Technical Field

Background
The existing FPC product needs to be glued in an arrangement type small area range on the whole surface, 4 pieces of gum need to be glued to each FPC, and 10 FPC products are made of one material. The FPC product gum attaching method in the prior art and the problems exist are as follows:
(1) as shown in figure 1, an operator clamps the gum by a single clamp and positions and fits the gum by the outer shape. (3) the automatic gluing equipment can only glue the back glue with the size of more than 2mm by 2 mm.

placing the coil stock on an automatic laminating machine, and laminating the micro-adhesive film and the back adhesive on the FPC product by the automatic laminating machine;
and pressing the micro-adhesive film and the FPC product, tearing off the micro-adhesive film, and attaching the back adhesive to the FPC product, thereby attaching a plurality of pieces of back adhesive to the FPC product.
