An engineering construction environment-friendly dust-settling device comprises a frame (1), wheels (2), a fixed sleeve (3), a rotating rod (4), a feeding sleeve (5), a first rotating block (6), a sliding block (7), a first reset spring (71), a connecting pipe (8), a first elastic pipe (81), a first connecting plate (9), a first sliding rod (10), a spray head (101) and a second elastic pipe (102), wherein the wheels (2) are rotatably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the frame (1), the fixed sleeve (3) is arranged at the central position of the top of the frame (1), the rotating rod (4) is rotatably arranged in the fixed sleeve (3), the feeding sleeve (5) is arranged on the upper part of the rear side of the fixed sleeve (3), the first rotating block (6) is rotatably arranged on the upper part in the fixed sleeve (3), the first rotating block (6) is sleeved on the rotating rod (4), the sliding block (7) is arranged on the upper part of the rotating rod (4), first reset spring (71) is connected between sliding block (7) and dwang (4) in a winding manner, connecting pipe (8) are arranged on the front side and the back side of sliding block (7) bottom, first elastic pipe (81) are arranged on the bottom of connecting pipe (8), first elastic pipe (81) are connected with first dwang (6), first connecting plate (9) are arranged on the front side, the back side, the left side and the right side of sliding block (7), first sliding rod (10) are arranged in first connecting plate (9) in a sliding manner, spray head (101) are arranged at the outer end of first sliding rod (10), second elastic pipe (102) is arranged between spray head (101) and sliding block (7), the device is characterized by further comprising transmission mechanism (11) and lifting mechanism (12), transmission mechanism (11) is arranged between frame (1) and dwang (4), transmission mechanism (11) is used for driving dwang (4) to rotate, and lifting mechanism for driving connecting pipe (8) to move up and down is arranged between frame (1) and dwang (4) (12).

An environment-friendly dust-settling device for engineering construction as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism (12) comprises a fixed inclined plate (121), a fixed block (122) and a connecting inclined plate (123), the fixed inclined plate (121) is arranged on the right side of the top of the fixed sleeve (3), the fixed block (122) is slidably arranged on the lower portion of the rotating rod (4), the fixed block (122) is connected with the connecting pipe (8), the connecting inclined plate (123) is arranged on the left side of the fixed block (122), and the connecting inclined plate (123) rotates to contact with the fixed inclined plate (121).

An engineering construction environment-friendly dust-settling device as claimed in claim 3, characterized by further comprising a moving mechanism (13) for driving the wheel (2) to rotate, wherein the moving mechanism (13) comprises a connecting block (131), a second sliding rod (132), a rack (133), a second return spring (134) and a one-way gear (135), the connecting block (131) is arranged on the right side of the front side of the frame (1), the second sliding rod (132) is arranged in the connecting block (131) in a sliding manner, the rack (133) is arranged at the top of the second sliding rod (132), the connecting inclined plate (123) moves upwards to contact with the rack (133), the second return spring (134) is wound between the second sliding rod (132) and the connecting block (131), the one-way gear (135) is arranged on the right side of the wheel (2) on the front side through an overrunning clutch, and the one-way gear (135) is meshed with the rack (133).

An engineering construction environment-friendly dust-settling device according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising a diffusion mechanism (14) for expanding a spraying range, wherein the diffusion mechanism (14) comprises a second connecting plate (141), wedge plates (142) and connecting springs (143), the second connecting plate (141) is arranged on the front side of the frame (1), the wedge plates (142) are arranged at the inner ends of the bottoms of the first sliding rods (10), the wedge plates (142) are all in contact with the second connecting plate (141), the connecting springs (143) are connected between the first sliding rods (10) and the adjacent first connecting plate (9), and the connecting springs (143) are in a compressed state.

The environment-friendly dust-settling device for engineering construction as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an adjusting mechanism (15) for adjusting the spraying state, wherein the adjusting mechanism (15) comprises a fixed rod (151) and a second rotating block (152), the fixed rod (151) is arranged at the upper part of the spray head (101), the second rotating block (152) is rotatably arranged at the outer end of the fixed rod (151), and the second rotating block (152) covers the outer end of the adjacent spray head (101).

An engineering construction environment-friendly dust-settling device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a collecting mechanism (16) for collecting dust, wherein the collecting mechanism (16) comprises a material collecting plate (161), a collector (162) and a feeding pipe (163), the material collecting plate (161) is arranged at the lower part of the front side of the frame (1), the collector (162) is arranged at the center of the bottom of the frame (1), and the feeding pipe (163) is connected between the collector (162) and the material collecting plate (161).
8. An environmental protection and dust fall device for engineering construction according to claim 7, characterized in that the bottom of the collector (162) is provided with a detachable screw cap.
