Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a reducing agent for fireworks unpacking powder.
Background
In the prior art, the firework powder-unpacking powder of firework production enterprises all comprise metal materials: silver powder, aluminum-magnesium alloy powder, copper oxide, and the like, and these metal materials are used as a reducing agent for pyrotechnic charge. The metal material is sensitive, and accidents are easily caused in the production of fireworks, particularly in the process of mixing the medicines. Therefore, for safety reasons, the use of unpacking powder of metal-containing materials is now prohibited by fireworks products exported in the united states.
The invention content is as follows:
in order to solve the disadvantages, the invention aims to provide a safer reducing agent for fireworks unpacking powder. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the composite reducing agent for fireworks unpacking powder is characterized by comprising, by weight, 15-25 parts of charcoal powder, 10-18 parts of sulfur, 8-12 parts of antimony sulfide and 2-18 parts of phthalic acid, and the components are uniformly mixed.
Preferably, the composite reducing agent comprises 20 parts of charcoal powder, 15 parts of sulfur, 10 parts of antimony sulfide and 10 parts of phthalic acid by weight.
The components are as follows: the sulfur is a reducing agent, is quickly oxidized in the chemical reaction of the combustion of the pyrotechnic composition and quickly combusted with the charcoal to generate a large amount of heat and gas;
antimony sulfide is also known as antimony trisulfide, and is a combustible material that can be burned in oxygen or air. Antimony trisulfide is very easily oxidized, and the ignition point in air, i.e. the temperature from thermal oxidation, depends on its particle size. Antimony trisulfide is widely used as an additive or a catalytic, moisture-proof agent and a heat stabilizer in the aspects of military gunpowder, glass rubber, match, fireworks, friction materials and the like, and replaces antimony oxide to be used as a flame-retardant synergist. Antimony sulfide used in the firework and cracker industry is processed from stibnite ore powder, is black or gray black powder, has metallic luster, is insoluble in water and has strong reducibility. In contrast, 290 ℃ for a particle size of 0.1mm and 340 ℃ for a particle size of 0.2 mm. Antimony sulfide and chlorate are prohibited.
Phthalic acid, also known as o-phthalic acid; 1, 2-phthalic acid; the two carboxyl groups of the o-phthalic acid are respectively connected with two adjacent carbon atoms in the benzene ring to form the binary aromatic carboxylic acid. The molecular formula is as follows: c8H6O4. Molecular weight: 166.13. CAS number: 88-99-3.
The properties are as follows: colorless monoclinic crystals. Melting point 191 deg.C (closed tube). Density (20/4 ℃ C.) of 1.593g/cm3. When rapidly heated to 230 ℃, it melts and decomposes into water and phthalic anhydride. Slightly soluble in water and diethyl ether, soluble in methanol and ethanol, and insoluble in chloroform and benzene. It can be used to prepare dye, polyester resin, terylene, medicine and plasticizer.
The reducing agent is a substance that loses electrons or has an electron deviation in a redox reaction. The reducing agent itself has reducing property and is oxidized, and the product is called oxidation product. The reducing agent reduces the oxide in the oxidation-reduction reaction to reduce the valence of the oxide. The reduction and oxidation reactions are carried out simultaneously.
The composite reducing agent is applied to fireworks unpacking powder.
The method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing fireworks unpacking powder: reducing agents according to the weight ratio: mixing oxidant at ratio of 1: 2. The oxidant is preferably potassium perchlorate.
The invention has the beneficial effect that the smoke reducing agent is used as a substitute of the existing pyrotechnic composition reducing agent. The composite reducing agent provided by the invention has lower friction sensitivity, impact sensitivity, flame sensitivity and static sensitivity, better 750C heat stability, large heat productivity and high safety performance.
