Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the vehicle sharing method is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle sharing method of the present invention may include the steps of:
step S101: acquiring an intelligent contract;
specifically, a preset node is arranged on a block chain to record vehicle data; and deploying a corresponding intelligent contract on the preset node for verifying whether the recorded vehicle data is complete and legal, and compiling the intelligent contract by a corresponding mechanism of the preset node and uploading the intelligent contract to the corresponding node of the block chain. The preset nodes comprise at least one of a vehicle manufacturer, a vehicle selling mechanism, a vehicle management station, a vehicle safety mechanism, a vehicle maintenance mechanism and a vehicle detection mechanism; the mechanisms are witnesses of vehicles in the processes of delivery, sale, license plate putting, insurance, maintenance and detection. Preferably, the intelligent contract is public, each node can check whether the logic meets the contract or not, each node needs to be synchronously deployed, and when the rule is changed, the related nodes can timely know and execute the rule; once deployed, the intelligent contracts can be executed only through programs without interference of human factors, and reliability of data is enhanced.
Step S102: uploading vehicle data to a block chain according to the intelligent contract;
in one embodiment, step S102 includes: uploading the factory data of the vehicle to a vehicle manufacturer node of the block chain according to a factory intelligent contract; and/or uploading the purchase object information of the vehicle to a vehicle sales organization node of the block chain according to the sales intelligent contract; and/or uploading license plate data of the vehicle to a vehicle management station node of the block chain according to the intelligent contract of the license plate; and/or uploading insurance data of the vehicle to a vehicle insurance mechanism node of the block chain according to the insurance application intelligent contract; and/or uploading the maintenance data of the vehicle to the vehicle maintenance mechanism node of the block chain according to the maintenance intelligent contract.
In other embodiments, step S102 includes: and uploading the detection data of the vehicle to the vehicle detection mechanism node of the block chain according to the detection intelligent contract. The method for acquiring the detection data comprises the following steps: acquiring driving data of a vehicle through a built-in sensor; and/or collecting the appearance state of the vehicle through a vehicle body camera. Specifically, according to a detection intelligent contract, the rotating speed data of the vehicle is periodically acquired through a rotating speed sensor so as to determine whether the rotating speed data is in a normal range; the method comprises the steps that tire pressure data of a vehicle are collected regularly through a pressure sensor to determine whether the tire pressure data are in a normal range; the starting current and the running current of the engine are periodically acquired through a current sensor so as to determine whether the starting current and the running current are in a normal range; a vehicle body camera is adopted to take the appearance picture of the vehicle periodically so as to determine whether the vehicle has collision or damage condition.
Preferably, the vehicle data recorded by each node is synchronized to other nodes, and data tampering of a single node is not effective, so that the reliability of the data is protected; for the entry of vehicle data, a set of universal formats is adopted to ensure the integrity, readability and objectivity of the data.
In another embodiment, in step S102: according to the intelligent contract, before uploading the vehicle data to the block chain, the method comprises the following steps: and carrying out encryption authentication on the vehicle data by adopting the engine identifier.
Specifically, before uploading the vehicle data to the block chain, the vehicle data of each link of delivery, sale, license, application, maintenance, detection and the like of the vehicle is bound with the engine identifier, and then the bound data is encrypted, so that the vehicle data uploaded to the block chain cannot be cheated unless the engine is replaced.
Step S103: and acquiring the verification condition of the vehicle data, and executing corresponding operation according to the verification condition.
In one embodiment, step S103 includes: if the vehicle data is complete and legal, activating the engine to work normally; if the vehicle data is incomplete and/or illegal, the engine is restricted from operating at a speed below a preset value.
In other embodiments, step S103 includes: if the vehicle data is complete and legal, activating a vehicle sharing function; if the vehicle data is incomplete and/or illegal, the vehicle sharing function is not activated.
Specifically, incomplete vehicle data includes that vehicle data uploaded to a single node is not complete and/or vehicle data of a certain node is not uploaded, resulting in incomplete vehicle data of the entire node. Vehicle data is illegal, including that the vehicle data uploaded to a single node is not legal and/or that the vehicle data of a certain node is illegal, resulting in vehicle data of the whole node being illegal. And verifying the integrity and the legality of the uploaded vehicle data according to the stipulations of the vehicle data integrity and the legality of each node on each node intelligent contract, and if the vehicle data uploaded to the block chain are complete and legal, activating the normal work of an engine and/or activating a vehicle sharing function, so that the vehicle can carry out lease transaction.
It is worth mentioning that aiming at the links with periodicity, such as vehicle insurance, maintenance and detection links, according to the corresponding intelligent contract, the latest vehicle data is uploaded after the expiration, otherwise, the vehicle data is incomplete, the sharing function of the vehicle is closed and/or the engine is limited to work at the rotating speed lower than the preset value.
The vehicle sharing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly uploading vehicle data to a block chain according to an intelligent contract; and then, whether the sharing function of the vehicle is activated or not is determined according to the verification condition of the vehicle data, and the working state of the engine can be controlled, so that the transaction experience and convenience of both sides of the shared vehicle leasing are effectively improved.
