Abstract
The invention relates to the field of OCP interface test, in particular to a board card for OCP interface test, a test system and a test method, wherein an OCP golden finger interface for plugging an OCP interface on a test terminal and a PCIe interface for accessing PCIe equipment are arranged on the board card, a plurality of links corresponding to all links of the OCP golden finger interface are arranged on the PCIe interface, and all links of the OCP golden finger interface are respectively connected with corresponding links on the PCIe interface. The OCP interface mainly comprises an OCP network card data interaction part, wherein the link of the OCP network card data interaction part is composed of a PCIe protocol, in addition, NCSI function is supported, and in the expansion test, the PCIe part is often tested, so that the scheme of the invention converts the OCP interface into the PCIe interface or the SAS hard disk interface, and the OCP interface is tested by accessing other low-value PCIe devices or using the SAS hard disk, so that the traditional actual test by using the OCP network card is replaced, and the test cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an OCP interface test board card, where the board card is provided with an OCP golden finger interface and a PCIe interface, where the OCP golden finger interface is used for plugging the OCP interface on a test terminal to implement connection communication with the test terminal, the PCIe interface is used for accessing PCIe equipment, and the PCIe interface is provided with a plurality of links corresponding to each link of the OCP golden finger interface, and each link of the OCP golden finger interface is connected with a corresponding link on the PCIe interface. And when testing, the test terminal operates the PCIe equipment, and if the PCIe equipment is normal, the OCP interface on the test terminal is normal.
The links of the OCP golden finger interface mainly comprise a power supply link, a data link, a clock link, a wake-up signal/bit detection signal link and an I2C signal link. Links of the corresponding PCIe interface include a power supply link, a differential data link, a clock link, a wake-up signal/bit detect signal link, and an I2C signal link. The power supply link, the data link, the clock link, the wake-up signal/in-place detection signal link and the I2C signal link of the OCP golden finger interface are respectively connected with the power supply link, the differential data link, the clock link, the wake-up signal/in-place detection signal link and the I2C signal link of the PCIe interface.
The data link of the OCP golden finger interface is PCIe X16 signal, 16 pairs of differential signal links are shared, the corresponding connection method of the data link of the OCP golden finger interface and the differential data link of the PCIe interface is that OCP_RX [ N ] is connected with PCIe_RX [ N ], OCP_TX [ N ] is connected with PCIe_TX [ N ], wherein the value of N is 0-15.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a board card for OCP interface test, in which, besides PCIe interfaces are provided on the board card, SAS hard disk interfaces for accessing SAS hard disks are also provided at the same time, and a tester can select PCIe devices or SAS hard disks as test devices according to needs.
Correspondingly, a plurality of links corresponding to all links of the PCIe interface are arranged on the SAS hard disk interface, and all links of the PCIe interface are respectively connected with the corresponding links on the SAS hard disk interface.
Links of the SAS hard disk interface also include a power supply link, a differential data link, a clock link, a wake signal link, and an I2C signal link. The power supply link, the differential data link, the clock link, the wake-up signal/in-place detection signal link and the I2C signal link of the PCIe interface are respectively connected with the power supply link, the differential data link, the clock link, the wake-up signal link and the I2C signal link of the SAS hard disk interface.
It should be noted that, the differential data link of the PCIe interface has 4 pairs of differential data links of differential signals connected to the SAS hard disk interface, and the corresponding connection method is pcie_rx [ M ] connected to sas_rx [ M ], pcie_tx [ M ] connected to sas_tx [ M ], where the value of M is 0 to 3.
It should be noted that, the power module is also set on the board, the power links of the OCP golden finger interface and the PCIe interface are 12V power links, the power link of the SAS interface comprises 12V power links and 3.3V/5V power links, and the 12V power link of the PCIe interface is connected with the 12V power link of the SAS hard disk interface. The power module is connected with a 12 power link of the PCIe interface, and the OCP golden finger interface provides 12V power for the power module, the PCIe interface and the SAS hard disk interface. Meanwhile, the power supply module is also connected with a 3.3V/5V power supply link of the SAS hard disk interface, and the power supply module converts the 12V power supply into 3.3V and 5V power supplies to provide 3.3V and 5V power for the SAS hard disk interface.
And a read-write signal link is also arranged on the SAS hard disk interface, and the read-write signal link is connected with an LED indicator lamp.
The interface links of the present invention are further described below.
1) OCP golden finger interface 12V power link: the power supply link is shared with the PCIe interface and the SAS interface, and is used for supplying power to the power supply module, and after the power supply module converts the power supply module into 5V and 3.3V power supplies, the power supply module supplies power to the SAS interface so as to provide required power supply for SAS equipment;
2) OCP golden finger interface data link: the differential link of PCIe protocol is directly corresponding to the differential data link accessed to PCIe interface, the whole link is PCIe X16 signal, 16 pairs of differential signals are all shared, the corresponding connection method is OCP_RX [ N ] connected with PCIe_RX [ N ], and OCP_TX [ N ] connected with PCIe_TX [ N ] (N range is 0-15). In the link, 4 pairs of differential signals of the PCIe X4 link are accessed to the SAS interface, the corresponding connection method is that OCP_RX [ M ] is connected with SAS_RX [ M ], and OCP_TX [ M ] is connected with SAS_TX [ M ] (M range is 0-4). During testing, only one PCIe device and one SAS device can be connected.
3) OCP golden finger interface 100M clock signal: the OCP golden finger interface has 4 groups of 100M clock signals in total, and the first 100M clock signal is selected as a clock source of the whole jig, and directly provides 100M clocks for the PCIe interface and the SAS interface;
4) OCP golden finger interface WAKE (WAKE), on-site detection signal: the signal is correspondingly accessed to the PCIe interface, WAKE and corresponding in-place detection are provided, and the SAS interface does not need in-place signals of the OCP golden finger interface and only needs to share the WAKE signal.
5) OCP golden finger interface I2C signal: the information of the hung device is accessed by the main board through the I2C interface, and the link is shared with the PCIe interface and the SAS interface.
6) SAS interface read-write signals: when the signal is connected to the hard disk, the hard disk read-write can continuously send pulse to the signal, the LED indicator lamp is connected to the design, and the read-write state of the connected hard disk is displayed through the LED.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an OCP interface test system, which includes a test terminal with an OCP interface, a test device, and a test board card of any one of the foregoing embodiments, where the test device is a PCIe device or a SAS hard disk.
The OCP golden finger interface on the test board card is spliced with the OCP interface on the test terminal. When only the PCIe interface is arranged on the test board card, the PCIe device is spliced with the PCIe interface. When the PCIe interface and the SAS hard disk interface are simultaneously arranged on the test board card, the PCIe device and the SAS hard disk are alternatively connected with the corresponding interfaces, namely, in one test, the PCIe device and the SAS device can only be connected with one of the interfaces. When the PCIe device is selected, the PCIe device is spliced with the PCIe interface, and when the SAS hard disk is selected, the SAS hard disk is spliced with the SAS interface.
And the test terminal operates the test equipment, and if the test equipment is normal, the OCP interface on the test terminal is judged to be normal.
The OCP interface test system of the present embodiment is implemented based on the aforementioned OCP interface test board card, so that the specific implementation manner of the system can be seen from the foregoing example portion of the OCP interface test board card, so that the specific implementation manner of the system can refer to the description of the corresponding examples of each portion, and will not be described herein.
