Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the cushion fan 51 includes an inlet duct 511, an impeller 512, and an outlet duct 513; the air inlet pipe 511 is used for being communicated with the ventilation pipe 8, the air outlet pipe 513 is communicated with an air path of the air inlet pipe 511, the ventilation cross section of the air inlet pipe 511 is rectangular, the long edge direction of the air inlet pipe 511 is parallel to the bottom surface of the cushion 1, and the impeller 512 is installed in the air outlet pipe 513 and is used for air draft driven by a motor; the direction of the air path inside the air inlet pipe 511 is parallel to the bottom surface of the seat cushion 1, and the air path inside the air outlet pipe 513 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the seat cushion 1. The ventilation section of the air inlet pipe 511 is arranged under the condition of the same ventilation area, compared with a pipeline with a circular or square cross section, the rectangular ventilation cross section enables the air inlet pipe 511 to be flatly arranged at the bottom of the cushion 1, and the longitudinal space at the bottom of the cushion 1 is saved; at impeller 512 during operation, it can be to the direction of keeping away from cushion 1 to go out tuber pipe 513 and blow, even go out tuber pipe 513 this moment and keep away from into the bigger great vertical space that also can not occupy a lot of below cushion 1 that tuber pipe 511 one end port was done, both can increase the air-out area that goes out tuber pipe 513 to a certain extent, can not occupy too many vertical space again, especially compare in the air-out direction of keeping away from tuber pipe 513 into tuber pipe 511 one end along 1 bottom parallel arrangement of cushion, the advantage in this aspect can be more obvious.

s3, covering the whole of the assembly of the cushion sealing cloth 6, the cushion supporting grids 3 and the ventilation pipe 8 at the bottom of the cushion 1, clamping the cushion supporting grids 3 in the cushion ventilation groove 12, and bonding the cushion sealing cloth 6 at the bottom of the cushion 1 and sealing the notch of the cushion ventilation groove 12;
s4, connecting a cushion air draft piece 51 to the other end of the ventilation pipe 8, and fixing the cushion air draft piece at a position, close to the cushion air draft opening 61, on the bottom surface of the cushion 1;
s5, fixing the chair back support grid 4 on chair back sealing cloth 7, wherein double-sided sealant is adhered to one surface, provided with the chair back support grid 4, of the chair back sealing cloth 7;
s6, arranging a chair back ventilation groove 22 matched with the chair back support grids 4 on the back of the chair back 2;
s7, covering the whole of the assembly of the chair back sealing cloth 7 and the chair back supporting grids 4 on the back of the chair back 2, clamping the chair back supporting grids 4 in the chair back ventilating grooves 22, and bonding the chair back sealing cloth 7 on the back of the chair back 2;
s8, the chair back air extraction piece 52 is arranged at the position of the chair back air extraction opening 71, and an air inlet of the chair back air extraction piece 52 is communicated with the chair back air extraction opening 71.

Claims (9)

1. A seat ventilation system, characterized by: comprises a cushion supporting grid (3) arranged on the bottom surface of a cushion (1), a chair back supporting grid (4) arranged on the back surface of a chair back (2) and an air draft component (5) for exhausting air inside the cushion supporting grid (3) and the chair back supporting grid (4);
the seat cushion (1) is provided with a plurality of seat cushion vent holes (11) at positions covered by the seat cushion supporting grids (3), and the seat cushion vent holes (11) are communicated with the bottom surface and the upper space of the seat cushion (1); the cushion supporting grid (3) comprises a first supporting part (31) and a second supporting part (32), one end of the first supporting part (31) is fixedly connected with one end of the second supporting part (32), an internal air path is communicated, the first supporting part (31) comprises two leg supporting plates (311) which are positioned on the same side, and a gap is formed between the two leg supporting plates (311);
the chair back (2) is provided with a plurality of chair back vent holes (21) at the position covered by the chair back supporting grid (4), and the chair back vent holes (21) are communicated with the back surface and the front space of the chair back (2); the chair back support grid (4) comprises two linear support plates (41) and two bent support plates (42), wherein the vertical support plates (41) are vertically arranged, two ends of each bent support plate (42) are respectively connected with the corresponding vertical support plate (41), and a gap is formed between the two linear support plates (41).

A seat ventilation system according to claim 1, wherein: the second supporting portion (32) comprises a ventilation connecting portion (322) and two hip supporting plates (321), one end of the ventilation connecting portion (322) is fixedly connected with the leg supporting plates (311) and communicated with the internal air path, the other end of the ventilation connecting portion (322) is connected with the hip supporting plates (321) and communicated with the internal air path, and a gap is formed between the hip supporting plates (321).

A seat ventilation system according to claim 1, wherein: the chair back support grid (4) is arranged in a left-right axial symmetry mode, the chair back support grid (4) is arranged on the back face of the chair back (2) in the middle, and the bent support plate (42) is located above the straight support plate (41).

s1, fixing one end of a ventilation pipe (8) at a position where a cushion air suction opening (61) is formed in cushion sealing cloth (6), fixing a cushion supporting grid (3) on one surface, away from the installation surface of the ventilation pipe (8), of the cushion sealing cloth (6), and adhering double-sided sealant to one surface, provided with the cushion supporting grid (3), of the cushion sealing cloth (6);
s2, arranging a cushion ventilation groove (12) matched with the cushion supporting grid (3) at the bottom of the cushion (1);
s3, covering the whole of the cushion sealing cloth (6), the cushion supporting grid (3) and the ventilation pipe (8) at the bottom of the cushion (1), clamping the cushion supporting grid (3) in the cushion ventilation groove (12), bonding the cushion sealing cloth (6) at the bottom of the cushion (1) and sealing the notch of the cushion ventilation groove (12);

s5, fixing the chair back support grid (4) on chair back sealing cloth (7), wherein double-sided sealant is adhered to one surface, provided with the chair back support grid (4), of the chair back sealing cloth (7);
s6, arranging a chair back ventilating groove (22) matched with the chair back supporting grid (4) on the back of the chair back (2);
s7, covering the whole of the assembly of the chair back sealing cloth (7) and the chair back supporting grids (4) on the back of the chair back (2), clamping the chair back supporting grids (4) in the chair back ventilating groove (22), and bonding the chair back sealing cloth (7) on the back of the chair back (2);
s8, the air exhausting part of the chair back (2) is arranged at the position of the chair back air exhausting opening (71), and an air inlet of the air exhausting part of the chair back (2) is communicated with the chair back air exhausting opening (71).
