Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a recyclable young mosquito eradication material capable of being suspended on water for a long time and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a young mosquito eradication material prepared by adsorbing isothiocyanic acid propylene by polypropylene fiber oil absorption cotton, which can be suspended on water for a long time, is insoluble in water as a mosquito eradication medicament (isothiocyanic acid propylene ester), has no chemical injury to other organisms (juvenile fish/juvenile shrimps) in water and can be recycled after use, belonging to the technical field of mosquito prevention and eradication.
Background
Mosquitoes are important pests and vectors for the transmission of various infectious diseases such as dengue fever, malaria, yellow fever, filariasis, encephalitis, etc. According to incomplete statistics, about 75 to 100 million deaths caused by diseases spread by mosquitoes are caused every year in the world. Malaria, among others, is one of the mosquito-borne infectious diseases, and poses a significant health risk to tropical and subtropical regions. Another mosquito-borne infectious disease transmitted by the aedes aegypti mosquito is dengue virus, infecting approximately one hundred million people per year, mainly in latin america and asia. Recently, mosquito-mediated diseases in the united states have risen. Since the first report in New York, 1999, that humans have been infected with West Nile Virus, the move has been gradually southward and westward, with detection records in all states in the United states. Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEE) is another mosquito-transmitted arbovirus that also contributes to disease in the United states as well as in the Central and south America. EEE infection is characterized by convulsions and coma, resulting in about half of the deaths of patients. The use of chemical mosquito-killing agents in large quantities leads to the annual increase of drug resistance. Therefore, new technologies/new products for mosquito prevention and killing are urgently needed in the world, which are safer, more environment-friendly, more effective and non-resistant.
At present, most of the existing mosquito-killing agents at home and abroad are chemicals, including disulfur and pyrethrins mosquito-killing agents. In addition, there are also some plant sources and biological mosquito repellent larvae (e.g., Bt). However, most of the products are mixed and dissolved in water to generate the mosquito killing effect, and the suspensible and recyclable mosquito killing young products are not found. In a word, no matter which mosquito eradication agent is used, the long-term throwing application to water is easy to cause lasting harm to human, animals, aquatic organisms and water environment.
If we can invent a new mosquito eradication material which has no harm to people, animals, water environment and aquatic organisms and can be recycled, the problem of the influence of the mosquito eradication agent on the water environment can be thoroughly solved, and the invention is a significant invention for the world.
Disulfoton (larvicide), 4,4' -bis (O, O-dimethylthiophosphoryloxy) phenylsulfide, otherwise known as telmefosib, formula C16H20O6P2S3Molecular weight 466.4689, CAS number 3383-96-8, white crystalline solid. Acute oral toxicity: rat LD501000 mg/kg; mouse LD50 223 mg/kg。
The parathion is the most common mosquito eradication agent applied globally, and is listed in a restricted or forbidden list in countries such as European Union in 2017 due to potential risk to water environment.
Pyrethroid insecticides also present a potential risk and are listed in banned or restricted use lists by the european union and other countries. Among them, the canadian pest authority (PMRA) recommended to ban certain uses of the pyrethroid insecticide permethrin in 11 months of 2017. In 2015, cyhalothrin was designated as a candidate substitute in the european union for reasons such as high toxicity. In 2017, PMRA proposed to ban the use of the pyrethroid insecticide lambda-cyhalothrin for all food and feed crops and stopped use in residential homes. In 2013, after the European Union examines the insecticides, the non-agricultural use of bifenthrin as an insecticide and acaricide is eliminated.
In addition, in the Chinese patent application with the application number of 201510394924.9 and the invention name of 'a preparation for killing mosquito larvae and preparation and application thereof', the larval mosquito killing active substance is tert-butylphenol compound which is toxic to aquatic organisms. In the Chinese patent application with the application number of 87104588 and the name of' mosquito eradication agent, the active substance is a poisonous chemical insecticide. In the Chinese patent application with the application number of 201310733631.X and the invention name of 'a bacillus thuringiensis preparation for killing mosquito larvae and a preparation method thereof', the carrier is glass beads which are not easy to degrade, and Bt has slow or limited effect on the mosquito larvae. The invention has the application number of 201310419640.1, is a Chinese patent application named as matrine plant source insecticidal emulsifiable concentrate (mosquito-killing larval agent), and has the advantages of complex preparation process, high application cost and insufficient control effect. In addition, the invention name of Chinese patent application No. 201810099421.2 is "an athomin microcapsule suspending agent and a preparation method thereof", although the suspending action is described, the suspending agent cannot be recycled, and the preparation process is complex.
In conclusion, the existing methods, technologies and application methods of the mosquito eradication product are easy to generate lasting toxic and side effects on the water environment. Along with the improvement of public environmental awareness, natural mosquito-proof and mosquito-killing materials gradually receive attention of people. Among them, the united states environmental protection agency has adopted legislative measures to classify certain natural compounds or food materials as "environmentally safe compounds (pesticides)", thereby protecting the use of these environmentally safe compounds from governmental regulations. (Note: what is commonly referred to as an "environmentally safe compound" is a compound that has limited or no adverse effect on the ecological environment.)
"it is three fens toxicity of herbs". The research and invention of new mosquito eradication technology or new mosquito eradication product which has no influence on water environment, can be suspended and can be recycled are urgent and important.
Mustard oil (a popular favorite condiment with a very pungent and pungent odor), chemical name: allyl isothiocyanate, molecular formula: c4H5NS, relative molecular mass: 99.15 (according to 2007 international relative atomic mass), and the Chinese national standard GB 29980-2013, the standard name is food safety national standard food additive allyl isothiocyanate.
The FDA in the united states has a clear limit directive for the use of allyl isothiocyanate, FEMA (mg/kg): 0.02-0.50% of soft drink; 0.50 of cold drink; 0.50 parts of candy; and 5.2, baking the food. With moderate limits (FDA-172.515, 2000).
At present, application of allyl isothiocyanate in agricultural disinsection, food preservation, medical treatment and medicine is very active, for example, the patent application number of 201610431130.X 'a greenhouse disinfection method' for greenhouse vegetable disinfection; patent No. 200810112497.0 "A Horseradish Capsule and its application" for soil disinfection; the patent application number of 201510757165.8 for soil disinfection is 'an athomin microcapsule slow release agent using silicon dioxide as a carrier and a preparation method thereof'; patent number 201310238688.2 "mustard oil nanoemulsion and preparation method thereof" for food antistaling agent.
The invention discloses a Chinese patent, application number 201810739257.7, which was filed in 2018 by the applicant of the present invention, and is named as a food-grade young mosquito killing preparation, a preparation method and an application thereof, which prove that allyl isothiocyanate can kill mosquitoes and young shrimps in water at low concentration, but the applicant finds that allyl isothiocyanate has toxic and killing effects on young fishes or young shrimps in water and other aquatic organisms in later experiments. Therefore, the invention loses its popularization and application value. The Japanese JP2012-180297A patent of invention "wiggler repellent" also has the problem of toxic side effect of mosquito-killing agent to aquatic organisms.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a recyclable mosquito eradication material capable of being suspended on water for a long time and a preparation method thereof, aiming at realizing the purposes of isolating a medicament from water and having no toxic action on other organisms in the water.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
The invention firstly adopts polypropylene oil absorption fiber to absorb allyl isothiocyanate to prepare the mosquito eradication material which can be suspended for a long time and can be recycled, and concretely, the allyl isothiocyanate is fixed on a suspensible carrier, and the mosquito eradication material is prepared by drying and solidifying and is fixed on the water surface, thus achieving the purposes of isolating (separating) medicament from water and recycling, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
1. the curing agent-containing allyl isothiocyanate material can be prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
0.5 to 5.0 percent of mosquito-killing young agent;
99.5-95.0% of curing (fixing) agent.
The mosquito killer active matter is food-grade allyl isothiocyanate, the effective content is more than or equal to 98.0%, and the standard of food additive allyl isothiocyanate of food safety standard of China GB299801-2013 is met. Manufactured by Tianbang seasoned food Co., Ltd, Pingxiang county. The solid loading capacity of the allyl isothiocyanate on the carrier is not particularly specified, because the used oil-absorbing polypropylene fiber cotton can load 5 times of oil by weight; the known 10-50ppm can kill mosquito larvae; the drug loading is in direct proportion to the duration of the product. The drug loading is generally 0.5-5.0%, or the loading of allyl thiocyanate is selected according to the requirements of customers.
The curing agent used is a vegetable oil, preferably tung oil, more preferably pure boiled tung oil, i.e.: frying the tung seeds, squeezing the obtained oil without adding any chemical components. The pure boiled tung oil is commercially available.
Tung oil is an excellent drying vegetable oil, and is a fatty acid triglyceride mixture. Has the characteristics of quick drying, light specific gravity, good glossiness, strong adhesive force, heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, non-conductivity and the like.
The tung oil is used as a diluent of allyl thiocyanate and a slow release agent of the allyl thiocyanate; thirdly, as a curing agent, allyl thiocyanate is cured on the oil absorption cotton felt.
The carrier is polypropylene oil absorption fiber, the types of the carrier comprise Jxy-DPP002 and Jxy-DPP005, the product comprises cotton felt, balls and coiled materials, the product is produced by flag power equipment Limited company of Pai of Bazhou city or oceanic engineering equipment Limited company of Zhejiang construction, and the performance of the product is as follows:
(1) the thickness of the oil absorption cotton felt in a fluffy state is 0.5 cm;
(2) the compacting/compacting thickness is about 0.25-0.3 cm;
(3) the weight of the oil absorbing cotton per square meter is about 550g (namely 550 g/m) in a fluffy state2);
Maximum drug loading:
viscous type: such as tung oil and soybean oil, the maximum drug-loading rate is about 3-4 times of the self weight (no liquid)
Dripping, light squeezing and no liquid seepage);
low viscosity: such as tung oil and allyl isothiocyanate, and the maximum drug loading is the weight of the oil absorption fiber felt
5-6 times of the total weight of the product (no liquid dripping, no liquid seepage due to light extrusion);
adsorption speed:
absorbing the oil liquid by a plastic suction pipe, dropwise adding the oil liquid to the oil absorption fiber cotton felt, and observing the absorption speed.
Viscous type: for example, tung oil and soybean oil, 1 drop of oil is completely absorbed by the fiber, and the time is about 9-10 seconds.
Low viscosity: such as NMX, LGS, the fibers completely adsorbed 1 drop of oil, requiring less than 1 second.
Experiments prove that the liquid carrying amount (allyl isothiocyanate) is 2 times of the weight of the oil absorption fiber, the material is relatively dry and comfortable, drying is not needed, and meanwhile, the good extrusion resistance (no exudate during extrusion) can be maintained.
Weighing the raw materials according to the raw material formula requirements provided above, and putting the raw materials into a common stirring container to stir at a low speed (50-200 r/min) to obtain the tung oil-containing allyl isothiocyanate mosquito-killing young coating.
Further, according to the formula and the preparation method provided by the above, allyl isothiocyanate with different contents can be prepared, wherein the allyl isothiocyanate and the suspensible recyclable oil absorption fiber can be prepared according to the weight ratio of 1:1 or 2:1, and the allyl isothiocyanate and the suspensible recyclable oil absorption fiber can be prepared according to the weight ratio of 0.5-5.0%. It should be noted that the amount of the fiber loaded with allyl isothiocyanate that can be suspended is directly proportional to the persistence of the product. The higher the content of allyl isothiocyanate is, the longer the mosquito-killing effect can be maintained.
2. Preparation and application of allyl isothiocyanate suspendable/recyclable mosquito eradication material
2.1 preparation of the Material
And (2) spraying the allyl isothiocyanate containing the tung oil or the simple allyl isothiocyanate in the step (1) on the surface of the suspensible recyclable oil absorption cotton felt material by using an electric paint spraying gun. The maximum load drug amount of the suspension material is 550g/m2Can adsorb 5 times of oil by weight. In general, the weight ratio of 1:1 is selected to prepare the allyl isothiocyanate and suspendable oil absorption fiber composite material. The drug loading rate is 1:1, namely: 1 part by weight of allyl isothiocyanate is taken; 1 part by weight of the suspended material was taken. Uniformly spraying 1 part by weight of allyl isothiocyanate monomer or allyl isothiocyanate containing tung oil onto the surface of the suspension material, wherein the dosage is 20-50g per square meter. After the suspendable oil absorption fiber cotton felt or ball adsorbs allyl isothiocyanate, the natural drying is carried out, the appearance is fluffy and white, and the mosquito eradication material which can be suspended on the water surface for a long time and can be recycled is obtained by sealing and packaging.
The using method comprises the following steps:
the prepared mosquito eradication material which can be suspended and recycled is sealed and packaged by an aluminum foil bag in vacuum, and the volatilization of allyl isothiocyanate can be avoided. The product can be opened before use. Specifically, the product package is opened and taken out, and the suspensible and recyclable mosquito eradication juvenile material is fixed on the water surface, preferably in a water area near the bank, so that mosquito larvae moving on the water surface can be killed, and the multiplication of adult mosquitoes can be prevented. Allyl isothiocyanate and an oil absorption cotton felt 1; the mosquito eradication material prepared by the weight ratio of 1 can maintain the mosquito eradication effect for 2 months, and can be recycled and used again at the time.
The allyl isothiocyanate mosquito-killing young material capable of being suspended on the water surface is characterized in that the carrier is an oil absorption cotton felt prepared from a polypropylene raw material, and can also be a spherical body of 30-100 mm. Wherein, the spherical product is suitable for being applied in complex water environments such as weeds, paddy rice, reed and the like.
The allyl isothiocyanate containing the tung oil component and the prepared suspension material can ensure that the mosquito-killing young material can be suspended on the water surface for a long time, the insecticidal active substance is insoluble in water, can not poison aquatic organisms, and can be recycled.
Furthermore, the application of the suspensible and recyclable mosquito larva killing material of the invention is preferably, mosquito larvae include Aedes (Aedes), Culex (Culex), Aedes aegypti (Aedes aegypti), Anopheles (Anopheles), Anopheles annulata (Anopheles sangulipes), Aedes (Armigerers), Eisenia (Ayurakia), Anopheles (Bironella), Pothium (Borichonda), Phyllostachys (Chagasia), Coquilegia (Coquilletia), Culex fatua (Culex quinua), Culex circumvala (Culisata), Philippine (Pacifia), Fipalea (Sacalbia), Mollus (Haemagues), Collybia (Hemaninia), Pogosia (Hodgsia), mosquito marie (Kimipia), mosquito hooks (Malayia), Mollus (Trionyx), Orthophyceae (Toxophyceae), and Ortholes (Tolynchus).
The application concentration of allyl isothiocyanate is in direct proportion to the killing rate of mosquito eradication children.
Wherein, 0.005% (50 ppm) of allyl isothiocyanate acts for 12 hours, and the lethality rate to mosquito larvae can reach 99-100%; the allyl isothiocyanate with the content of 0.0025 percent (25 ppm) acts for 12 hours, and the lethality rate to mosquito larvae can reach 99 to 100 percent. Accordingly, the present invention suggests that the minimum use concentration of allyl isothiocyanate be 25 ppm.
