本发明公开了一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏，所述药膏包括以下中草药原料：木鳖子、蓖麻子、血竭、松香、小磨香油。本发明的药膏对内痔、外痔、混合痔均有着显著效果，抗菌消炎力强，结痴快，可清热泻火、消肿止痛，能防止创面感染并加速创面愈合，疗效迅速，价格低廉，且愈后能有效防止痔疮的复发，不留烧、烫伤疤痕。本发明还公开了上述痔疮、烧烫伤药膏的制备方法。

一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中草药制剂技术领域，尤其是涉及一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
痔疮的症状是出血、脱出、疼痛等，是由于人体直肠末端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩张和屈曲所形成的柔软静脉团的慢性疾病。目前，较常见的治疗痔疮的方法有手术治疗、食物治疗、药膏治疗。手术治疗因损伤少，特别适合中老年人、注重效率的白领人群、有一定较好收入的人及传统治疗复发患者，但手术治疗相对于药膏治疗来说，存在费用高、有一定的疗程、麻烦的缺点。而食物治疗虽然能缓解便秘，对痔疮患者的康复有一定的帮助，但是其需要的治疗时间长，治愈时间慢。
烧、烫伤是临床常见病之一，它使病人疼痛难耐，苦不堪言。目前，西医治疗烧烫伤的方法通常是采用清创、消毒、包扎及手术，其疗程长，愈合慢，费用高，且愈后留有疤痕。
为了解决现有技术中，痔疮治疗时间长，没有显著效果，烧烫伤后创面愈合时间长，伤口不能较好愈合的缺点，需要一种新型的可用于治疗痔疮、烧烫伤的制剂。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述痔疮、烧烫伤药膏的制备方法。
为实现上述第一个目的，本发明采用以下内容：
一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏，所述药膏包括以下中草药原料：木鳖子、蛤蟆草、苦参、黄连、当归、川大黄、血余、槐花、蓖麻子、血竭、松香、小磨香油。
进一步地，所述药膏由以下重量份配比的中草药原料制成：木鳖子8-12份、蛤蟆草5-7份、苦参8-10份、黄连5-7份、当归5-10份、川大黄10-15份、血余8-10份、槐花3-5份、蓖麻子8-12份、血竭 3-5份、松香8-12份、小磨香油13-17份。经大量实验，上述中草药原料的配比在此范围内时，得到的药膏对痔疮、烧烫伤能具有较佳的治疗效果。
进一步地，所述药膏由以下重量份配比的中草药原料制成：木鳖子10份、蛤蟆草5份、苦参8份、黄连7份、当归5份、川大黄15 份、血余10份、槐花3份、蓖麻子10份、血竭4份、松香10份、小磨香油15份。上述中草药原料以此比例配比时，得到的药膏对痔疮、烧烫伤的治疗效果最佳。
为实现上述第二个目的，本发明采用以下内容：
上述痔疮、烧烫伤药膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：称取木鳖子、蛤蟆草、苦参、黄连、当归、川大黄、血余、槐花、蓖麻子、血竭、松香，通过研合法将其分别破壳并研细，待研磨成细腻糊状后，将各糊状物与小磨香油混合，再加入适量清凉油，搅拌均匀，放入药罐中熬制成软膏状即可。
现对本发明的配方中的各味中草药进行简要说明：
1、木鳖子：苦、微甘，凉。功能主治：散结消肿，攻毒疗疮。用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疠，痔漏，干癣，秃疮。
2、蓖麻子：甘、辛，平。功能主治：消肿拔毒，泻下导滞，通络利窍。主痈疽肿毒，瘰疬，乳痈，喉痹，疥癞癣疮，烫伤，水肿胀满，大便燥结，口眼歪斜，跌打损伤。
3、血竭：甘、咸，平。功能主治：活血定痛，化瘀止血，敛疮生肌。用于跌打损伤，心腹瘀痛，外伤出血，疮疡不敛。
4、松香：苦；甘；性温。功能主治：祛风燥湿；排脓拔毒；生肌止痛。主痈疽恶疮，瘰疬，瘘症，疥癣，白秃，疠风，痹症，金疮，扭伤，妇女白带，血栓闭塞性脉管炎。
5、小磨香油：气微或带有熟芝麻的香气，味淡。功能主治：保护血管，润肠通便，滋润皮肤，保护嗓子，治疗鼻炎等。
6、蛤蟆草：热，解毒，凉血，利尿。用于咽喉肿痛、支气管炎、肾炎水肿、痈肿；外治乳腺炎、痔疮肿痛、出血。
7、苦参：用于热痢，便血，黄疸尿闭，赤白带下，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒，疥癣麻风。
8、黄连：清热燥湿，泻火解毒。用于湿热痞满，呕吐吞酸，泻痢，黄疸，高热神昏，心火亢盛，心烦不寐，血热吐衄，目赤，牙痛，消渴，痈肿疔疮；外治湿疹，湿疮，耳道流脓。酒黄连善清上焦火热。
9、当归：补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。主血虚诸证；月经不调；经闭；痛经；症瘕结聚；崩漏；虚寒腹痛；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。
10、川大黄：中药治肠胃实热便秘，积滞腹痛，湿热下痢，黄疸，水肿，牙痛，血热吐衄，目赤咽痛，血瘀经闭，症瘕积聚，跌打损伤，肠痈腹痛，痈疮肿毒，烫火伤。
11、血余：咳血，吐血，衄血，便血，尿血，崩中漏下，小便淋痛，痈肿，溃疡，流火，烫伤。
12、槐花：治肠风便血，痔血，血痢，尿血，血淋，崩漏，吐血，衄血，肝火头痛，目赤肿痛，喉痹，失音，痈疽疮疡。
本发明具有以下优点：
本发明的药膏由多种中草药按一定配比制成，该药膏对内痔、外痔、混合痔均有着显著效果，抗菌消炎力强，结痴快，可清热泻火、消肿止痛，能防止创面感染并加速创面愈合，疗效迅速，价格低廉，且愈后能有效防止痔疮的复发，不留烧、烫伤疤痕。

1.一种痔疮、烧烫伤药膏，其特征在于，所述药膏包括以下中草药原料：木鳖子、蛤蟆草、苦参、黄连、当归、川大黄、血余、槐花、蓖麻子、血竭、松香、小磨香油。
