step 2: then heating up and dehumidifying, wherein the temperature rises within the range of 40-45 ℃, the humidity is reduced to 55%, the ganoderma lucidum is baked for about 2 hours, the ganoderma lucidum shrinks, the moisture is obviously reduced, then the drying and dehumidifying are enhanced, the temperature rises to about 50 ℃, the temperature is set to 35%, the drying and dehumidifying of the ganoderma lucidum are continuously enhanced for about 2 hours, the surface of the ganoderma lucidum is basically dried completely, but the mushroom body is still soft especially at the joint of a mushroom stem and a mushroom cap, and the mushroom body is not dried completely;
and step 3: in the drying process, moisture removal is a very critical step, the quality and color of finished products can be seriously impressed due to unsmooth moisture removal or insufficient moisture removal amount, uninterrupted moisture removal is most ideal if the heating capacity is enough, when the adopted equipment cannot ensure that the temperature under uninterrupted moisture removal can adopt an interrupted moisture removal mode, and the moisture removal can be controlled on a control system according to the humidity or time;
