本申请公开了一种视频截屏方法、终端及存储介质，所述视频截屏方法通过获取截屏指令的一截屏时间点；确定一截屏时长；截取截屏时长对应的多个视频图像；选取多个视频图像中的至少一个作为目标截屏图像。本申请还公开了一种视频截屏方法，所述视频截屏方法基于所述第二预设截屏规则，确定截屏时长，并截取截屏时长对应的多个视频图像；获取多个视频图像，并选取至少两个所述视频图像合成为目标截屏图像。本申请通过获取缓存中截屏时间点对应的多个视频图像，避免视频内容变化太快截屏时错过目标截屏内容；通过让用户对多个视频图像进行选择并合成视频图像，避免了用户只能获取到一个且模糊的视频图像的情况，提高了截屏图像的清晰度。
