Abstract
本发明涉及空气净化除味技术领域,尤其是指一种除味素,由以下重量比的各组分组成:异味捕捉剂2~3%、渗透剂0.03~0.05%、防腐剂0.8~1%、活性剂0.03~0.05%、消泡剂0.01~0.03%和去离子水。上述一种除味素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1,按比重称取各组分,计算去离子水用量,开启高速搅拌机,加入去离子水;S2,依次加入异味捕捉剂、活性剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀;S3,加入渗透剂、防腐剂搅拌均匀即得。本发明除味效率高,同时除味过程绿色环保,不会产生二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化除味技术领域,尤其是指一种除味素及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对生活环境空气质量的要求越来越高。而室内环境 是人们生活的主要场所,如果室内环境受到污染,人们的身体受到严重影响, 为此人们对可以改善室内环境的除味消毒杀菌用品提出了更高的要求:产品能 快速除味,无二次污染,不会对人们身体健康造成影响。
目前,室内空气环境治理的方法多样,如使用活性炭吸附,空气清新剂遮 盖,化学药剂类净化产品。活性炭吸附速率慢,去除异味不明显;空气清新剂 只能掩盖异味,并不能从根本上消除异味,而且自身分解后,又会产生危害物 质,污染环境;化学药剂类可以高效去除异味,但会产生二次污染。异味捕捉 剂由植物萃取液组成的,除味过程无二次污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种除味素及其制备方法,除味效率高, 同时除味过程绿色环保,不会产生二次污染。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种除味素,由以下重量比的各组分组成:异味捕捉剂2~3%、渗透剂 0.03~0.05%、防腐剂0.8~1%、活性剂0.03~0.05%、消泡剂0.01~0.03%和去离 子水。
优选地,所述异味捕捉剂为纳米二氧化钛光触媒捕捉剂。
优选地,所述渗透剂为医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜。
优选地,所述防腐剂为3Q-403PX防腐剂。
上述一种除味素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,按比重称取各组分,计算去离子水用量,开启高速搅拌机,加入去离 子水;
S2,依次加入异味捕捉剂、活性剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀;
S3,加入渗透剂、防腐剂搅拌均匀即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明中的异味捕捉剂可快速与室内异味因子发生中和反应,清除异味, 按其一定的比例结合起来所得到的除味素的除味效率高,同时除味过程绿色环 保,不会产生二次污染。其中3Q-403PX防腐剂含有杀菌成分PCMX,化学性质 稳定,易溶于醇、醚、聚二醇等有机溶剂和强碱水溶液,对多数革兰氏阳性、 阴性菌,真菌,霉菌都有杀灭功效。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说 明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
实施例1
称取纳米二氧化钛光触媒捕捉剂20g、医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜0.3g, 3Q-403PX防腐剂8g,活性剂0.4g,消泡剂0.2g,去离子水70.1g备用。
启动高速搅拌器,加入去离子水搅拌,然后依次加入二氧化钛光触媒捕捉 剂、活性剂和消泡剂,搅拌10~15min使得各组分混合均匀。
最后加入医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜和3Q-403PX防腐剂,继续搅拌20~30min 使之充分混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例2
称取纳米二氧化钛光触媒捕捉剂25g、医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜0.4g, 3Q-403PX防腐剂9g,活性剂0.4g,消泡剂0.2g,去离子水65g备用。
启动高速搅拌器,加入去离子水搅拌,然后依次加入二氧化钛光触媒捕捉 剂、活性剂和消泡剂,搅拌10~15min使得各组分混合均匀。
最后加入医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜和3Q-403PX防腐剂,继续搅拌20~30min 使之充分混合均匀,得到产品。将实施例1-4进行性能测试,所有对比试验数 据如下表所示。
实施例3
称取纳米二氧化钛光触媒捕捉剂30g、医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜0.5g, 3Q-403PX防腐剂10g,活性剂0.4g,消泡剂0.2g,去离子水58.9g备用。
启动高速搅拌器,加入去离子水搅拌,然后依次加入二氧化钛光触媒捕捉 剂、活性剂和消泡剂,搅拌10~15min使得各组分混合均匀。
最后加入医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜和3Q-403PX防腐剂,继续搅拌20~30min 使之充分混合均匀,得到产品。

1.一种除味素,其特征在于:由以下重量比的各组分组成:异味捕捉剂2~3%、渗透剂0.03~0.05%、防腐剂0.8~1%、活性剂0.03~0.05%、消泡剂0.01~0.03%和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除味素,其特征在于:所述异味捕捉剂为纳米二氧化钛光触媒捕捉剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除味素,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为医用渗透剂二甲基亚砜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除味素,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为3Q-403PX防腐剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种除味素的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,按比重称取各组分,计算去离子水用量,开启高速搅拌机,加入去离子水;
S2,依次加入异味捕捉剂、活性剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀;
S3,加入渗透剂、防腐剂搅拌均匀即得。
