The controller controls the suction pump to enable the first liquid inlet 151 to convey the filtrate in the filtering unit 4 to the oil collecting tank 19, and the controller controls the water circulation system to add water from the second liquid inlet 163 to the oil collecting tank 19 for dilution; the oil removing unit 5 conveys oil in the sewage into an oil storage box 7; when the liquid level in the oil collecting tank 19 is higher than the preset value, the controller controls the water circulation system to enable water in the oil collecting tank 19 to flow into the first water tank 61 from the third liquid inlet 164, and the water flows into the second water tank 62 through the filter screen 162; when the water level in the oil collecting tank 19 is lower than the preset value, the water in the second water tank 62 is input into the oil collecting tank 19 through the second liquid inlet 163; impurities in the first water tank 61 are discharged through a fifth liquid inlet 168; the fourth liquid inlet 167 is used for adding water into the water circulation system from the outside.
