Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11, and the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a campus lifting combined adjustable badminton training net rack, which is improved, and can be implemented as follows as shown in figures 1-11; the badminton training net rack comprises badminton net cloth 1 and net cloth stretching and bearing devices 2 positioned on two sides of the badminton net cloth 1; the two ends of the badminton net cloth 1 are connected with the net cloth stretching and bearing device 2 through connectors 19 (the connectors 19 can be hook components).
Compared with the existing badminton net rack, the campus lifting combined adjusting type badminton training net rack is different in that the campus lifting combined adjusting type badminton training net rack is improved; as shown in fig. 1; two mesh cloth stretching and bearing devices 2 with the same structure are arranged on two sides of the badminton mesh cloth 1; the badminton net cloth is completely supported and stretched by the two net cloth stretching and supporting devices 2, and meanwhile, the badminton net cloth 1 is driven by the net cloth stretching and supporting devices 2 to adjust the up-and-down position.
Through the improvement, the novel net cloth tensioning device is simple in overall structure and reasonable in design, can fully tension and stretch the net cloth, and is adjustable in height so as to be convenient for people with different heights to use; the mesh cloth is provided with the reflective strips, so that light guide is provided for a user.
According to the campus lifting combined adjustable badminton training net rack, the net cloth stretching and bearing device 2 comprises a bearing device main body frame 3 and a counterweight moving frame 4 which is positioned on the bearing device main body frame 3 and can be adjusted up and down. The universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the main body frame 3 of the bearing device, and the universal wheels are convenient to move; the main body frame 3 of the bearing device is used as a main supporting object of the invention, so the main body frame 3 of the bearing device is formed by welding a horizontal underframe part 3a and a vertical supporting part 3b, and the horizontal underframe part 3a and the vertical supporting part 3b are formed by welding rectangular pipes; therefore, the stress requirement of the badminton training net rack can be met, and the net cloth stretching and bearing device 2 cannot be damaged by pulling.
According to the campus lifting combined adjustable badminton training net rack, the counterweight moving frame 4 comprises a counterweight bottom frame 4a and a counterweight positioning frame 4b corresponding to the vertical supporting part 3 b; the counterweight underframe 4a and the counterweight positioning frame 4b are welded into a whole; the counterweight moving frame 4 is fixed on the vertical supporting part 3b by a counterweight positioning frame 4b through a positioning bolt 5;
as mentioned above, the badminton net cloth 1 is driven by the net cloth stretching and bearing device 2 to adjust the up-and-down position; the counterweight moving frame 4 is used for tensioning the badminton net cloth 1 after being lifted in place.
Then, a counterweight mechanism is arranged on the counterweight moving frame 4; the counterweight mechanism comprises a counterweight chassis 7, a circular counterweight block 8 and a counterweight sleeve rod 9; the lower end of the balance weight loop bar 9 is fixed with the balance weight chassis 7, and the circular balance weight block 8 is integrally positioned on the balance weight chassis 7 and sleeved on the balance weight loop bar 9. The upper end of the counterweight sleeve rod 9 is connected with a connector 19 through a steel rope, and the steel rope is wound around a net cloth rope pulley 18.
