In order to monitor the remaining amount of the solder ribbon, a solder ribbon sensor is generally provided on the stringer. The solder strip sensing piece is arranged above the tray supporting mechanism 301 and is arranged on the elastic mechanism, and in the continuous connection process, the solder strip sensing piece is kept at a sensing position close to the tray supporting mechanism 301 under the pressing of the elastic mechanism or only under the action of self gravity. Further optionally, the solder strip sensing part is lapped on the solder strip wound on the solder strip tray, and the solder strip is monitored and sensed.
Therefore, in order to ensure that the empty tray unloading mechanism 30 can smoothly remove the empty tray 200 from the tray supporting mechanism 301. As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the full tray feeding mechanism 40 includes a second clamping jaw assembly 41 and a pressing splicing assembly 42, wherein: the second clamping jaw assembly 41 is used for clamping the full tray 100 from the tray storage rack 50, and the clamping splicing assembly 42 is used for clamping the free end of the solder strip of the full tray 100. The second clamping jaw assembly 41 is also used for mounting the clamped full tray 100 on the tray supporting mechanism 51, and the clamping splicing assembly 42 is also used for splicing the free end of the welding strip and the cut end of the welding strip.
As shown in fig. 5, the tray storage rack 50 is optionally provided with a tray support shaft 51 and a solder ribbon holder 52. The full tray 100 is mounted on the tray support shaft 51, and the free end of the solder ribbon of the full tray 100 is held by the solder ribbon holder 52.

Then, the full tray feeding mechanism 40 is driven by the driving mechanism 20 to move away from the tray supporting shaft 51, and the free end of the solder ribbon of the full tray 100 is pulled by the clamping continuous assembly 42 to move away from the clamping member 52.
Optionally, the clamping splicing assembly 42 comprises a clamping portion and a splicing portion, wherein the clamping portion is used for clamping the free end of the welding strip, and the splicing portion is used for splicing the free end of the welding strip and the cut end of the welding strip.
Optionally, in order to ensure that the second clamping jaw 41 can smoothly mount the full tray 100 on the tray supporting mechanism 301, the full tray feeding mechanism 40 further comprises a second opening member. Before the full tray 100 is mounted to the tray supporting mechanism 301 by the second clamping jaw 41 of the full tray feeding mechanism 4, the solder strip sensing member is firstly pulled away by the second pulling member. After the second clamping jaw 41 mounts the full-length material tray 100 on the material tray supporting mechanism 301, the second poking piece releases the welding strip sensing piece, and the welding strip sensing piece is reset under the driving of the elastic mechanism or the action of gravity.
With reference to fig. 2, optionally, the automatic replacement device for a solder strip tray in the embodiment of the present invention further includes an imaging positioning mechanism 60, where the imaging positioning mechanism 60 is configured to perform imaging positioning on the free end of the solder strip and the cut end of the solder strip, so as to ensure that the full-tray feeding mechanism 40 can accurately splice the free end of the solder strip and the cut end of the solder strip together.
The invention also provides an automatic replacement method of the welding strip tray, which is implemented by the automatic replacement device of the welding strip tray provided by the invention. The automatic replacement method of the welding strip tray provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the traveling mechanism 10 travels to a position close to a disc changing station of the stringer;
2. the driving mechanism 20 drives the empty tray discharging mechanism 30 and the full tray feeding mechanism 40 to move to the tray storage rack 50, and the full tray feeding mechanism 40 picks up the full tray 100 from the tray storage rack;
3. the driving mechanism 20 drives the empty tray discharging mechanism 30 and the full tray feeding mechanism 40 to move to the tray supporting mechanism 301 provided with the empty tray 200;
4. the empty tray unloading mechanism 40 cuts off the welding strips between the empty tray 200 and the welding strip guiding and clamping piece 302, the empty tray 200 is unloaded from the tray supporting mechanism 301, the full tray loading mechanism 40 mounts the full tray 100 on the tray supporting mechanism 301, and the free end of the welding strips on the full tray 100 and the cutting end of the welding strips clamped on the welding strip guiding and clamping piece 302 are continuously connected;
5. the driving mechanism 20 drives the empty tray discharging mechanism 30 and the full tray feeding mechanism 40 to move to the tray storage rack 50, and the empty tray discharging mechanism 30 stores the empty tray 200 on the tray storage rack 50.
Optionally, in the fourth step, the sensing piece needs to be pulled out before the empty tray 200 is unloaded; also optionally, the sensing member may be required to be removed before the full pallet 100 is installed.
Optionally, to save time, the second step may be exchanged for the first step, i.e.: the full tray feeding mechanism 40 prestores a full tray 100, and then the traveling mechanism 10 reaches a tray changing station of the stringer.
In this embodiment, the full tray feeding mechanism 40 and the empty tray discharging mechanism 30 can exchange positions, and the tray changing operation can be completed as well.
The automatic replacement method for the welding strip tray realizes the automatic replacement of the welding strip tray, thereby greatly shortening the replacement time of the welding strip tray and improving the production efficiency of the series welding machine. In addition, the invention can implement the material changing operation of a plurality of series welding machines.
