r/min,反应5-20min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶专业阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S7中,干燥箱温度为60-100℃,白色粉末在干燥箱内干燥1-2h。
