The process for preparing machine-washable spun silk according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the spun silk pretreatment comprises the steps of hanging spun silk on a hanging rod of a hank dyeing machine, adding softened water with a bath ratio of 1:20, 0.5g/L penetration enhancer, 2g/L lubricant and 1g/L soda ash into a water tank of the hank dyeing machine, mixing and stirring uniformly, adjusting the temperature of the water tank of the hank dyeing machine to 100 ℃, starting a pump after the temperature is adjusted, pumping liquid in the water tank of the hank dyeing machine out by the pump, spraying the liquid from a plurality of round holes in the hanging rod to permeate into the spun silk, and turning off the pump after twenty minutes to discharge the liquid in the water tank.

The process for preparing machine-washable spun silk according to claim 3, wherein the process comprises the following steps: and the fourth step of water washing comprises the steps of adding softened water with a bath ratio of 1:20 into a water tank of the hank dyeing machine, adjusting the temperature in the water tank of the hank dyeing machine to 40 ℃, starting a pump, pumping liquid in the water tank of the hank dyeing machine out by the pump, spraying the liquid from a plurality of round holes on a hanging rod, penetrating the liquid into the spun silk, and turning off the pump after ten minutes to discharge the liquid in the water tank.

The process for preparing machine-washable spun silk according to claim 4, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the fifth step of oil feeding comprises the steps of adding softened water with a bath ratio of 1:20 into a water tank of the hank dyeing machine, adjusting the temperature in the water tank of the hank dyeing machine to 35-40 ℃, then adding 3% of softening agent and 0.5g/L of glacial acetic acid, and mixing; and then starting the pump, pumping the liquid in the water tank of the hank dyeing machine by the pump, spraying the liquid from the plurality of round holes on the hanging rod to permeate into the spun silk, and turning off the pump after twenty minutes to discharge the liquid in the water tank.

The process of claim 5, wherein the process comprises: and the sixth step of dehydration comprises the step of putting the spun silk after the fifth step of treatment into a disc dehydrator, dehydrating by using the disc dehydrator, wherein the dehydration time is 3 minutes, the moisture regain of the spun silk is less than or equal to 50%, and the seventh step of drying comprises the step of putting the spun silk after the sixth step of treatment into a skein dryer, and drying by using the skein dryer, so that the moisture regain of the spun silk is less than or equal to 11% and is more than or equal to 6.5%.
