本发明公开一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:准备贝斯和TPU树脂,将TPU树脂涂布于贝斯上形成TPU树脂层;步骤二:准备镜面离型纸和聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂涂布于镜面离型纸,并烘干形成透明聚氨酯弹性体层;步骤三:在透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面加注清水;步骤四:将TPU树脂层与透明聚氨酯弹性体层贴合,清水夹设于TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间,通过贴合轮将TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起;如此,通过各步骤的设计,减少了TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间贴合后出现气泡现象,保证了产品的质量稳定一致,提高了产品的生产效率,同时,其具有水晶感强、通透性好、手感佳等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮革制作领域技术,尤其是指一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法。
背景技术
现有的水晶镜面皮革通常由面料层和底料层构成,面料层为镜面树脂,底料层为一液型或二液型的聚氨酯粘接层;但是,其面料层和底料层在贴合时容易产生气泡现象,使得面料层和底料层贴合后出现不良,导致产品的生产效率低下。
因此,需要研究一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,其通过各步骤的设计,减少了TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间贴合后出现气泡现象,保证了产品的质量稳定一致,提高了产品的生产效率,同时,其具有水晶感强、通透性好、手感佳等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备贝斯和TPU树脂,将TPU树脂涂布于贝斯上形成TPU树脂层;
步骤二:准备镜面离型纸和聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂涂布于镜面离型纸,并烘干形成透明聚氨酯弹性体层;
步骤三:在透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面加注清水;
步骤四:将TPU树脂层与透明聚氨酯弹性体层贴合,清水夹设于TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间,通过贴合轮将TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起。
作为一种优选方案,所述贝斯为100模量的无折痕弹力贝斯。
作为一种优选方案,所述透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面设置有M138毛细孔纹。
作为一种优选方案,所述步骤二的烘干温度为80摄氏度。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其主要是通过各步骤的设计,利用水的密封性与贴合轮的压力将将TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起,减少了TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间贴合后出现气泡现象,保证了产品的质量稳定一致,提高了产品的生产效率,同时,其具有水晶感强、通透性好、手感佳等优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备贝斯和TPU树脂,将TPU树脂涂布于贝斯上形成TPU树脂层;
步骤二:准备镜面离型纸和聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂涂布于镜面离型纸,并烘干形成透明聚氨酯弹性体层;
步骤三:在透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面加注清水;
步骤四:将TPU树脂层与透明聚氨酯弹性体层贴合,清水夹设于TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间,通过贴合轮将TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起。
本实施例中,所述贝斯为100模量的无折痕弹力贝斯,所述透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面设置有M138毛细孔纹,所述步骤二的烘干温度为80摄氏度。
本发明的设计重点在于,其主要是通过各步骤的设计,利用水的密封性与贴合轮的压力将将TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起,减少了TPU树脂层、聚氨酯弹性体层之间贴合后出现气泡现象,保证了产品的质量稳定一致,提高了产品的生产效率,同时,其具有水晶感强、通透性好、手感佳等优点。

1.一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备贝斯和TPU树脂,将TPU树脂涂布于贝斯上形成TPU树脂层;
步骤二:准备镜面离型纸和聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂涂布于镜面离型纸,并烘干形成透明聚氨酯弹性体层;
步骤三:在透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面加注清水;
步骤四:将TPU树脂层与透明聚氨酯弹性体层贴合,清水夹设于TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间,通过贴合轮将TPU树脂层、透明聚氨酯弹性体层之间的气泡与水挤出后贴合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,其特征在于:所述贝斯为100模量的无折痕弹力贝斯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水晶镜面皮革制作方法,其特征在于:所述透明聚氨酯弹性体层的表面设置有M138毛细孔纹。
