The invention aims to provide a track-free mobile carrying device, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, when a plurality of rib plates are stacked on a carrying device and carried at the same time, manual holding is needed to reduce the shaking of the rib plates in the moving process, the moving speed is reduced, the carrying efficiency is low, and the fatigue strength of workers is increased.

The trackless mobile carrying device further comprises a shock pad, wherein the shock pad is fixedly connected with the support column and is positioned at one end, far away from the universal wheels, of the support column.
The invention also provides a trackless mobile carrying system which comprises a trackless mobile carrying device and a limiting device, wherein the limiting device is fixedly connected with the trackless mobile carrying device and is arranged on the outer side of the trackless mobile carrying device.
