本发明涉及一种中药材加工装置,尤其涉及一种中药材切片及粉碎加工一体装置。
背景技术
在中药材的切片加工过程中往往会因为药材的外形不一产生大小不同的切片以及药渣,同时较小的药片、药渣会影响产品的卖相且筛分费时费力,所以需要一种能够将较小的药片以及药渣区分处理的新型切片加工装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中药材切片及粉碎加工一体装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种中药材切片及粉碎加工一体装置,包括加工箱、支撑平台、药粉出口、散热窗、药材清洗装置、进药挡板、操作面板、太阳能板,所述加工箱为四边矩形结构且底部安装有螺栓固定的支撑平台,所述加工箱右端面底部开有矩形结构的药粉出口,所述药粉出口顶部开有对称式分布的散热窗,所述加工箱顶端右侧安装有药材清洗装置,所述药材清洗装置左端安装有进药挡板且内侧开有进药口,所述加工箱前端中部安装有内嵌式操作面板,所述操作面板两端安装有对称式分布的太阳能板且通过螺栓固定。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述加工箱内部安装有切片盒、刀片、往复式动力箱、链轮、滤网、干燥粉碎装置,所述进药挡板内侧的进药口通过管道与加工箱内侧的切片盒连接,所述切片盒右端面底部安装有滑动连接的插接式刀片,所述刀片右端安装有螺栓固定的往复式动力箱,所述往复式动力箱前端中部安装有铰接固定的链轮且通过链条与切片盒底部的滤网连接,所述滤网底部安装有输料装置且通过管道与右端的干燥粉碎装置连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明的切片加工装置通过顶端的药材清洗装置能够有效的对药材表面的灰尘以及泥土进行搅拌清洗然后翻转送料,然后通过一台电机带动刀片切片以及滚筒状滤网对切片后的中药材进行旋转筛分,筛分后通过干燥粉碎装置对品相不好的药片以及药渣进行干燥、粉碎便于下一步的加工处理,有效的提高了中药材的加工效率以及降低工人的劳动强度。

本发明的工作原理:通过太阳能板进行光伏发电为设备供能随后将待加工的药材放入药材清洗装置并输送清水,然后通过搅拌桨带动水流冲洗药材表面的灰尘以及泥土,清洗完毕后泥沙沉积在滤芯表面以及内部避免进入搅拌桨对设备造成影响且便于清理泥沙,随后驱动电机带动翻转框进行旋转将药材倒入进药挡板然后药材在重力的作用下进入切片盒,然后驱动电机带动凸轮旋转然后凸轮通过第二连杆与导向支撑座将旋转运动转变成往复式水平移动并带动第二齿条移动,然后第二齿条与底部的齿轮啮合并将往复移动转化成旋转运动,齿轮旋转带动底部第一齿条往复式移动同时带动前端的链轮往复式旋转,然后第一齿条带动连杆以及刀片往复式移动切片,同时链轮通过链条带动切片盒底部的滤网旋转进行筛分,然后筛分后的药渣、药片进入干燥滚筒进行干燥,同时驱动电机带动第二齿环旋转,第二齿环与底部的第一齿环啮合并进一步带动干燥滚筒旋转,此时干燥滚筒与驱动电机的旋转方向相反,然后第二齿环通过传动轴与带动右端的第一皮带轮旋转,第一皮带轮通过皮带进一步带动底部的第二皮带轮旋转,同时第二皮带轮左端安装有粉碎刀具并带动粉碎刀具旋转,然后第一、第二皮带轮以及粉碎刀具的旋转方向与驱动电机旋转方向一致所以与干燥滚筒旋转方向相反,所以双向冲击加工进一步提高了药片、药渣的粉碎的效率,最后粉碎后的药片、药渣从药粉出口排出。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药材切片及粉碎加工一体装置,其特征在于:所述干燥粉碎装置(14)包括箱体(30)、出粉口(30-1)、药渣输送管(30-2)、干燥滚筒(31)、第一齿环(32)、第二齿环(33)、传动轴(34)、第一皮带轮(35)、第二皮带轮(36)、皮带(37)、粉碎刀具(38),所述箱体(30)为四边矩形结构且右端面底部开有出粉口(30-1),所述箱体(30)左端中部安装有螺栓固定的药渣输送管(30-2),所述箱体(30)顶端内侧安装有铰接固定的干燥滚筒(31),所述干燥滚筒(31)左端安装有键连接固定的第一齿环(32),所述第一齿环(32)与顶端的第二齿环啮合(33)连接,所述第二齿环(33)左端安装有驱动电机(16)且右端通过传动轴(34)与第一皮带轮(35)连接,所述第一皮带轮(35)底部安装有第二皮带轮(36)且通过皮带(37)连接,所述第二皮带轮(36)左端安装有粉碎刀具(38)且与干燥滚筒(31)铰接固定。
