Abstract
The invention discloses a recyclable backing for welding, which is made of carbon materials, wherein the carbon materials account for more than 60 percent of the total weight of the recyclable backing for welding, and can bear high temperature of more than 1500 ℃, and the recyclable backing for welding is used as a carburant for smelting metal after being welded or is used as one of raw materials for manufacturing a new backing, so that the recyclable backing for welding is not only a disposable consumable product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a backing, in particular to a recyclable backing for welding.
Background
The backing used in typical welding operations is a ceramic backing. Therefore, after the welding operation is finished, the welding material is directly discarded as waste and cannot be recycled. In addition, the strength of the soldered joint after soldering is completely determined by the skill of the operator and the choice of the solder, and the purpose of the backing is only to receive the solder, so that if the backing can be recycled after use, the backing is far superior to the ceramic backing in terms of environmental protection and practicability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a recyclable backing for welding, aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme is as follows: the recyclable backing for welding is made of carbon materials, the weight of the carbon materials accounts for more than 60% of the total weight of the backing, and the carbon materials can bear high temperature of more than 1500 ℃.
Furthermore, the recyclable welding backing adopts a mode of adding an adhesive to fix and form the carbon material.
Furthermore, the recyclable backing for welding is formed by fixing the carbon-based material by means of baking.
Further, the recyclable backing for welding is used as a carburant for the metal to be smelted after welding.
Further, the recyclable backing for soldering is used as one of the raw materials for manufacturing the recyclable backing for soldering after completion of soldering.
Further, the carbon-based material is non-biological carbon.
Further, the carbon-based material is biochar.
The recyclable backing for welding disclosed by the invention has the following advantages:
after welding, the welding backing can be used as a carburant or used as one of raw materials for manufacturing a new backing, so that the welding backing is not only a disposable consumable product.

The specific implementation mode is as follows:
in order to make the objects, functions, features and structures of the present invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described below.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view (a) of a recyclable backing for soldering according to the present disclosure.
As shown in figure 1, the recyclable backing 1 for welding disclosed by the invention is made of carbon materials, the carbon materials account for more than 60% of the total weight of the backing, the carbon materials can bear high temperature of more than 1500 ℃, in addition, the carbon materials are selected from non-biological carbon or biological carbon, and the backing can be used as a carburant for smelting metal after being welded or used as one of raw materials for manufacturing a new backing.
In addition, the invention adopts the mode of adding the adhesive or baking to fix and form the carbon material, and the method of fixing and forming the carbon material by adding the adhesive is simpler and easier in manufacturing.
The cross section of the recyclable welding backing 1 disclosed by the invention can be designed into an arc shape or a U shape as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the shape of the backing is suitable for welding round bar type materials, and the cross section of the recyclable welding backing 1 disclosed by the invention can be designed into a flat plate shape as shown in fig. 3 or a flat plate shape with grooves as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the shape of the backing is suitable for welding flat plate type materials.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 6 is a schematic view (a) of an embodiment of the recyclable welding backing disclosed in the present invention, and fig. 7 is a schematic view (b) of an embodiment of the recyclable welding backing disclosed in the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, when two reinforcing bars 2 are welded together, the recyclable backing 1 disclosed by the present invention in an arc shape or U shape is used as an optimal choice, and then the present invention is placed on the back of the gap between the two reinforcing bars 2 to start the welding operation, and during the welding, high-temperature solder is firstly accumulated on the recyclable backing 1 disclosed by the present invention, and gradually fills the gap between the two reinforcing bars 2, and during the welding, the high temperature of the solder can lead carbon in the carbon to be taken out by the high temperature, and simultaneously, the carbon is melted into the high-temperature solder to form a carburizing action, which is helpful for improving the strength of the welding point.
As shown in fig. 7, when two steel plates 3 are to be welded together, the recyclable backing 1 of the present invention is preferably used, and then the present invention is placed on the back of the gap between the two steel plates 3 to start the welding operation, and when the high temperature solder touches the present invention at the start of the welding operation, the high temperature of the solder causes the carbon in the carbon to be taken out by the high temperature, and at the same time, the carbon is melted into the high temperature solder to form a carburization effect, which contributes to the improvement of the strength of the solder joint.
Finally, when the welding operation is completed, the recyclable backing 1 of the present disclosure has been used in two ways: one of them is directly sent to a metal smelting site and the used recyclable backing 1 for welding is put into a smelting furnace to be used as a recarburizer for smelting metal, and the other is that the used recyclable backing 1 for welding is used as one of raw materials for manufacturing a new backing.
In summary, the recyclable backing for welding disclosed by the invention is mainly characterized in that: after welding, the welding backing can be used as a carburant or a raw material for manufacturing a new backing, so that the welding backing is not only a disposable consumable product.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
