Abstract

本发明公开了一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,包括料盒、凹版辊、浆料罐,凹版辊顺时针旋转与隔膜接触前凹版辊的表面网穴内充满浆料,与隔膜接触后网穴里的浆料转移到隔膜上,网穴内充满空气,凹版辊下侧接触有导辊,且导辊表面包裹有海绵层,浆料罐通过软管B与机械泵连接,机械泵通过软管A与长条状喷嘴连接。本发明采用条状喷嘴与表面包裹有海绵层的导辊相结合的方式,在充满空气的网穴进入料盒前用浆料充满凹版辊网穴,使网穴内空气重新排放到大气中,并在料盒内补充剩余的浆料。这样就彻底避免气体进入浆料导致浆料因含有大量细小气泡无法满足使用要求,减少了浆料浪费,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔膜涂覆加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置。
背景技术
一种涂覆机双层料盒供料设备,该实用新型专利授权公布号号:CN215235418U,该技术方案采用双层料盒结构,有消泡腔和补偿腔两个腔室;凹版辊逆时针转动首先进入消泡腔,消泡腔内浆料进入凹版辊网穴中置换出网穴内空气,凹版辊继续转动进入补偿腔向网穴内补充浆料。该方案没有根本避免涂覆过程细小泡沫产生,仅仅是将细小泡沫分流出去,进而避免细小泡沫导致涂覆的缺陷。产生的细小泡沫的消泡过程复杂且消泡效果差,无法彻底消泡的浆料不可再次用于涂覆,造成巨额成本浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,包括料盒、凹版辊、浆料罐,所述料盒靠近凹版辊一侧上下端分别设有上刮刀、下刮刀,凹版辊远离料盒一侧设有上背棍、下背棍,凹版辊顺时针旋转与隔膜接触前凹版辊的表面网穴内充满浆料,与隔膜接触后网穴里的浆料转移到隔膜上,网穴内充满空气,凹版辊下侧接触有导辊,且导辊表面包裹有海绵层,浆料罐通过软管B与机械泵连接,机械泵通过软管A与长条状喷嘴连接,且在软管A上设有用来调节浆料流量的角阀。
优选的,上刮刀设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的上刮刀盖板,下刮刀设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的下刮刀盖板。
优选的,导辊设有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的防护罩。
优选的,凹版辊表面转速与凹版辊表面转速相同,导辊的海绵层吸收长条状喷嘴喷出的浆料后逆时针旋转,吸收浆料的位置与凹版辊接触后海绵层中的浆料被凹版辊网穴吸收,网穴中空气被排出,凹版辊与导辊接触后继续顺时针旋转至料盒内,料盒内的浆料将对未填满浆料的网穴进行填充。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明采用条状喷嘴与表面包裹有海绵层的导辊相结合的方式,在充满空气的网穴进入料盒前用浆料充满凹版辊网穴,使网穴内空气重新排放到大气中,并在料盒内补充剩余的浆料。这样就彻底避免气体进入浆料导致浆料因含有大量细小气泡无法满足使用要求,减少了浆料浪费,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
涂覆过程浆料内细小泡沫产生原因:涂覆过程凹版辊与隔膜接触后凹版辊网穴内充满气体,随着凹版辊转动充满气体的网穴转至充满浆料的料盒内,伴随着浆料填充网穴,网穴内空气释放到浆料中,在浆料中不断产生细小泡沫。
本发明针对上述问题解决细小泡沫的方法,如图1所示,一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,包括料盒1、凹版辊6、浆料罐14,所述料盒1靠近凹版辊6一侧上下端分别设有上刮刀4、下刮刀2,凹版辊6远离料盒1一侧设有上背棍15、下背棍16,凹版辊6顺时针旋转与隔膜17接触前凹版辊6的表面网穴内充满浆料,与隔膜17接触后网穴里的浆料转移到隔膜17上,网穴内充满空气,凹版辊6下侧接触有导辊7,且导辊7表面包裹有海绵层,浆料罐14通过软管B13与机械泵12连接,机械泵12通过软管A10与长条状喷嘴9连接,且在软管A10上设有用来调节浆料流量的 角阀11。凹版辊6表面转速与凹版辊6表面转速相同,导辊7的海绵层吸收长条状喷嘴9喷出的浆料后逆时针旋转,吸收浆料的位置与凹版辊6接触后海绵层中的浆料被凹版辊6网穴吸收,网穴中空气被排出,凹版辊6与导辊7接触后继续顺时针旋转至料盒1内,料盒1内的浆料将对未填满浆料的网穴进行填充。
本实施例中,上刮刀4设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的上刮刀盖板5,下刮刀2设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的下刮刀盖板3。导辊7设有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的防护罩8。

1.一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,其特征在于,包括料盒、凹版辊、浆料罐,所述料盒靠近凹版辊一侧上下端分别设有上刮刀、下刮刀,凹版辊远离料盒一侧设有上背棍、下背棍,凹版辊顺时针旋转与隔膜接触前凹版辊的表面网穴内充满浆料,与隔膜接触后网穴里的浆料转移到隔膜上,网穴内充满空气,凹版辊下侧接触有导辊,且导辊表面包裹有海绵层,浆料罐通过软管B与机械泵连接,机械泵通过软管A与长条状喷嘴连接,且在软管A上设有用来调节浆料流量的角阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,其特征在于,上刮刀设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的上刮刀盖板,下刮刀设置有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的下刮刀盖板。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种预防隔膜涂覆过程细小泡沫产生装置,其特征在于,导辊设有防止浆料甩出到隔膜上的防护罩。
