Abstract

一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板及其制备方法,属于炼钢技术领域。所述冲击板的制备原料包括主料和结合剂,所述主料包括:38~48wt%wt%矾土颗粒,10wt%电熔镁砂颗粒,18~28wt%板状刚玉颗粒,16~18wt%白刚玉细粉,3wt%鳞片石墨,1~3wt%增强剂,1wt%含碳树脂粉,1wt%抗氧化剂;所述结合剂为重量比例为3:2的液态酚醛树脂和液态甲基苯基硅树脂,结合剂的重量添加量为主料重量的2.5%。其制备方法包括预混合、混练、机压成型、干燥步骤。本发明中间包冲击板具有高热抗折强度,高体积密度,低气孔率等优点,且烧后线变小,抗侵蚀性能好,热震性能好,使用寿命高。

一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于炼钢技术领域,具体涉及一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板及其制备方法。
背景技术
连铸中间包是炼钢生产流程的中间环节,而且是由间歇操作转向连续操作的衔接点。钢包中的钢水通过保护套管到达中间包,钢包与中间包有1.8m以上的高度差,钢水从钢包下落到中间包对中间包有很大的冲击,这种冲击是在热态下的,并且中包温度从烘烤好的1000度左右,急剧上升到钢水温度1550度以上,同时中间包的使用时间越来越长,长时间的钢水热态冲击,对中间包冲击区提出了更高的要求,为了提高中间包冲击区使用寿命,在冲击区使用冲击板进行加强。
目前冲击板有浇注料和机压成型两种,相同条件下浇注料的热态抗折强度和体积密度远小于机压制品,机压成型冲击板市场上现有的尺寸小,在大型中包上无法满足使用要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板及其制备方法,本发明中间包冲击板具有高热抗折强度,高体积密度,低气孔率等优点,且烧后线变小,抗侵蚀性能好,热震性能好,使用寿命高。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其制备原料包括主料和结合剂,所述主料包括:38~48wt%矾土颗粒,10wt%电熔镁砂颗粒,18~28wt%板状刚玉颗粒,16~18wt%白刚玉细粉,3wt%鳞片石墨,1~3wt%增强剂,1wt%含碳树脂粉,1wt%抗氧化剂;所述结合剂为重量比例为3:2的液态酚醛树脂和液态甲基苯基硅树脂,结合剂的重量添加量为主料重量的2.5%。
所述矾土颗粒包括5-3mm和3-1mm两种颗粒,两种颗粒中Al2O3含量均≥88%,其中5-3mm颗粒在主料中的重量占比为12~18%。
所述电熔镁砂颗粒包括3-1mm和1-0mm两种颗粒,两种颗粒中MgO含量均≥96%,其中3-1mm颗粒在主料中的重量占比为0~10%。
所述板状刚玉颗粒粒度为1-0mm,白刚玉细粉粒度200目;
所述鳞片石墨粒度100目,碳含量94%。
所述增强剂为金属Al粉,Al含量≥99wt%;含碳树脂粉为Carbores P,残碳量≥85%;抗氧化剂为金属Si粉,Si含量≥98wt%。
上述大尺寸机压中间包冲击板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将板状刚玉颗粒、白刚玉细粉、增强剂、含碳树脂粉、抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到预混合料,混合时间≥15min;
(2)将矾土颗粒,电熔镁砂颗粒加入到混练机中混练3min,之后再依次加入液态甲基苯基硅树脂、鳞片石墨、预混合料、液态酚醛树脂,混练后出料;
(3)将混练后的混合料进行机压成型,得到成型砖坯;
(4)成型砖坯经过常温~200℃烘干窑干燥制成大尺寸机压中间包冲击板。
所述步骤(2),加入液态甲基苯基硅树脂、鳞片石墨、预混合料、液态酚醛树脂后分别混练3min、5min、5min、30min。
所述步骤(3),采用1600t电动螺旋压力机进行打击成型,打击次数>20下,成型砖坯密度>3.1g/cm3
所述大尺寸机压中间包冲击板规格为600*600*100mm,500*500*100mm,400*400*200mm。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明大尺寸中间包冲击板为机压成型,采用铝镁碳材质,同时加入增强剂、抗氧化剂、含碳结合剂,共同增强冲击板结合强度,提高热抗折强度和热震性能。采用甲基苯基硅树脂和酚醛树脂共同作为结合剂,酚醛树脂保证常温强度,甲基苯基硅树脂提高中温强度,制成的大尺寸冲击板具有体积密度大,气孔率低,线变化小,抗侵蚀性能好,热抗折强度高,抗冲击性能好,热震性能好,使用寿命高等特点。
本发明制备的大尺寸中间包冲击板气孔率≤8%,抗折强度>23MPa,耐压强度>65MPa,1550℃埋碳抗折强度>16MPa、耐压强度>75MP,线变化≤1%,1450℃×1h埋碳热抗折强度>12MPa。
具体实施方式
实施例1-9
实施例大尺寸机压中间包冲击板其制备原料见表1所示,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将板状刚玉颗粒,白刚玉细粉,增强剂,含碳树脂粉,抗氧化剂,使用轮碾机进行预混合15min及以上得到预混合料;
(2)将矾土颗粒,电熔镁砂颗粒加入到混练机中混练3min,加入液态有机硅树脂,混练3min,再加入鳞片石墨,混练5min,加入预混合料,混练5min,最后加入液态酚醛树脂,继续混练30min,然后出料;
(3)将混练后的混合料在1600t电动螺旋压力机上进行打击成型,打击次数>23下,得到密度>3.1g/cm3的成型砖坯;
(4)成型砖坯经过常温~200℃烘干窑干燥制成规格为600*600*100mm,500*500*100mm,400*400*200mm的中间包冲击板。
实施例制备的大尺寸中间包冲击板物理性能见表2。

Claims (10)

1.一种大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述冲击板的制备原料包括主料和结合剂,所述主料包括:38~48wt%矾土颗粒,10wt%电熔镁砂颗粒,18~28wt%板状刚玉颗粒,16~18wt%白刚玉细粉,3wt%鳞片石墨,1~3wt%增强剂,1wt%含碳树脂粉,1wt%抗氧化剂;所述结合剂为重量比例为3:2的液态酚醛树脂和液态甲基苯基硅树脂,结合剂的重量添加量为主料重量的2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述矾土颗粒包括5-3mm和3-1mm两种颗粒,两种颗粒中Al2O3含量均≥88%,其中5-3mm颗粒在主料中的重量占比为12~18%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述电熔镁砂颗粒包括3-1mm和1-0mm两种颗粒,两种颗粒中MgO含量均≥96%,其中3-1mm颗粒在主料中的重量占比为0~10%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述板状刚玉颗粒粒度为1-0mm,白刚玉细粉粒度200目。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述鳞片石墨粒度100目,碳含量94%。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板,其特征在于,所述增强剂为金属Al粉,Al含量≥99wt%;含碳树脂粉为Carbores P,残碳量≥85%;抗氧化剂为金属Si粉,Si含量≥98wt%。
7.基于权利要求1-6任一项所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将板状刚玉颗粒、白刚玉细粉、增强剂、含碳树脂粉、抗氧化剂混合均匀,得到预混合料,混合时间≥15min;
(2)将矾土颗粒,电熔镁砂颗粒加入到混练机中混练3min,之后再依次加入液态甲基苯基硅树脂、鳞片石墨、预混合料、液态酚醛树脂,混练后出料;
(3)将混练后的混合料进行机压成型,得到成型砖坯;
(4)成型砖坯经过常温~200℃烘干窑干燥制成大尺寸机压中间包冲击板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2),加入液态甲基苯基硅树脂、鳞片石墨、预混合料、液态酚醛树脂后分别混练3min、5min、5min、30min。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3),采用1600t电动螺旋压力机进行打击成型,打击次数>20下,成型砖坯密度>3.1g/cm3
10.根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的大尺寸机压中间包冲击板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述大尺寸机压中间包冲击板规格为600*600*100mm,500*500*100mm,400*400*200mm。
