Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical solution of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a data management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where the data management method is applied to an environmental protection detection device, and includes:
in step 101, vehicle data and environment data of a target vehicle are collected;
in this application embodiment, the staff of the environmental protection inspection station can use the above-mentioned environmental protection inspection equipment to collect the vehicle data and the environmental data of the target vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle data includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: historical fault code data, historical tail gas data, historical mileage data, real-time vehicle rotating speed data and real-time engine displacement data; the environmental data includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: the biological data of the staff, the position data of the target vehicle and the environmental image data of the target vehicle. In an actual application scenario, the current environment data may specifically be: biological information such as head portrait/fingerprint of the detected person, current detection time/place information, dynamic/static photos of the detected vehicle, oil meter mileage information of the detected vehicle, working environment of the detection station and the like.
Alternatively, considering that the environmental protection test is usually an annual test, a target time period may be set for the historical vehicle data such as the historical fault code data, the historical exhaust gas data, and the historical mileage data, and the target time period may be a specific year; alternatively, the target time period may be a last annual inspection cycle, and is not limited herein. The real-time vehicle data such as the real-time vehicle speed data and the real-time engine displacement data require a driver to operate the vehicle on site, so that the real-time data can be obtained. Of course, since there are also cases where the worker randomly performs spot check on the vehicle at the road, the target time period of the above-mentioned historical vehicle data may also be set actively by the worker, for example, to the past month, the past quarter, the past half year, or the like; the start date and the end date of the target time period may be actively input by the staff, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, the biometric data of the worker may be fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, or the like of the worker currently performing the environmental protection detection operation, which is not limited herein. Through recording the biological data of the staff, the data can be traced back, and the responsible person can be quickly determined when the environment-friendly detection platform goes wrong in the environment-friendly detection operation. In addition, in order to prevent data falsification, the environmental protection detection device is triggered to automatically capture an environmental image near the target vehicle in addition to the target vehicle position data, so as to obtain target vehicle environmental image data for confirming that the target vehicle is actually subjected to environmental protection detection at a specified location.
In step 102, when a data uploading instruction is received, detecting whether the environment-friendly detection device currently has an operating environment identifier, if so, executing step 103, and if not, executing step 104;
in the embodiment of the application, after vehicle data and environmental data of one target vehicle or a batch of target vehicles are collected, a worker can actively input a data uploading instruction to the environment-friendly detection equipment; or, the staff may set a detection number threshold in the environmental protection detection device in advance, and when the number of the detected target vehicles reaches the detection number threshold, the data uploading instruction may be automatically generated and sent to the corresponding processor inside. In consideration of the situation that data counterfeiting may occur, in the embodiment of the present application, when a data uploading instruction is received, it is required to first detect whether the environmental protection detection device currently has an operating environment identifier, and then determine whether the collected vehicle data and environment data of each target vehicle can be uploaded to a preset server according to the specific situation of whether the operating environment identifier exists, where the operating environment identifier is used to indicate that the operating environment of the environmental protection detection device changes.
In step 103, a reminding message is output based on the operating environment identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, when the running environment identifier is detected to exist currently, it can be known that the running environment of the environmental protection detection device changes, and an important operation of data counterfeiting is to change the running environment of the environmental protection detection device, so that the running environment identifier represents a situation that the data counterfeiting is likely to occur currently. And at the moment, ignoring the data uploading instruction, and outputting a reminding message based on the running environment identifier, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding a user that the environmental protection detection equipment cannot execute data uploading operation currently due to the change of the running environment.
In step 104, the vehicle data and the environment data of the target vehicle are uploaded to a preset server based on the data uploading instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, when it is found that the running environment identifier does not exist currently, it can be known that the running environment of the environmental protection detection device does not change, that is, the data counterfeiting condition does not occur currently. And executing the data uploading instruction, specifically uploading the vehicle data and the environment data of the target vehicle to a preset server based on the data uploading instruction. Optionally, after receiving the vehicle data and the environment data uploaded by the environment-friendly detection device, the server may feed back successful uploading information to the environment-friendly detection device; in order to save local storage resources, the environmental protection detection device may delete the vehicle data and the environmental data of the target vehicle from the local area after receiving the upload success information fed back by the server.
Optionally, if the environmental protection detection device includes a security chip, step 103 includes:
a1, encrypting and signing the vehicle data and the environment data based on the security chip;
in the embodiment of the present application, the environmental protection detection device may adopt a closed embedded system, such as a Linux operating system. The embedded system is specifically connected with the security chip through a bus interface. Specifically, hardware and software of the security chip need to meet national detection specifications and often have strong anti-cracking capability, and based on the anti-cracking capability, the environment-friendly detection device can encrypt and sign the vehicle data and the environment data based on the security chip. Specifically, the security chip is preset with a certificate through a preset certificate issuing platform, and a manufacturer of the security chip applies for each security chip through the preset certificate issuing platform and sets a corresponding certificate before each security chip leaves a factory; or, the environmental protection inspection station may initialize the security chip after receiving the security chip, apply for the security chip through a preset certificate issuing platform during initialization, and set a corresponding certificate, where no limitation is made on a preset flow of the certificate. Alternatively, the certificate may be an RSA certificate or an SM2 certificate, and the type of the certificate is not limited herein.
And A2, uploading the processed vehicle data and the processed environment data to a preset server based on the data uploading instruction.
In this embodiment of the application, the environmental protection detection device does not directly upload the original vehicle data and the environment data acquired in step 101, but uploads the encrypted and signed vehicle data and environment data, so as to implement security and confidentiality of the data in the data transmission process, and avoid tampering or leakage of the data. It can be seen that the premise of uploading the data is that the operating environment of the environmental protection detection device is not changed, that is, only if the operating environment of the environmental protection detection device is not changed, the security chip can be used to obtain the signature. In fact, without the signature of the security chip, even if the data is uploaded, it is not recognized by the server (i.e. the national platform).
Optionally, the data management method further includes:
b1, after the environment-friendly detection equipment is powered on, transmitting the system file and the configuration file of the environment-friendly detection equipment to the safety chip in real time according to a preset running path to perform hash operation;
in this embodiment, once the environmental protection detection device is powered on and started up, the system file and the configuration file of the environmental protection detection device are immediately transmitted to the security chip for hash operation according to a preset operation path. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, it is mainly concerned whether the system file and the configuration file are changed; if other files are also used as the standard for judging whether the operating environment is changed, the other files can be transmitted to the safety chip together for Hash operation.
B2, detecting whether the result of the hash operation is consistent with a preset target result;
in this embodiment, when the environment-friendly detection device leaves the factory, hash operation may be performed according to an operating environment of the environment-friendly detection device, so as to obtain a preset target result. That is, after performing hash budget based on the system file and the configuration file of the environmental protection detection device when the environmental protection detection device leaves the factory, a target result is obtained, and the target result is used as a standard for judging whether the operating environment of the environmental protection detection device changes.
And B3, if the result of the hash operation is not consistent with a preset target result, generating an operation environment identifier, and storing the operation environment identifier in the local of the security chip.
In this embodiment of the present application, if it is detected that the result of the hash operation is inconsistent with a preset target result, it is determined that an operating environment changes, and at this time, an operating environment identifier is generated and stored locally in the security chip. Through the steps B1 to B3, the running environment of the environment-friendly detection equipment can be monitored. Certainly, it may also be detected whether the operation environment changes through other manners, for example, statistics may be performed on the space occupied by the system file and the configuration file in the environmental protection detection device when the environment is shipped from the factory, and statistics may be continuously performed on the space occupied by the system file and the configuration file in the operation process of the environmental protection detection device, and once the space occupied by the system file and the configuration file is changed compared with when the environment is shipped from the factory, it is determined that the operation environment changes; the specific means for detecting whether the operating environment has changed is not limited herein. It can be understood that, no matter whether the result of the hash operation is consistent with the target result, the result of the hash operation obtained each time by the environmental protection detection device can be stored locally in the security chip. Actually, the result of the hash operation is to determine whether to allow the key to be used, and the environmental protection detection device is allowed to use the key to encrypt the data only on the premise that the result of the hash operation is consistent with the target result.
Optionally, when registering and issuing the environmental protection detection device to each environmental protection detection station, the environmental protection detection device may be recorded, and the specific recorded content may include device ID data, security chip data inside the environmental protection detection device, and key data of the environmental protection detection device, so as to facilitate the preset server to master the operating state of each environmental protection detection device.
Optionally, a local background of the environmental protection detection station may obtain various data collected by the environmental protection detection device through an interface, and immediately determine whether the various data meet a qualified standard specified by national environmental protection; for the vehicle data and/or the environmental data which do not meet the qualified standards of national environmental protection regulations, the vehicles corresponding to the unqualified vehicle data and/or environmental data can be found immediately, and the unqualified condition is informed to the corresponding vehicle owners.
Therefore, through the embodiment of the application, whether the running environment changes or not is continuously detected in the running process of the environment-friendly detection equipment, and a special running environment identifier is locally generated and stored when the running environment changes. Whether the data can be uploaded or not is determined by detecting whether the running environment identification exists locally or not. Moreover, the authenticity and the safety of the data are guaranteed by adopting the safety chip, so that the possibility of data counterfeiting is reduced.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
