the smoke removing tube comprises two smoke inlet tubes, namely a first smoke inlet tube and a second smoke inlet tube, the smoke inlet holes are communicated with the first smoke inlet tube, and the smoke absorbing cover is communicated with the second smoke inlet tube;
the laser cutting mechanism also comprises a fixing frame, a smoke suction pipe and a smoke hood adjusting device; the smoke suction pipe and the laser head are arranged on the fixing frame;
the smoke hood adjusting device comprises a telescopic cylinder and two sliding blocks, wherein the two sliding blocks can be arranged at the top of the fixing frame in a left-right sliding manner, the two sliding blocks are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the fixing frame, the outer edges of the two sliding blocks are respectively provided with a downward extending end enclosing block, and the enclosing blocks of the two sliding blocks enclose the smoke suction pipe and the lower end of the laser head to form the smoke suction hood; two ends of the telescopic cylinder are respectively hinged with two sliding blocks.
2. A method of smoke abatement for a textile apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the cloth clamping mechanism conveys the fabric to the lower part of the laser head and sends an in-place signal to the control mechanism;
after receiving the in-place signal, the control device sends a starting signal to the laser cutting mechanism and sends a first rotating speed signal to the exhaust fan of the smoke removal tube; the exhaust fan runs at a first rotation speed, and the smoke removing tube sucks air through pipelines which are respectively communicated with smoke suction holes at the upper end of the bedplate and the smoke suction cover; the laser head emits laser, the cloth clamping mechanism is moved, and the laser cuts the fabric;
after the fabric is cut, the laser cutting mechanism sends a cutting completion signal to the control device; after receiving the cutting completion signal, the control device sends a second rotating speed signal or a stop signal to the exhaust fan of the smoke removal tube, and the exhaust fan stops after the exhaust fan sends the second rotating speed signal and operates for T1 time at the second rotating speed.
