4. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the capsule shell is 0.2mm, and the light transmittance is lower than 5%.
5. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plasticizer in the capsule shell is ESO epoxy plasticizer.
