技术领域

背景技术

本发明具有实用性的是自由流动的液体清洗组合物,其特别非常适合用于从皮肤表面上去除涂料、树脂、油和亲脂性污物,且VOC含量低或没有VOC含量。发明的清洗组合物特别非常适合作为洗手剂,用于与纸巾组合而从使用者的皮肤上去除此类物质和污物,如美国专利4,833,003中详述的那样。任选将发明的组合物预湿并浸入制品。此类湿制品适合于以此类制品的预穿孔的卷或垛形式包装在容器中,可以将其分配、使用和丢弃以影响清洗而无需采取二次水洗或去除清洗剂。通过相对于现有技术减少发明组合物的VOC含量,产品对环境的影响以及残留的皮肤刺激性得以降低。
如本文所用,VOC定义为美国环境保护局挥发性有机化合物总列表中列出的化合物。
发明的组合物能代替部分或全部的受监管控制的VOC并且仍然可依靠以0.1至35总重量百分比的非VOC微乳液或0.01至35总重量百分比的非VOC缩酮酯、它们以0.1至35总重量百分比的组合载量的组合来代替全部或部分的常规无水洗手剂VOC(如矿油精、柠檬烯和二元酯)而有效地去除亲脂性污物和油脂。单独地或者在与清洗制品结合使用时,发明的组合物还含有:以60至99.7总重量百分比存在的水;非离子或阴离子型的表面活性剂;连同任选的添加剂,形成优良的液体清洗组合物。可意识到以植物油、萜烯或它们的组合代替全部或部分的发明溶剂,前提条件是VOC含量保持低于5总重量百分比,并且优选低于1总重量百分比。
本发明减少了VOC含量、皮肤刺激,并且具有储存稳定性,同时保持了针对涂料、树脂及其它亲脂性污物的常规清洗性能。通过选择特定的添加剂可实现抗菌处理,并且皮肤质量也得以改善。
发明清洗组合物的配方总结于下表1中。

发明的组合物包括:非离子表面活性剂,示例性地包括脂肪醇、聚氧丙二醇烷基醚、丙三醇烷基酯等等;阴离子表面活性剂,示例性地包括烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐、烷基羧酸盐等等;或它们的组合。优选地,非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化度为3至7的C12-C15烷基乙氧基化醇。
发明的组合物包括溶剂,所述溶剂为微乳液、非VOC缩酮酯或它们的组合。微乳液存在的总重量百分比介于0.1与35之间,并且优选介于1与4总重量百分比之间。更优选地,微乳液以1.7至3.8总重量百分比存在。优选将微乳液预混合并作为浓缩物提供,将所述浓缩物与剩余的组合物成分混和。最优选地,微乳液为二元酯微乳液。用于发明的微乳液组分的代表性二元酯有戊二酸二甲基-2-甲酯、丁二酸和己二酸的二酯或它们的组合。本发明中有效的优选的微乳液包括这样的阴离子表面活性剂,其为水溶性和非皂化性的,并且包括含有介于8个与26个之间的碳原子且优选介于8个与20个之间的脂族碳的有机疏水基团连同羟基、磺酸根、硫酸根或羧酸根中的至少一个亲水部分。分子的疏水性部分典型地包括C8-C22烷基、芳基或酰基基团。表面活性剂呈现为与诸如钠、钾或氨的本领域中常见的形成盐的阳离子一起的盐。本发明中有效的非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂示例性地包括直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、羟基链烷磺酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐、乙氧基化、C8-C24烷基醚硫酸盐和二(C1-C8烷基)磺基琥珀酸盐以及它们的组合。除了非皂化水溶性阴离子表面活性剂之外,将发明组合物的微乳液组分与极性有机分子混和,极性有机分子具有疏水的脂族部分和至少一个亲水部分。阴离子表面活性剂通常以微乳液的10至40重量百分比存在。典型地,微乳液的极性有机组分的分子量介于50与500原子质量单位之间。还可以意识到上文详述的分子乳化剂作为微乳液组分的极性有机组分在本发明中也是有效的。除了分子乳化剂之外,在发明组合物中有效的极性有机组分示例性地包括C2-C14二醇;二醇,如新戊二醇;二元酯,如己二酸、戊二酸和丁二酸的C1-C6酯;以及它们的组合。极性有机组分通常以微乳液的50至75重量百分比存在。二元酯代表优选类的微乳液溶剂。优选地,在主相水的存在下将非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂与至少两种不同类型的极性有机物混和以形成微乳液。形成微乳液的代表性配方及技术示例性地详述于美国专利5,523,025和美国专利6,165,962中。任选地,将萜烯或萜类化合物加到微乳液中以帮助去除污物和亲脂性树脂或碎屑。适合包含在微乳液中的萜烯和萜类化合物示例性地包括柠檬烯和松节油精。通过将以下混合在一起可以很容易地形成发明的微乳液组分:介于20-60微乳液总重量百分比之间的极性有机物、20-60微乳液总重量百分比的水、10-40%的阴离子表面活性剂和任选介于0-20%之间的萜烯/萜类化合物。优选地,选择微乳液成分以得到采用Y-MB方法按Hansen溶解度参数确定介于2与3.3之间的极性键值,以及同时得到介于4.5与6之间的氢键值。
发明的组合物包括单独或与微乳液组合的作为溶剂的缩酮酯溶剂。本发明中有效的缩酮酯溶剂优选为除去VOC的,并且是通过羧酸酯与二醇的缩合形成的。用来与二醇进行缩合的合适的酸示例性地包括乙酰丙酸、丙酮酸、草酰乙酸酯和α-酮戊二酸。酸的酮部分的缩酮化是所属领域中熟知的(Patel et al,Journal of Molecular Catalysis A:Chemical 194(1-2)2003,267-271)。优选地,选择微乳液成分以得到采用Y-MB方法按Hansen溶解度参数确定介于5与8之间的极性键值,以及同时得到介于8与12之间的氢键值。
发明的组合物还包括滋润剂。本发明中有效的滋润剂示例性地包括基于疏水性有机硅酮的聚合物,其具有重复的硅氧烷(Si—O)单元并且包括环甲基硅油、二甲基硅油、苯基改性的硅酮、烷基改性的硅酮、硅酮树脂的直链、环状和交联的变体,以及它们的组合;不饱和酯或脂肪酯,如硬脂酸乙酯、己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯;多元醇;丙三醇;甘油;鲸蜡醇;卡波普;乙氧基化蓖麻油;石蜡油;羊毛脂;亚烷基二醇或其形成的聚合物;矿物油;小麦胚芽提取物;荷荷巴提取物;以及它们的组合。本发明中有效的亚烷基二醇有乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、混合聚(乙二醇丙二醇),以及它们的组合。发明组合物中存在的滋润剂的典型量范围在0.1-10总重量百分比,1-6总重量百分比是优选的。
发明的组合物任选包括一种或多种乳化剂以促进发明组合物的相均一性和储存稳定性。可意识到乳化剂还可促进目标污物、树脂的增溶或其它物质崩解成发明组合物内的可溶或胶体形式。本发明中有效的乳化剂在实施中仅限于是化学相容性的并且基本上不与发明组合物的其它组分反应的,并且数量限于保持pH储存稳定性和相均一性所需。本发明中有效的乳化剂的类型包括C6-C12醇乙氧化物-丙氧化物加合物、聚羧酸盐和分子乳化剂。可意识到本发明的乳化剂及其组合的总载量可根据具体特性而有一些变化;然而,与选择乳化剂的量有关的因素包括微乳液的存在量、组合物粘度、缩酮酯量及性质。以分子量通常小于约500原子质量单位为特征的分子乳化剂包括脂族序列以及亲水性取代基,如羟基、羧酸根、季胺和磺酸根中的一个或多个部分。本发明中有效的分子乳化剂示例性地包括三乙醇胺、鲸蜡硬脂醇、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、非乙氧基化单硬脂酸甘油酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂酰乳酸钠、卵磷脂,以及它们的组合。通常情况下,分子乳化剂以0至10总重量百分比存在,1.2-8总重量百分比是优选的。
对基础发明组合物任选的非常适合形成液体洗手组合物的添加剂包括:香料化合物,任选以0.001至3总百分比存在;多价金属离子盐,如氧化镁、硫酸镁、氢氧化镁、氯化镁、羧酸镁、卤化镁、硝酸镁,以及铝、铁、钙及其它多价金属离子与这些阴离子形成的盐,多价金属离子盐任选以0至2总重量百分比存在,并且非常适合提高亲脂性污物在含有较高盐载量的水中的去除性;用以提高储存稳定性的抗微生物剂,示例性地包括季铵盐(quaternium)、三氯生、PCMX及其它常规的抗菌剂,抗微生物剂任选以0至2总重量百分比存在,并且优选在0.005与1总重量百分比之间;发泡剂任选以0至2总重量百分比存在,并且优选在0.2与0.6总重量百分比之间;二元酯的存在通常介于0与不到0.4总重量百分比之间,并且优选以不到0.2总重量百分比存在;着色剂任选以0至1总重量百分比的量存在,并且优选为0至0.3总重量百分比;和pH调节源无机酸、有机酸或诸如氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾的氢氧化物源,其任选存在量适于将总的发明组合物pH调节到所需值,同时保持其pH储存稳定性和相稳定性。全配方的发明组合物通常具有范围在6至9的pH值。
优选地,将发明的组合物浸渍或甚至饱和到纸巾里,优选当纸巾为抗水的时候。可意识到施加在即使是没有磨料的纸巾表面与要清洗的目标表面之间的摩擦力足以促进从其上去除污物或污物膜。更优选地,纸巾具有粘附于其相反的表面中的至少之一的磨料。可以很容易地将多个磨料纸巾设置成纸巾的连续穿孔卷起的圆筒形式或作为此类纸巾的垛。穿孔线呈现出薄弱线,纸巾可借助于此而轻易分开。将纸巾连续地插入可选择性地重封、优选为圆筒形的容器里,圆筒的轴线在基本上竖直的方向上排列。然后将发明的组合物加到容器中,优选通过在纸巾的圆筒的上方倾倒的方式进行添加,从而在容器内用发明的清洗组合物润湿纸巾。如上文所讨论的与纸巾的空隙体积关联的毛细作用使发明的清洗制剂均匀地分布在整个的纸巾圆筒当中。
用于容纳纸巾的合适容器的一个例子是这样的,基本上气密的盖在圆筒形或六面体直线形容器上,限定出内部体积,盖可以被选择性地封住,盖具有铰接的罩。罩的开口允许纸巾从封住的容器的内部经由开口通过,如此可以将单个纸巾从内部容器中取出,方式是拉出纸巾,并且在位于各单个纸巾之间的穿孔线处将纸巾自纸巾卷上撕下来。适当设置开口的尺寸以允许在从容器中取出各单个纸巾时从其中移出过量的液体。或者将纸巾风琴式折叠起来并堆放在六面体容器中,并且穿过盖取出顶部的纸巾。
在使用时,如上所述从容器中取出单个纸巾。在适当制备的情况下,纸巾含有的清洗剂的量足以彻底地清洗使用者的皮肤。当在皮肤上擦纸巾时,其释放液体清洗剂并允许清洗剂与皮肤长时间接触,并且还提供连续的清洗而不需要施加额外的清洗剂。纸巾的磨料特性便于去除嵌入的污物而不在皮肤上留下任何磨蹭残留物。否则残留物的存在将有必要在清洗过程之后用水冲洗皮肤以彻底去除这种磨蹭残留物。然而可意识到的是,不含磨料且悬浮的发明组合物可有效清洗目标表面。因此,提供了一种无水洗手剂制品,其没有与现有技术中的常规无水洗手剂相关联的负面特征。
发明的组合物也确保了清洗剂的有效使用,因为对各单次使用提供了适当的清洗剂量。其它低粘度液体清洗剂往往会被浪费,因为与这种清洗剂相关联的低粘度常常使它们自皮肤流失。凝胶状清洗剂难以有效地使用,因为使用者常常用得太少,从而必须反复施加;或者用得太多,需要布或纸巾以去除浪费的多余部分。
此外,本发明的纸巾不仅充当用于清洗制剂的介质以及充当用于磨料成分的载体,而且也用来在已经使用清洗剂并且其已从纸巾上部分地蒸发之后对皮肤进行干燥。
结合以下非限制性实施例对本发明进行进一步的详述。除另有规定外,本文中详述的百分比均为发明制剂的总重量百分比。
实施例1
向500毫升市政水中顺序添加具有7摩尔环氧乙烷(EO)的C12-C15非离子表面活性剂27克,然后添加微乳液22克,微乳液由20乳液百分比的二(己基)磺基琥珀酸钠、40百分比的二元酯和10微乳液重量百分比的聚乙二醇(MW 200)组成。随着微乳液的添加,添加另外的组分,包括15克ISOPAR M(烃溶剂);5克丁基羟基甲苯(BHT);3克丙二醇;3克肉豆蔻酸异丙酯;2.5克香料;4克植物油;以及羊毛脂、芦荟、维生素E油和荷荷芭油各1克。添加更多的市政水使体积达到大约1升,并且将混合物在摄氏20度下搅拌,直到均匀。将所得到的组合物饱和到具有粘附于表面的磨料的纸巾里并构成有效的液体洗手剂,其能够经使用者双手互动2分钟而溶解掉矿物油或按其它方式以每克发明的洗手剂组合物从手上除去超过0.1克的矿物油。
实施例2
用49克基于乙酰丙酸的缩酮代替上面实施例1中详述的微乳液来重新配制实施例1的清洗组合物,调节水量以补偿其它组分上的差别。制成与实施例1中性质类似的清洗组合物和磨料制品。
实施例3
用25克基于乙酰丙酸的缩酮和12克微乳液代替上面实施例1中详述的22克微乳液来重新配制实施例1的清洗组合物,调节水量以补偿其它组分上的差别。制成与实施例1中性质类似的清洗组合物和磨料制品。
比较例
为了评定发明组合物的相对清洗能力,将实施例3组合物的比较去除性与对照组合物的进行对比。对照组合物按美国专利5,683,971优选组成配制,按美国专利4,833,003将其饱和到磨料纸巾基材里。实施例3和比较例的组合物得到了类似的清洗性能。

Claims (20)
1.一种洗手制品,所述洗手制品包括:
A)清洗组合物,所述清洗组合物包括:
i)0.5至15总重量百分比的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂或它们的组合;
ii)二元酯微乳液,所述二元酯微乳液是预混合的并作为浓缩物被提供给所述清洗组合物,并且所述二元酯微乳液以1至4总重量百分比存在,所述微乳液包括:
a)非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂,所述非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂以所述微乳液的10至40重量百分比存在;
b)极性有机组分,所述极性有机组分以所述微乳液的50至75重量百分比存在,并且至少包括二元酯和C2-C14二醇;
iii)0.1至10总重量百分比的至少一种滋润剂;
iv)60至99.3总重量百分比的水;并且
其中总挥发性有机物(VOC)含量少于2总重量百分比;以及
B)介质,所述介质包括提供两个相反的表面的纸巾,所述介质具有用于吸收并保留所述清洗组合物的多孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制品,所述制品还包括pH调节物质、抗氧化剂、香料、染料和发泡剂中的至少一种添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制品,所述制品还包括:
以连续卷起的圆筒形式提供的多个所述纸巾,所述多个所述纸巾中的每个纸巾在穿孔线处分开;和
可选择性地封起来的耐蒸发容器,所述容器具有中空的内部,所述多个所述纸巾收纳在其中,所述圆筒的轴线在所述容器内成基本上竖直的方向,并且所述容器具有与之相关联的盖,所述盖中限定开口,用于经由所述开口接收所述多个所述纸巾,所述开口具有与其相关联的可选择性地关闭的罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制品,其中所述VOC含量较少,在0与1总重量百分比之间。
5.一种洗手制品,所述洗手制品包括:
清洗组合物,所述清洗组合物包括:

至少一种滋润剂;
少于2总重量百分比的总挥发性有机物(VOC)含量;以及
水,作为所述清洗组合物的剩余部分存在;以及
提供两个相反的表面的纸巾,所述纸巾具有用于吸收并保留所述清洗组合物的多孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制品,所述制品还包括pH调节物质、抗氧化剂、香料、染料和发泡剂中的至少一种添加剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制品,其中所述非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂含有介于8个与26个之间的碳原子的有机疏水基团以及羟基、磺酸根、硫酸根或羧酸根中的至少一个亲水部分。

非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂,所述非皂化性阴离子表面活性剂以所述微乳液的10至40重量百分比存在;
极性有机组分,所述极性有机组分以微乳液的50至75重量百分比存在,并且至少包括二元酯和C2-C14二醇;
至少一种滋润剂;
少于2总重量百分比的总挥发性有机物(VOC)含量;以及
水,作为所述清洗组合物的剩余部分存在;以及
提供两个相反的表面的纸巾,所述纸巾具有用于吸收并保留所述清洗组合物的多孔;以及
从使用者手上除去所述亲脂性污物。
14.一种洗手制品,所述洗手制品包括:
清洗组合物;以及
介质,所述介质包括提供两个相反的表面的纸巾,所述介质具有用于吸收和保留所述清洗组合物的多孔,其中所述清洗组合物包括:
0.5至15总重量百分比的表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂或它们的组合;
1至4总重量百分比的溶剂,所述溶剂为二元酯微乳液,所述微乳液包括:
20-60%重量的己二酸的、戊二酸的及丁二酸的C1-C6二元酯和它们的任意组合;
20-60%重量的水;
10-40%的阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为水溶性和非皂化性的,并且包括含有介于8个与26个之间的碳原子的有机疏水基团与羟基、磺酸根、硫酸根或羧酸根中的至少一个的亲水部分;
0.1至10总重量百分比的至少一种滋润剂;
组合物重量的余量的水;以及

18.根据权利要求14所述的制品,其中在所述清洗组合物中所述VOC含量少于1总重量百分比。
19.根据权利要求14所述的制品,所述制品还包括粘附于所述两个相反的表面中的至少一个所述表面的磨料成分。
20.根据权利要求14所述的制品,所述制品还包括:
