A garlic and scutellaria baicalensis soft capsule is characterized by comprising 1-8 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 1-8 parts of garlicin, 1-6 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 1-6 parts of phellodendron, 1-12 parts of trichosanthes kirilowii maxim, 1-10 parts of tabasheer, 1-6 parts of semen lepidii, 1-6 parts of almond, 1-6 parts of cortex mori radicis, 1-10 parts of dandelion, 1-10 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 1-10 parts of radix rehmanniae recen, 1-10 parts of adenophora stricta, 1-8 parts of mangnolia officinalis and 1-4 parts of honey-fried licorice root, wherein the capsule skin comprises 1-40 parts of gelatin, 1-10 parts of an additive, 1-45 parts of purified water, 0.2-0.5 part of titanium dioxide and the like, 1 to 5 portions of pigment, 0.3 to 1 portion of hydroxyphenyl ethylester and 0.2 to 0.5 portion of plasticizer.
2. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the allicin is an organic sulfide extracted from bulb of Bulbus Allii of Allium of Alliaceae.
3. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the gelatin adopted in the capsule shell is medical food-grade gelatin which is mainly extracted from animal skin and bones.
4. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the capsule shell is 0.2mm, and the light transmittance is lower than 5%.
5. The garlic and zhiqin soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plasticizer in the capsule shell is ESO epoxy plasticizer.
6. A garlic and zhiqin soft capsule and a mixed preparation method of a preparation and storage method thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
