the controller (3) and the water quality detector (4) are all arranged in the control cavity (101),

the water level adjusting mechanism is arranged in the detection cavity (102);
the water inlet of the drain pipe (12) is connected with the water outlet of the detection cavity (102), and the water outlet is connected with an external rainwater pipe network;
a filter residue box (14) arranged at one side of the treatment box (1) close to the drain pipe (12),
wherein, the water inlet of the filter residue box (14) is connected with the sewage outlet of the drain pipe (12);
the diversion assembly is arranged at the drain outlet of the drain pipe (12);
the first filter plate (35) is obliquely arranged on one side, close to the water inlet, of the filter residue box (14);
the thumb wheel (18) is rotationally connected in the residue filtering box (14) through a rotating shaft (17) and is positioned above the first filter plate (35);
the motor (21) is arranged on one side of the filter residue box (14), and the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft (17);
a crank (19) sleeved on the rotating shaft (17);
an air bag (20) which is arranged on the side wall of the residue filtering box (14) close to the crank (19);

a water flow detector (11) is arranged in the connecting pipe (2), and a distance meter (10) is fixedly connected to one side of the detection cavity (102) close to the control switch (6);
the control switch (6) and the range finder (10) are sleeved with a protective cover, the protective cover is fixedly connected in the detection cavity (102), and through holes are formed in the protective cover and close to the control switch (6) and under the range finder (10);
the flow guide assembly comprises a rotating plate (16) and an electric air cylinder (15), the rotating plate (16) is rotatably connected to a drain outlet of the drain pipe (12) through a rotating shaft, the electric air cylinder (15) is obliquely arranged at the lower end of one side of the drain pipe (12) close to the jet head (23) through a bracket, and the telescopic end of the electric air cylinder (15) extends into the drain pipe (12) and is propped against the rotating plate (16);

the lower end of the filter residue box (14) close to the funnel (36) is provided with a third filter plate (26), the second filter plate (27) and the third filter plate (26) are both obliquely arranged towards one end far away from the treatment box (1), and one end of the filter residue box (14) close to the second filter plate (27) and one end of the third filter plate (26) which is lower is provided with a drain plug (29);
the two sides of the sedimentation tank (24) close to the water outlet are provided with first drainage plates (25), and one side of the filter residue box (14) close to the water outlet is provided with second drainage plates (28);
the control cavity (101) is internally provided with a storage battery (5), and the controller (3), the water quality detector (4), the control switch (6), the distance meter (10), the water flow detector (11), the first electromagnetic valve (13), the electric cylinder (15), the motor (21), the second electromagnetic valve (32), the third electromagnetic valve (33) and the sediment detector (37) are electrically connected with the storage battery (5);
the processing method comprises the following steps:
firstly, the device is moved to a designated position, then the treatment box (1) is connected with an external sewer port through a connecting pipe (2), then the water outlet of a drain pipe (12) is connected with an external rainwater pipe network, and finally the water outlet of a filter residue box (14) is connected with an external sewage pipe network, so that the installation can be completed;
when raining, rainwater can wash out the road surface, make pollutant and silt leaf that the road surface is left on can communicate the rainwater and flow into detection chamber (102) together, the rainwater that earlier stage has pollutant and silt leaf is sewage, along with the rainwater constantly flowing into detection chamber (102), the water level can rise constantly, when the rainwater is beyond the detection end of water quality detector (4), water quality detector (4) begins to detect earlier stage rainwater quality of water, through setting up of water level adjustment mechanism, can adjust the water level in detection chamber (102), make the water level in detection chamber (102) not beyond the detection end of water quality detector (4) all the time, thereby improve the accuracy that water quality detector (4) detected;
when the water quality detector (4) detects that the sewage is unqualified, a signal is transmitted to the controller (3), the controller (3) controls the diversion assembly to rotate, so that the lower end of the drain pipe (12) close to the sewage outlet is sealed, unqualified sewage flows into the filter residue box (14), the sewage flowing into the filter residue box (14) is separated under the action of the first filter plate (35), impurities such as leaf sediment in the sewage are filtered, the sewage is subjected to preliminary filtration, the workload of a sewage treatment plant is reduced, and the sewage treatment efficiency of the sewage treatment plant is effectively improved;
when the controller (3) controls the flow guiding assembly to work, the motor (21) is restarted, the motor (21) drives the thumb wheel (18) to rotate through the rotating shaft (17), thereby shifting impurities such as leaf sediment flowing onto the first filter plate (35) to one end of the first filter plate (35) far away from the water inlet, improving the water flow trafficability, preventing the impurities such as leaf sediment from blocking the filter holes on the first filter plate (35) and affecting the discharge of sewage, wherein the rotating shaft (17) is fixedly connected with a crank (19), one side of the inner wall of the filter residue box (14) close to the crank (19) is provided with an air bag (20), and when the rotating shaft (17) rotates, the crank (19) can be driven to rotate, the crank (19) can intermittently extrude the air bag (20), thereby the air bag (20) supplies air to the air jet head (23) through the air pipe (22), the air jet head (23) jets the impurities such as leaf sediment in the drain outlet of the drain pipe (12) to enable the impurities to quickly enter the filter residue box (14), the impurities such as leaf sediment are prevented from being excessively pushed and accumulated, the drain outlet is blocked, the sewage is influenced, the sewage is discharged out of the sewer outlet, the phenomenon that urban road surfaces are flooded is caused, the impurities such as sewage and leaf sediment are effectively and quickly passed, the drainage efficiency is improved, the filtered waste is discharged into a sewage pipe network through the water outlet of the filter residue box (14) when the initial rainwater which is seriously polluted by heavy metal, then the rainwater is conveyed into a sewage treatment plant for further treatment, when the water quality detector (4) detects that the rainwater in the detection cavity (102) meets the discharge standard, the controller (3) controls the diversion assembly to reverse, so that the drain pipe (12) is conducted, and the rainwater meeting the discharge standard flows into a rainwater pipe network along the drain pipe (12) and is discharged to a river.
