after the control device receives the in-place signal, the control device sends a starting signal to the laser cutting mechanism and sends a first rotating speed signal to an exhaust fan of the smoke removing cylinder; the exhaust fan runs at a first rotating speed, and the smoke removing cylinder sucks air through pipelines respectively communicated with the smoke sucking holes at the upper end of the bedplate and the smoke sucking cover; the laser head emits laser, the cloth clamping mechanism is moved, and the laser cuts the fabric;
after the fabric is cut, the laser cutting mechanism sends a cutting completion signal to the control device; and after receiving the cutting completion signal, the control device sends a second rotating speed signal or a stop signal to the exhaust fan of the smoke removing cylinder, and the exhaust fan stops after running for T1 time at a second rotating speed after sending the second rotating speed signal.

Claims (8)
1. A textile equipment capable of removing smoke is characterized by comprising a cutting and sewing device, a smoke removing tube and a control device;
the cutting sewing device comprises a table plate, a sewing machine head and a laser cutting mechanism, wherein the sewing machine head and the laser cutting mechanism are arranged on the table plate;
the smoke removing tube comprises a tube body, a smoke inlet tube, a wave-proof clapboard, a filtering device and an upper cover; the lower part of the cylinder body is provided with a water tank, and one end of the smoke inlet pipe extends into the water tank to form an extending-in end; the smoke suction hole and the smoke suction cover are communicated with the smoke inlet pipe through a pipeline; the wave-proof partition plate and the filtering device are arranged in the cylinder body, the wave-proof partition plate is arranged above the water tank, and the filtering device is arranged above the wave-proof partition plate; the upper cover is arranged at the upper end of the barrel body, and an exhaust fan is arranged in the upper cover; the control device is connected with the exhaust fan and the laser cutting mechanism.

The textile equipment capable of removing the smoke according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust fan comprises a fan blade and a motor, a fan blade cavity, an air outlet channel and a motor cavity are arranged in the upper cover, the fan blade is arranged in the fan blade cavity, the motor is arranged in the motor cavity, a rotating shaft of the motor is connected with the fan blade, the fan blade cavity is sealed and isolated from the motor cavity, and the air outlet channel is communicated with the side part of the fan blade cavity.

The textile equipment capable of removing the smoke according to claim 1, wherein a water changing pipe is arranged at the lower part of the cylinder body, one end of the water changing pipe is communicated with the water tank, and a valve is arranged on the water changing pipe; the filter device comprises a smell removal filter element, a smoke removal filter element and a dust removal filter element which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence; the end part of the extending end of the smoke inlet pipe is closed, and both sides of the extending end are provided with strip-shaped smoke outlets.

The textile equipment capable of removing the smoke according to claim 1, wherein the two wave-proof partition plates are respectively a first partition plate and a second partition plate, the first partition plate is arranged above the second partition plate, the other end of the second partition plate is provided with a notch on the inner wall of the cylinder body, and the first partition plate blocks the notch.

The textile equipment capable of removing the smoke according to claim 4, wherein the smoke removing cylinder further comprises an inner frame, and the inner frame can be movably arranged in the cylinder body up and down; the periphery of the top of the inner frame is provided with a sealing ring, the top of the inner frame is provided with a third partition plate, the middle part of the third partition plate is provided with an opening, and the filtering device is arranged on the third partition plate and seals the opening; one end of the first clapboard is provided with a flexible first film, the first film is connected with the inner frame, and the other end of the first clapboard inclines downwards and faces the second clapboard; one end of the second clapboard is provided with a flexible second film, the second film is connected with the inner frame, and the other end of the second clapboard inclines downwards.

The textile equipment capable of removing the smoke according to claim 1, wherein the smoke removing barrel comprises two smoke inlet pipes, namely a first smoke inlet pipe and a second smoke inlet pipe, the smoke suction hole is communicated with the first smoke inlet pipe, and the smoke suction hood is communicated with the second smoke inlet pipe.
7. The textile equipment capable of removing smoke according to claim 1, wherein the laser cutting mechanism further comprises a fixing frame, a smoke absorbing pipe and a smoke hood adjusting device; the smoke absorption pipe and the laser head are arranged on the fixed frame;
the smoke hood adjusting device comprises a telescopic cylinder and two sliding blocks, wherein the two sliding blocks can be arranged at the top of the fixing frame in a left-right sliding mode, the two sliding blocks are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the fixing frame, the outer edges of the two sliding blocks are respectively provided with a downward extending end enclosure, and the enclosure of the two sliding blocks encloses the smoke absorption pipe and the lower end of the laser head to form a smoke absorption hood; two ends of the telescopic cylinder are respectively hinged with two sliding blocks.
8. A method of smoke abatement for textile equipment as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the cloth clamping mechanism conveys the fabric to the lower part of the laser head and sends an in-place signal to the control mechanism;
after the control device receives the in-place signal, the control device sends a starting signal to the laser cutting mechanism and sends a first rotating speed signal to an exhaust fan of the smoke removing cylinder; the exhaust fan runs at a first rotating speed, and the smoke removing cylinder sucks air through pipelines respectively communicated with the smoke sucking holes at the upper end of the bedplate and the smoke sucking cover; the laser head emits laser, the cloth clamping mechanism is moved, and the laser cuts the fabric;
after the fabric is cut, the laser cutting mechanism sends a cutting completion signal to the control device; and after receiving the cutting completion signal, the control device sends a second rotating speed signal or a stop signal to the exhaust fan of the smoke removing cylinder, and the exhaust fan stops after running for T1 time at a second rotating speed after sending the second rotating speed signal.
