本发明公开了一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥35%‑45%,胶装砂35%‑45%,含锆硅灰1.5%‑2.5%,高炉矿渣粉3%‑5%,膨胀剂0‑3%,聚丙烯腈纤维0.02%‑0.06%,减水剂0.10%‑0.23%,保水剂0‑0.03%,水10%‑13%,消泡剂0.002%‑0.006%。本发明具有灰砂比低、胶合剂流动性好、强度高、防裂性的特点,可以满足高吨位绝缘子生产需要。

一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,属于胶合剂技术领域。
背景技术
陶瓷、玻璃绝缘子均由绝缘件、金属附件、水泥胶合剂组成。现有绝缘子生产习惯采用硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,随着电力工业的发展和电压等级的提高,绝缘子产品强度越来越高,JB/T4307胶合剂标准规定Ⅲ类胶合剂11天抗压强度不低于83.5MPa。为达到该强度,现有配方中水泥用量很大,灰砂比高,同时添加了一定量硅灰,虽然能提高胶合剂强度,但也带来了胶合剂流动性变差、干缩率高,易产生表面裂纹等问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,具有灰砂比低、胶合剂流动性好、强度高、防裂性的特点,可以满足高吨位绝缘子生产需要。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥35%-45%,胶装砂35%-45%,含锆硅灰1.5%-2.5%,高炉矿渣粉3%-5%,膨胀剂0-3%,聚丙烯腈纤维0.02%-0.06%,减水剂0.10%-0.23%,保水剂0-0.03%,水10%-13%,消泡剂0.002%-0.006%。
优选的是,硅酸盐水泥为52.5硅酸盐水泥或52.5R硅酸盐水泥。
进一步的优选,含锆硅灰中SiO2含量≥94%。
进一步的优选,高炉矿渣粉的比表面积≥700m2/kg。
进一步的优选,减水剂包括高减水型聚羧酸减水剂和保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,其中,高减水型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.10%-0.18%,保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0-0.05%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的胶合剂配方灰砂比低,水泥用量只有现有配方40%-60%,采用高流动性的含锆硅灰、超细高炉矿渣,提高了胶合剂流动度和抗压强度,改善了胶合剂耐老化性能;两种聚羧酸减水剂及保水剂的应用,改善了胶合剂工艺性能;聚丙烯腈纤维及膨胀剂降低了胶合剂干缩率,减少了表面开裂现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做具体的介绍。
实施例1:本实施例是一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥39.37%,胶装砂41.16%,胶装砂选用SiO2含量为94%的天然砂,含锆硅灰1.84%,高炉矿渣粉3.82%,膨胀剂2.04%,5mm纤维长度的聚丙烯腈纤维0.036%,减水剂0.15%,保水剂0.01%,水11.57%,消泡剂0.004%。
硅酸盐水泥为52.5硅酸盐水泥。
含锆硅灰中SiO2含量为95.1%。
高炉矿渣粉的比表面积为800m2/kg。
减水剂为高减水型聚羧酸减水剂,高减水型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.15%。
实施例2:本实施是一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥41.08%,胶装砂41.22%,胶装砂选用SiO2含量为99%的加工砂,含锆硅灰2.05%,高炉矿渣粉3.38%,6mm纤维长度的聚丙烯腈纤维0.045%,减水剂0.16%,保水剂0.03%,水12.06%,消泡剂0.005%。
硅酸盐水泥为52.5R硅酸盐水泥。
含锆硅灰中SiO2含量为94.2%。
高炉矿渣粉的比表面积为1000m2/kg。
减水剂包括高减水型聚羧酸减水剂和保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,其中,高减水型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.13%,保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.03%。
实施例3:本实施例是一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥42.79%,胶装砂37.65%,胶装砂选用SiO2含量为94%的天然砂,含锆硅灰2.28%,高炉矿渣粉3.79%,膨胀剂1.82%,4mm纤维长度的聚丙烯腈纤维0.046%,减水剂0.17%,水11.45%,消泡剂0.004%。
硅酸盐水泥为52.5R硅酸盐水泥。
含锆硅灰中SiO2含量为95.1%。
高炉矿渣粉的比表面积为800m2/kg。
减水剂包括高减水型聚羧酸减水剂和保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,其中,高减水型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.14%,保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在胶合剂中重量百分比为0.03%。
在实际应用时,将硅酸盐水泥、胶装砂、含锆硅灰、高炉矿渣粉、膨胀剂(配比中若无则不添加)、聚丙烯腈纤维按比例称量,干搅拌至分散均匀;将减水剂、保水剂、消泡剂按比例加入已称量的自来水中,搅拌均匀待用;拌制时,将含减水剂的溶液加入干粉中搅拌3min-5min,搅拌均匀,达到所需流动度即可。
得到的胶合剂可以在10℃以上室温养护10h-24h(90%湿度),固化后进入30℃-45℃水养池或蒸汽室养护10h-48h;也可固化后在10℃以上室温养护48h-120h(喷水或90%以上湿度)。
基于实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所得胶合剂配方性能如下(按JB/T 4307水泥胶合剂标准):

由实施例1、实施例2、实施例3所得胶合剂配方的性能与现有配方性能相比可知,本发明提供的胶合剂,具有灰砂比低、胶合剂流动性好、强度高、防裂性特点,可以满足高吨位绝缘子生产需要。

1.一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,其特征在于:所述水泥胶合剂由以下重量百分比的组分组成:硅酸盐水泥35%-45%,胶装砂35%-45%,含锆硅灰1.5%-2.5%,高炉矿渣粉3%-5%,膨胀剂0-3%,聚丙烯腈纤维0.02%-0.06%,减水剂0.10%-0.23%,保水剂0-0.03%,水10%-13%,消泡剂0.002%-0.006%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,其特征在于,所述硅酸盐水泥为52.5硅酸盐水泥或52.5R硅酸盐水泥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,其特征在于,所述含锆硅灰中SiO2含量≥94%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,其特征在于,所述高炉矿渣粉的比表面积≥700m2/kg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘子用低灰砂比防裂硅酸盐水泥胶合剂,其特征在于,所述减水剂包括高减水型聚羧酸减水剂和保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,其中,高减水型聚羧酸减水剂在水泥胶合剂中重量百分比为0.10%-0.18%,保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在水泥胶合剂中重量百分比为0-0.05%。
