Description

Production process of anti-siphon yarn
Technical Field
The invention relates to a yarn production process, in particular to a production process of anti-siphon yarn.
Background
The yarn is a product processed by various textile fibers into certain fineness and is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidering and the like. The yarn is usually white, and can be dyed as required and used for knitted fabrics such as shoe uppers and clothes. In order to provide the knitted fabric with an anti-siphon (waterproof) function, an anti-siphon treatment is generally performed on the knitted fabric.
For the anti-siphon treatment of knitted fabrics, the traditional method is carried out after semi-finished products, namely, the anti-siphon treatment is carried out after yarns are knitted into the knitted fabrics, and the method has higher cost and poor anti-siphon effect and is gradually eliminated. In addition, in the existing dyeing treatment process, the yarn after dyeing treatment is moved out of the dyeing machine and then subjected to anti-siphon treatment, the yarn after anti-siphon treatment needs to maintain a high liquid carrying rate for carrying out liquid carrying and drying, and the liquid carrying rate is high, the drying time is long, the temperature is high, the operation is troublesome, the anti-siphon quality of the final yarn is difficult to control, and the energy consumption is serious; and if the yarn is dried by controlling a low liquid carrying rate, the quality and the effect of yarn anti-siphon treatment can be greatly influenced.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme that the production process of the anti-siphon yarn comprises the steps of dyeing the yarn and then carrying out anti-siphon pretreatment, wherein the anti-siphon pretreatment comprises the steps of firstly adding an alkali washing mixture to carry out alkali washing treatment on the yarn, then adding acid to carry out acid washing treatment, and then adopting water to carry out washing treatment; adding an anti-siphon treating agent into the yarn subjected to anti-siphon pretreatment, heating, dehydrating to obtain yarn with liquid content of 5-8%, drying the yarn, and winding to form to obtain anti-siphon yarn; the anti-siphon treating agent is a mixture of an adsorption type fluorine-free waterproof agent and citric acid.
In the invention, the adsorption type fluorine-free waterproof agent is TF-501G fluorine-free waterproof agent. The anti-siphon pretreatment has the effects of treating various chemical fiber oil and impurities contained in the yarn raw material and preventing the chemical fiber oil and the impurities from damaging a subsequently formed waterproof film, so that the waterproof film is formed more completely and has better waterproof effect. And adding acid into the yarn after alkali washing treatment for acid neutralization, so that the pH value of the yarn after acid washing treatment is controlled to be 5-7. And finally, removing the rest residual substances on the yarns through water washing, and cleaning the residual acid on the yarns. The anti-siphon treatment agent is a mixture of an adsorption type fluorine-free waterproof agent and citric acid, and the adsorption type fluorine-free waterproof agent does not contain harmful substances such as fluorine elements and the like, so that the environmental protection requirement is met; the citric acid can effectively enhance the waterproof effect of the product.

In the invention, the drying temperature is 90-100 ℃, the drying time is 2-3 h, and the yarn is dehydrated for 3-8 min by adopting a dehydrator with the rotating speed of 500-1000 r/min.
In the invention, the temperature of the alkali washing treatment is 45-55 ℃, and the time is 20-30 min; the alkaline washing mixture is a mixture of an oil removing agent and soda ash.
In the invention, the temperature of the acid pickling treatment is 35-45 ℃, and the time is 10-20 min; the acid is glacial acetic acid.
According to the invention, the water washing treatment is to sequentially use water with the temperature of 42-48 ℃, water with the temperature of 55-65 ℃ and water with the temperature of 25-35 ℃ to wash the acid-washed yarns, and the water washing treatment time is 15-20 min.
The dyeing treatment comprises the steps of taking out the pretreated yarns, putting the yarns into a dyeing machine, adding disperse dye and dyeing auxiliaries, heating to 85-95 ℃ at a speed of 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 10-15 min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at a speed of 1.0-1.5 ℃, and preserving heat for 30-35 min.
In the invention, the dyeing process further comprises the following steps before the dyeing process:
pre-spinning, twisting and tube loosening: pre-spinning and twisting the qualified raw material yarn, and then winding and molding the twisted yarn;
wet steaming and shaping: and putting the yarn formed by winding into a shaping box, vacuumizing and injecting steam for wet steaming and shaping.
The raw material yarn is usually in the form of staple or filament, which is difficult to wind onto a loose bobbin for dyeing. When the raw material yarn is subjected to pre-spinning twisting processing, one end of the fiber strip is held, the other end of the fiber strip rotates around the axis of the fiber strip, relative rotation angle displacement is generated among the cross sections of the fiber strip, the yarn strip is twisted, wrapped, intertwined and the like, the raw material yarn subjected to the pre-spinning twisting processing is changed into stranded yarn, and the stranded yarn has good length, friction force and cohesive force and is strong in spinnability. The yarns subjected to pre-spinning twisting and spooling are subjected to wet steaming and sizing before dyeing pretreatment, so that the cheese slowly and uniformly contracts to achieve the sizing effect with the inner layer and the outer layer consistent, and the condition that the density of the inner layer and the density of the outer layer of the cheese are different and the inner layer and the outer layer are dyed in a color difference and non-uniform manner due to the fact that the inner layer and the outer layer of the cheese are pressed and covered by the outer layer of yarns after the cheese enters a dyeing process is prevented.
