The invention discloses a tank cover integrated type air inlet and exhaust device of a horizontal self-stirring in-vitro protein synthesis reactor, which comprises a cover body, an air inlet device and an exhaust device, wherein the air inlet device and/or the exhaust device and the cover body are integrated into a whole; the gas inlet device comprises a gas inlet movable part and a gas inlet static part, the gas inlet static part is communicated with the rotatable horizontal tank body of the reactor through the gas inlet movable part and the cover body, the gas outlet device comprises a gas outlet movable part and a gas outlet static part, and the gas outlet static part is communicated with the rotatable horizontal tank body of the reactor through the gas outlet movable part and the cover body. The invention solves the technical problem of difficult air supply of the horizontal moving reaction tank body, adopts the combined air inlet and outlet device with dynamic and static combination to realize the communication with the rotatable tank body, provides continuous fresh air for the normal work of the horizontal moving reaction tank body and can discharge waste gas generated in the reaction process in time.

Furthermore, the air inlet static part comprises an air inlet part outside the tank and an air inlet part inside the tank, the end part of the air inlet part inside the tank is closed, and a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the air inlet static part.
Further, the air outlet holes are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the air supply part in the tank and extend along the axial direction of the air supply part in the tank.

In the embodiment, the dynamic and static combined air inlet and exhaust device is communicated with the rotatable horizontal tank body 2, continuous fresh air is provided for the normal work of the horizontal moving reaction tank body, and waste gas generated in the reaction process can be discharged in time. Specifically, the air inlet movable part 32 and the air outlet movable part 34 both adopt rotary joints, and the rotary joints can realize the connection with the rotatable horizontal tank body 2 in the rotating process, so that the static part of the air passage can normally work, the problem of external connection of the rotary tank body is effectively solved, and the horizontal tank can replace a vertical tank.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the air intake static portion includes an external tank air intake portion 311 and an internal tank air intake portion 312, and an end of the internal tank air intake portion 312 is closed, and a plurality of air outlet holes are opened on a pipe wall thereof. Preferably, the air outlet holes are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the in-tank air feed portion 312 and extend in the axial direction of the in-tank air feed portion 312. Therefore, the air can be in full contact with the reaction liquid in the circumferential direction of the tank wall within the range of 360 degrees, and the reaction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the invention, the length of the in-tank plenum 312 corresponds to the length of the interior cavity of the rotatable horizontal reactor tank 2. The introduced air can be in full contact with the reaction liquid in the axial direction of the tank wall, so that the reaction efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the external air inlet 311 is provided with a temperature-adjustable heating device 37 to adjust the temperature of the air entering the rotatable horizontal tank 2 of the reactor. Different reaction liquids have different optimal reaction temperatures, and the air inlet temperature can be adjusted according to actual needs so as to improve the reaction efficiency.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet 311 is provided with an air volume adjustable fan 1 to adjust the pressure of the air entering the horizontal and rotatable tank 2 of the reactor. Therefore, the air content in the tank cavity can be effectively controlled, different reaction liquid requirements are met, and the flexibility is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake device and the exhaust device are integrated with the cover 30, and the tank outside intake portion 311 is nested inside the exhaust stationary portion 33. The trinity integrated form structure is a whole, installs on the feed inlet of 2 left ends of horizontal tank body. Therefore, the space of the whole set of equipment can be saved, and the installation and the use in a small space are convenient. And an opening at the other end of the tank body is also omitted, so that the processing cost is reduced. Exhaust waste gas can not enter the air inlet channel again from the exhaust hole 301 on the cover body 30, the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel are effectively isolated, the structure is exquisite, and the air inlet and exhaust effects are good.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the exhaust device is integrated with the cover, and the intake device is independent of the cover. The air inlet device is arranged at the left end of the rotatable horizontal tank body 2, and the exhaust device and the cover body are arranged at the right end of the rotatable horizontal tank body 2. The structure with separated air inlet and outlet channels reduces the complexity of structural design and improves the working reliability. And the exhaust passage is conveniently communicated with an external exhaust gas treatment device.
