the transfer tube 71 arranged on the filter element 7 is connected with the conducting tube 9, so that after toxic gas in the flue gas is purified in the purifying element 10, the purified gas is transmitted into the filter element 7 by the conducting tube 9, the gas enters the filter plate 73 from the inside of the transfer tube 71, is filtered by the filter plate 73 and then is discharged to the inside of the shell 1 through the ventilation plate 75, and then the circulation speed of the gas between the shell 1 and the outside is increased by the accelerating element 51 in the blocking element 5, so that the gas is rapidly discharged from the inside of the shell 1 to the outside.
The purifying component 10 comprises an upper cover 102, a purifying cylinder 104 is sleeved at the bottom of the upper cover 102, a positioning disc 105 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the purifying cylinder 104, a limit column 106 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the positioning disc 105, a rotating rod 103 is arranged in the upper cover 102, the inner wall of the upper cover 102 is contacted with the outer surface of the rotating rod 103, two symmetrical ends of the upper cover 102 are provided with an adapter 101, opposite sides of the adapter 101 are fixedly connected with two ends of the upper cover 102, a filter element 107 is arranged in the purifying cylinder 104, the inner wall of the purifying cylinder 104 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the filter element 107, a clamping disc 110 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the purifying cylinder 104, a fixed block 108 is arranged in the limiting column 106, the inner wall of the limiting column 106 is contacted with the bottom of the fixed block 108, a guide rod 109 is arranged in the fixed block 108, the inner wall of the fixed block 108 is slidably connected with the outer surface of the guide rod 109, the fixed block 108 is positioned in the limiting column 106, and the two ends of the fixed block 108 are rotatably connected with the bottom of the rotating rod 103;
when the purification component 10 starts to be used, firstly, the flue gas is transmitted into the purification barrel 104 according to the adapter 101, then toxic gas is adsorbed and purified by the filter element 107 in the purification barrel 104, then the toxic gas is discharged by the adapter 101 above the purification component 10, and the tightness between the upper cover 102 and the purification barrel 104 can be controlled by the rotating rod 103 arranged in the purification component 10, so that the filter element 107 can be replaced after a period of use;
the purifying cylinder 104 is sealed by the upper cover 102 arranged in the purifying part 10, the upper cover 102 is fixed at the top of the purifying cylinder 104 by the rotating rod 103 arranged in the upper cover 102, so that the sealing property of the purifying cylinder 104 is ensured to be maintained when toxic gas is purified, leakage of the toxic gas is avoided when the toxic gas is purified, the up-and-down movement and the twisting amplitude of the rotating rod 103 are controlled according to the limit column 106 arranged at the bottom of the purifying cylinder 104, and the convenience of disassembly between the upper cover 102 and the purifying cylinder 104 is further controlled;
the clamping disc 110 arranged at the bottom of the purifying cylinder 104 is used for fixedly connecting the purifying cylinder 104 with the positioning disc 105, so that the purifying part 10 can be replaced according to the purifying degree of toxic gas by the filter element 107 when in use, the purifying effect of the purifying part 10 is ensured, and the top of the purifying cylinder 104 can be opened or closed by using the rotating rod 103 and the upper cover 102 arranged in the purifying part 10 in a matched manner, so that the purifying cylinder 104 is ensured to not leak toxic gas from a gap of the purifying cylinder 104 when the gas is transmitted.
The accelerating component 51 comprises a filter disc 511, an outer cylinder 517 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the filter disc 511, an inner rod 515 is arranged in the outer cylinder 517, the inner wall of the outer cylinder 517 is in sliding connection with the outer surface of the inner rod 515, a sliding drum 513 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner rod 515, a rotating disc 519 is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding drum 513, a fixed disc 518 is sleeved on the outer surface of the rotating disc 519, blocking protrusions 512 are symmetrically arranged on the top of the fixed disc 518, the top of the fixed disc 518 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the blocking protrusions 512, fan blades 516 are uniformly arranged on the bottom of the fixed disc 518, the top of the fan blades 516 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the fixed disc 518, and a motor 514 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the sliding drum 513;
when the accelerating component 51 starts to be used, the motor 514 is firstly used for driving the sliding drum 513 to rotate, then the rotating disc 519 is used for driving the fan blades 516 at the bottom to rotate, so that the transmission speed of the shell 1 and the outside is higher, when toxic gas is discharged from the filtering component 7, the contracting rod 55 is used for controlling the motor 514 to move upwards, so that the sliding drum 513 drives the rotating disc 519 to move upwards, the blocking protrusion 512 is clamped with the filtering disc 511, and the toxic gas is sealed in the area formed by the shell 1 and the partition 8 and cannot spread to other areas;
the motor 514 arranged at the bottom of the accelerating component 51 drives the sliding drum 513 to rotate, so that the sliding drum 513 drives the inner rod 515 to rotate around the outer drum 517, as the rotating disc 519 is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding drum 513, the fan blades 516 uniformly arranged at the bottom of the rotating disc 519 rotate, so that gas circulation is accelerated, when toxic gas is discharged from the filtering component 7, the gas detector 56 detects that the rear shrinkage rod 55 drives the motor 514 to move upwards, the blocking boss 512 arranged on the fixing disc 518 moves upwards, the blocking boss 512 is clamped with the filtering disc 511, and the communicating area between the shell 1 and the exhaust pipe 2 is blocked and sealed by the aid of the blocking boss 512 in the accelerating component 51, so that the toxic gas is prevented from being discharged to the outside.

1. An asphalt fume recycling device for producing special asphalt, comprising:

the plug part (5), it set up in the inside of casing (1), the inside of casing (1) is provided with bracing piece (6), and the inner wall of casing (1) and the both ends fixed connection of bracing piece (6), the inside of bracing piece (6) is provided with filter element (7), and the inner wall of bracing piece (6) and the surface fixed connection of filter element (7), the top fixedly connected with conducting pipe (9) of filter element (7), the one end fixedly connected with purification unit (10) of filter element (7) are kept away from to conducting pipe (9), the one end fixedly connected with gas transmission pipe (11) of conducting pipe (9) are kept away from to purification unit (10), the surface of conducting pipe (9) is provided with baffle (8), and the surface of conducting pipe (9) and the inner wall fixed connection of baffle (8), its characterized in that:
one end of the air delivery pipe (11) far away from the purification component (10) is fixedly connected with a merging plate (12), one end of the merging plate (12) far away from the air delivery pipe (11) is fixedly connected with a transmission frame (13), a fence (14) is arranged in the air suction machine (4), and the inner wall of the air suction machine (4) is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the fence (14);
the blocking component (5) comprises an accelerating component (51), a positioning ring (52) is sleeved at the bottom of the accelerating component (51), a bearing rod (53) is arranged on the outer surface of the positioning ring (52), the outer surface of the positioning ring (52) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bearing rod (53), a shrinkage rod (55) is fixedly connected to the top of the bearing rod (53), a driving source (54) is fixedly connected to the top of the shrinkage rod (55), a gas detector (56) is arranged on the outer surface of the driving source (54), and the outer surface of the driving source (54) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the gas detector (56);
the accelerating component (51) comprises a filter disc (511), the bottom of the filter disc (511) is fixedly connected with an outer cylinder (517), an inner rod (515) is arranged in the outer cylinder (517), the inner wall of the outer cylinder (517) is in sliding connection with the outer surface of the inner rod (515), the bottom of the inner rod (515) is fixedly connected with a sliding cylinder (513), the top of the sliding cylinder (513) is fixedly connected with a rotating disc (519), and the outer surface of the rotating disc (519) is sleeved with a fixed disc (518);
the top symmetry of fixed disk (518) is provided with blocks up arch (512), and the top of fixed disk (518) is connected with the bottom fixed of blocks up arch (512), and the bottom of fixed disk (518) evenly is provided with flabellum (516), the top of flabellum (516) is connected with the bottom fixed of fixed disk (518), the bottom fixedly connected with motor (514) of slide drum (513).
