The lower parts of the two pressing plates 312 opposite to each other are provided with semi-cylindrical protrusions.
The pressing strip 314 is arranged in a semi-cylindrical mode, so that damage is avoided when the cheese packaging box is pressed.
The working principle is as follows: the packaging box is positioned below the pressing system, firstly, the second electric push rod 301 is controlled to push the collecting rack 302 downwards, the second connecting shaft column 307, the rolling cylinder 308, the limiting disc 309, the torsion spring shaft rod 310, the connecting rod 311, the pressing plate 312, the limiting side plate 313, the pressing strip 314 and the limiting rod 315 integrally move downwards to the interior of the cheese packaging box, the rolling cylinder 308 contacts with the inner bottom wall of the cheese packaging box, then the second electric slide block 304 on the second electric slide rail 303 is controlled to move, the second electric slide block 304 drives the second receiving rack 305 to move, the second receiving rack 305 drives the collecting side plate 306, the second connecting shaft column 307, the rolling cylinder 308, the limiting disc 309, the torsion spring shaft rod 310, the connecting rod 311 and the pressing plate 312 to move, the second connecting shaft column 307 slides in the sliding groove of the limiting side plate 313, so that the rolling cylinder 308 rolls the inner bottom wall of the cheese packaging box, the bulges on the inner bottom wall of the cheese packaging box are pressed flat, at the moment, because the rolling blind area exists at the corner of the cheese packaging box by the rolling cylinder 308, when the connecting rod 311 moves to contact with the limiting rod 315, taking the combination of the connecting rod 311 and the limiting rod 315 at the front of the left side as an example, and the second electric slider 304 drives the second bearing frame 305 to move forwards, based on the reference of the left-to-right view, due to the blocking of the limiting rod 315, the connecting rod 311 rotates anticlockwise, then the connecting rod 311 drives the torsion spring shaft rod 310 to twist, the torsion spring shaft rod 310 drives the pressing plate 312 to rotate, so that the cambered surface at the front of the pressing plate 312 contacts with the inner front wall of the cheese packaging box, and because the lower parts at the back of the two pressing plates 312 are both provided with the semi-cylindrical bulges, at the moment, the semi-cylindrical bulges of the pressing plate 312 at the front contact with the corner at the inner front of the cheese packaging box, then the second electric push rod 301 is controlled to pull the collecting frame 302 upwards, the rotating pressing plate 312 is moved upwards, the semi-cylindrical protrusion of the pressing plate 312 is pressed upwards by the inner front side edge angle of the cheese packaging box, the side wall of the cheese packaging box is completely flat, meanwhile, the limiting side plate 313, the pressing strip 314 and the limiting rod 315 synchronously move upwards along the gathering frame 302, the limiting rod 315 is matched with the connecting rod 311 to move upwards, the pressing plate 312 is guaranteed to move upwards after rotating, the inner left side wall and the inner right side wall of the cheese packaging box are pressed through the moving upwards of the two pressing strips 314, then the second electric sliding block 304 on the second electric sliding rail 303 is controlled to move backwards, according to the operation logic, the pressing plate 312 at the rear part moves and presses the inner rear side wall of the cheese packaging box, the flatness of the inner side wall of the cheese packaging box is guaranteed, and the cheese can be conveniently placed in.

the method comprises the following steps: placing, firstly, a worker places cheese to be packaged on a placing table 3;

step three: turning over, namely manually turning over the cheese, and then controlling a slag collecting system to clean the surface of the cheese with slag;

step five: the cheese packaging box is leveled, the pressing system runs, and the cheese packaging box is pressed through the pressing system, so that the inner wall of the cheese packaging box becomes flat, and cheese can be conveniently and quickly placed in the cheese packaging box;

The pretreatment deslagging equipment for dairy product packaging according to claim 1, wherein the slag collecting system comprises a first receiving frame (201), a first electric slide rail (202), a first electric slide block (203), a first electric push rod (204), a U-shaped frame (205), an arc-shaped cover plate (206), a separating roller (207), a slag poking strip (208), a flat gear (222), an L-shaped fixing plate (223), a gear tooth plate (224) and a transfer component; the left part of the inner upper side of the support frame (1) is fixedly connected with a first bearing frame (201); the front part of the lower side and the rear part of the lower side of the first bearing frame (201) are respectively fixedly connected with a first electric slide rail (202); the two first electric slide rails (202) are respectively connected with a first electric slide block (203) in a sliding way; the lower sides of the two first electric sliding blocks (203) are respectively and fixedly connected with a first electric push rod (204); the telescopic ends of the two first electric push rods (204) are fixedly connected with a U-shaped frame (205); an arc-shaped cover plate (206) is fixedly connected to the lower side of a transverse plate of the U-shaped frame (205); two vertical plates of the U-shaped frame (205) are rotatably connected with a separation roller (207); a plurality of slag-removing strips (208) are arrayed on the outer ring surface of the separation roller (207) in a circular circle; a flat gear (222) is fixedly connected with the rear part of the separation roller (207); the upper part of the rear side of the placing table (3) is fixedly connected with an L-shaped fixing plate (223); a pinion plate (224) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the L-shaped fixing plate (223); the flat gear (222) is matched with the gear tooth plate (224); the left side of the U-shaped frame (205) is connected with a transfer component; the slag collecting box (2) is connected with the transfer component.
3. The pre-treatment deslagging apparatus for dairy product packaging according to claim 2, wherein the lower surface of the arc-shaped cover plate (206) is flat and cut to match the slag-removing strip (208) to scoop up the cheese crumbs.

The pretreatment deslagging apparatus for dairy product packaging according to claim 2, wherein the transfer component comprises a fixed side plate (209), a first connecting shaft column (210), a collecting frame (211), a blocking plate (212), a first spring rod (213), a scraping plate (214), a toggle ring rod (215), a connecting frame (216), a second spring rod (217), a first fixing plate (218), a vibrating cylinder (219), a raised block (220), a separating plate (221), a second fixing plate (225), a third fixing plate (226), a pushing plate (227) and an L-shaped pushing plate (228); the left sides of two vertical plates of the U-shaped frame (205) are respectively fixedly connected with a fixed side plate (209); the left parts of the two fixed side plates (209) are respectively connected with a first connecting shaft column (210) in a rotating way; a collecting frame (211) is fixedly connected between the two first connecting shaft columns (210); the right part of the upper side of the collecting frame (211) is fixedly connected with a interception plate (212); the upper side of the interception plate (212) is connected with a plurality of first spring rods (213); the upper sides of the first spring rods (213) are connected with scrapers (214); a toggle ring rod (215) is fixedly connected to each of the two first connecting shaft columns (210); the two toggle ring rods (215) are positioned at the outer sides of the two fixed side plates (209); the lower sides of the two fixed side plates (209) are fixedly connected with a connecting frame (216); the lower side of the connecting frame (216) is connected with a plurality of second spring rods (217); the lower sides of the plurality of second spring rods (217) are connected with a first fixing plate (218); the upper side of the first fixing plate (218) is fixedly connected with a plurality of vibrating cylinders (219), and the plurality of vibrating cylinders (219) and the plurality of second spring rods (217) are distributed in a staggered manner; the connecting frame (216) is provided with a plurality of through grooves, and each vibrating cylinder (219) corresponds to one through groove; the front part of the upper side and the rear part of the upper side of the first fixing plate (218) are fixedly connected with a convex block (220) respectively; a separation plate (221) is rotatably connected between the inner front left part and the inner rear left part of the collection frame (211); a vertical plate is arranged at the left part of the upper side of the slag collecting box (2), and a second fixing plate (225) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the right side of the vertical plate; a third fixing plate (226) is fixedly connected to the right side of the second fixing plate (225); the upper part of the right side of the third fixing plate (226) is fixedly connected with a pushing plate (227); an L-shaped push plate (228) is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the third fixing plate (226) respectively.
