背景技术
现有的垃圾除臭是指利用一系列方法除去刺激嗅觉器官引起人们不愉快及损坏生活环境的气体物质,其主要的方式有掩蔽型除臭法、吸附性除臭剂、化学型除臭法和生物型除臭法。掩蔽型除臭剂使用可让人类愉悦的香气成分与恶臭成分混合,使气味相互抵消,从而减轻甚至完全消除臭气的刺激,但掩蔽型除臭剂并不能消除恶臭成分,臭气成分实际上存在,对环境的危害依然存在。吸附性除臭剂利用具有吸附能力的材料通过吸附环境中的恶臭成分,从而达到除臭的效果,丹吸附所用的产品用量巨大,成本较高,而且臭气成分仍然存在,在除臭的同时也增大了生活垃圾的体积。化学型除臭剂采用化工原料制得,可通过与臭气组分发生化学反应,降低臭气组分浓度的产品,但强酸、强碱、强氧化剂的使用会给环境带来二次污染。生物型除臭剂是指利用微生物对臭气组分的代谢或生物酶催化降解臭气组分,降低臭气组分浓度的产品。植物型除臭剂是指用植物萃取液或者提取物加工而成,通过与臭气成分反应,从而降低臭气浓度的产品,但其效果、反应速率没有化学型除臭剂好。因此仍需要开发一种安全无毒,不会对环境和人体造成危害,快速有效的垃圾除臭剂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有除臭剂存在的问题,提供一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂及其制备方法和应用,该除臭剂具有良好的除臭性能和长效的除臭效果,综合除臭效果优异,且具有一定的抗菌作用,对人体无害,不会对环境造成二次污染,应用于化学型垃圾中转站时,原液稀释倍数高,显著降低了使用成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供的一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:水溶性纳米二氧化钛0.8~1.5%,稳态二氧化氯1~2%,茶叶提取液5~8%,硫酸亚铁10~15%,柠檬酸3~5%,香精0.2~0.5%,余量为水。
按上述方案,所述茶叶提取液为绿茶提取物,包括茶多酚和儿茶素。优选地茶多酚和儿茶素质量比为1:1。
提供一种上述化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)将稳态二氧化氯加入一部分水中,密封搅拌,然后再加入水溶性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌,得混合液;
2)将硫酸亚铁溶于剩余水中得硫酸亚铁溶液,再将硫酸亚铁溶液加入步骤1)所得混合液中,最后再加入茶叶提取液、柠檬酸和香精,搅拌均匀,即得化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂。
提供一种上述化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂的应用,包括以下步骤:将上述除臭剂稀释14-16倍得稀释液,然后将稀释液经高压喷雾喷洒在垃圾中转站的垃圾池中,即可达到高效除臭效果。
本发明提供一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,包括水溶性纳米二氧化钛、稳态二氧化氯、茶叶提取液、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸和香精;其中各组分之间工作机理如下:
纳米二氧化钛在紫外光照射下能够表现出较高的光催化活性,将绝大多数有机物氧化分解为H2O或CO2等无机小分子。加入水溶性纳米二氧化钛不仅可以能够借助光催化作用有效消灭微生物的恣意生长,从而降低环境有害成分的数量,还可以为二氧化氯提供吸附的载体,起到长效除臭的作用,并且纳米二氧化钛为水溶性的,对人体呼吸道、皮肤等没有危害。
柠檬酸可以中和反应去除部分包含氨气的碱性气体,还可以在水中电离除H+和-COO-离子,而-COO-末端氧可以与铁离子形成配位键,阻止铁离子的水解,以达到进一步增强铁离子去除S2-的效果。柠檬酸形成的-COO-与NH4+反应,可以避免由于生成的氨根离子堆积在表面,而造成减少氨气与催化剂表面活性位点的有效接触,增强去除氨气的能力。
TiO2光催化氧化过程中需要更好的吸电子能力,柠檬酸是很好的电子给体,使TiO2的光催化性能变强。此外,柠檬酸还可以破坏纳米二氧化钛的表面形态,增强其分散性,纳米TiO2的光反射率降低,吸收率提高,进一步提高纳米二氧化钛的光催化性能。
加入茶叶提取液,进一步提升了硫化氢气体和氨气的去除效果,且安全无毒。加入香精,从感官角度发挥除臭作用,以弥补其余化学除臭组分的不足,进一步提高其综合除臭性能。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,各种组分协同作用,可以同时去除硫化氢气体和氨气,综合除臭性能优异,5分钟臭味即可明显减轻,除臭剂对硫化氢和氨气的去除率最高达到97%和98%,且具有长效除臭效果,可维持6h以上臭味不反弹,同时对人体呼吸道、皮肤等没有危害,具有工业化应用前景。
2.本发明提供的除臭剂应用于化学型垃圾中转站时,稀释倍数高,原液可以稀释14-16倍进行使用,除臭效果优异,显著降低了使用成本。

实施例1

将388g水加入搅拌器中,先缓慢加入12g二氧化氯,密封搅拌10~15min后得到黄绿色透明溶液,再向该搅拌器中加入10g纳米二氧化钛并搅拌5-10min,得到混合液。在另一搅拌器中加入388g水,向该搅拌器中加入120g硫酸亚铁,搅拌得硫酸亚铁溶液,将硫酸亚铁溶液加入到混合液中,最后向其中加入60g茶叶提取液、30g柠檬酸、2g香精,搅拌10min,即可得到垃圾除臭剂。
(2)原液的稀释和喷洒
在武汉某垃圾中转站进行现场除臭试验,选择兼具腐臭和恶臭气味的池子,考察该除臭剂的综合性除臭能力。将除臭剂原液加15倍体积的水稀释,然后经高压喷雾器将其喷洒至垃圾中转站的压缩池内。喷洒5分钟后,就能明显感觉到臭味减轻。以后每隔30分钟测一次,基本上能保持臭味不反弹,除臭时间能在4.5小时以上。
(3)除臭效果测试
采用TD500-SH-Ex气体检测仪分析监测中转站内的硫化氢和氨气含量,实验数据如下表1和表2所示。

实施例2
提供一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,按质量百分比计,由以下原料组分组成:
水溶性纳米二氧化钛1.1%;稳态二氧化氯1.5%;茶叶提取液7%;硫酸亚铁10%;柠檬酸5%;香精0.3%;余量水。其中茶叶提取液为绿茶提取物,主要成分为茶多酚和儿茶素,其质量比为1:1。
除臭剂原液的制备、稀释及喷洒、除臭效果的检测,具体的操作方法同实施例1。
在武汉某垃圾中转站进行现场除臭试验,选择兼具腐臭和恶臭气味的池子,考察该除臭剂的综合性除臭能力。TD500-SH-Ex气体检测仪分析监测中转站内的硫化氢和氨气含量,实验数据如下表3和表4所示。结果显示:本实施例所得除臭剂不仅除臭彻底,喷洒后的30分钟内臭气浓度就降低到0.010mg/m3以下,而且除臭时间能保持在5~6小时。

实施例3
提供一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,按质量百分比计,由以下原料组分组成:
各组分质量百分比为:纳米二氧化钛1%;稳态二氧化氯2%;茶叶提取液8%;硫酸亚铁15%;柠檬酸3%;香精0.2%;余量水。其中茶叶提取液为绿茶提取物,主要成分为茶多酚和儿茶素,其质量比为1:1。
除臭剂原液的制备、稀释及喷洒、除臭效果的检测,具体的操作方法同实施例1。
在武汉某垃圾中转站进行现场除臭试验,选择兼具腐臭和恶臭气味的池子,考察该除臭剂的综合性除臭能力。TD500-SH-Ex气体检测仪分析监测中转站内的硫化氢和氨气含量,实验数据如下表5和表6所示。结果显示:按照该方法制备的除臭剂能最大限度降低臭气含量,除臭时间能保持在6小时以上。

结果表明,现场的硫化氢和氨气浓度大大降低,基本达到了国家一级排放标准。除臭剂对硫化氢和氨气的去除率最高达到97%和98%。
Claims (4)
1.一种化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:水溶性纳米二氧化钛0.8~1.5%,稳态二氧化氯1~2%,茶叶提取液5~8%,硫酸亚铁10~15%,柠檬酸3~5%,香精0.2~0.5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂,其特征在于,所述茶叶提取液为绿茶提取物,包括茶多酚和儿茶素。
3.一种权利要求1-2任一项所述的化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)将稳态二氧化氯加入一部分水中,密封搅拌,然后再加入水溶性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌,得混合液;
2)将硫酸亚铁溶于剩余水中得硫酸亚铁溶液,再将硫酸亚铁溶液加入步骤1)所得混合液中,最后再加入茶叶提取液、柠檬酸和香精,搅拌均匀,即得化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂。
4.一种权利要求1-2任一项所述的化学型垃圾中转站除臭剂的应用,其特征在于,所述应用包括以下步骤:将所述除臭剂稀释14-16倍得稀释液,然后将稀释液经高压喷雾喷洒在垃圾中转站的垃圾池中,即可达到高效除臭效果。
