when the stirring tank 301 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning water pump 322 is started, clean water is sprayed out through the annular pipe 317 and the spray head 318, the stirring tank 301 is cleaned rapidly, and sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe 309.
