the food waste is prevented from generating a large amount of bacteria and generating stink when being not subjected to dry-wet separation, so that the environment-friendly treatment effect of the food waste is facilitated, then the space between the arc-shaped frustum 16 and the conical filter hopper 10 is small, so that the food waste dewatering work is facilitated, and meanwhile, a plurality of connecting rods 17 are arranged between the arc-shaped frustum 16 and the conical filter hopper 10, so that the food waste passing through is blocked to a certain extent, the problem that the closed space is broken independently is solved, the food waste can be thrown in at any time conveniently, the food waste can be prevented from sliding into a lower-end extruding mechanism when the dewatering work is not carried out, and the difficulty is brought to the extruding work of the extruding mechanism (the food waste containing a large amount of water can not bond the food waste in the extruding mechanism together, so that the extrusion forming centralized collection of the dry food waste is difficult); The working principle is as follows: firstly, the worker pushes the handrail 40 and then the universal wheel 41 rotates (as shown in fig. 1), so that the device is pushed beside the meal to be processed, the device can be easily transported beside the meal to be processed through the universal wheel 41, the flexibility and the convenience of the device are improved, meanwhile, the situation that the meal is likely to be scattered on the ground or clothes in the transporting process can be prevented, and the collection and processing work of the meal is facilitated; then the food waste falls on the circular filter plate 11 (as shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8), because the upper end surface of the circular filter plate 11 is provided with the gas spring 12 and is also fixedly provided with the L-shaped block 13, then, when the first output shaft 7 rotates, the cam 15 fixedly connected with the first output shaft 7 rotates, so that the cam 15 jacks the L-shaped block 13 downwards during the rotation, the L-shaped blocks 13 then push the circular filter plate 11 downward to slide downward in the cylinder 6, while the gas springs 12 are stretched, so that the circular filter plate 11 slides in the first slide groove 14 of the cylinder 6 in a reciprocating manner by the rotation of the cam 15, and then the food waste at the upper end of the circular filter plate 11 will be filtered by vibration, and at the same time, the food waste with larger blocks will be continuously crushed by the crushing knife 39 at the upper end, thereby uniformly crushing the food waste, and being more beneficial to the environment-friendly treatment work of the food waste;
