本发明涉及中药配方技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活规律的变化以及工作压力的增多，越来越多的人患上了各种疾病，身体上长肿瘤就是常见的一种疾病。
根据新生物的细胞特性及对机体的危害性程度，又将肿瘤分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤两大类，而癌症即为恶性肿瘤的总称。当人们发现自己患有肿瘤时就需要尽快治疗，以免恶化。目前人们治疗肿瘤多采用切除、服用西药或者化疗的方式，但是切除只是治标，没有消除根本隐患，服用西药和化疗的副作用很大，会对患者的身体健康造成损害。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此，本发明的一个目的在于提出一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方及其制备方法，解决了其它治疗方法副作用大，治疗效果差的问题。
根据本发明提出的一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方，包括如下重量份原料：天葵子20-30份、地蟞虫20-30份、虎杖15-20份、香附10-20份、水蛭 10-20份、松香5-10份、龟甲20-30份、丁香15-25份、延胡索30-40份、马钱子15-20份、当归20-30份、生川乌20-30份、雄黄5-10份、肉桂15-25份、樟脑10-15份、芒硝5-15份，上述组分混合后晒干，放入水中进行蒸煮，蒸煮 3-5h，过滤掉药渣，浓缩，与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。

一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
S1：将天葵子、地蟞虫、虎杖、香附、水蛭、松香、龟甲、丁香、延胡索、马钱子、当归、生川乌、雄黄、肉桂、樟脑、芒硝进行晾干，使各组分的含水率均在5-10％，然后按比例称重；
S2：将步骤S1中晾干的原料放入蒸煮锅内蒸煮3-5h，过滤药渣，保留药液备用；
S3：将药渣加到75％乙醇，回流提取3-5小时，收集提取液，将提取液与保留药液混合浓缩成药膏，使浓缩后含水质量在30-50％；
S4：将药膏与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。
在本发明的另一些实施例中，所述步骤S3中75％乙醇提取反复提取进行三次，第一次加10倍量75％乙醇，回流提取3小时，收集第一次提取液，再加入8倍量75％乙醇回流提取3小时，收集第二次提取液，再加入5倍量75％乙醇回流提取2小时，收集第三次提取液，然后将三次提取液混合，再与保留药液混合。

S3：将药渣加到加10倍量75％乙醇，回流提取3小时，收集第一次提取液，再加入8倍量75％乙醇回流提取3小时，收集第二次提取液，再加入5倍量75％乙醇回流提取2小时，收集第三次提取液，然后将三次提取液混合，再与保留药液混合蒸发浓缩，加热温度70℃，使浓缩后含水质量在30％；
S4：将药膏与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。
实施例2

S4：将药膏与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。
临床资料
临床对150例肿瘤患者进行贴敷治疗，其中男性80例，女性70例，年龄 35-68岁。
治疗方法：本发明药贴贴于患处、疼痛部位，每隔一天换药一次，半个月为一个疗程。
疗效判断标准：
显效：肿块大小得到控制，减小或停止增长，疼痛大为缓解；
有效：疼痛减轻；
无效：临床症状未减轻。
治疗结果：经2-4个疗程的治疗，150例患者显效103例，有效27例，无效20例，显效率68.7％，总有效率86.7％，治疗过程中患者未出现不良副反应。

1.一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方，其特征在于：包括如下重量份原料：天葵子20-30份、地蟞虫20-30份、虎杖15-20份、香附10-20份、水蛭10-20份、松香5-10份、龟甲20-30份、丁香15-25份、延胡索30-40份、马钱子15-20份、当归20-30份、生川乌20-30份、雄黄5-10份、肉桂15-25份、樟脑10-15份、芒硝5-15份，上述组分混合后晒干，放入水中进行蒸煮，蒸煮3-5h，过滤掉药渣，浓缩，与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方，其特征在于：包括如下重量份原料：天葵子25份、地蟞虫25份、虎杖18份、香附15份、水蛭15份、松香8份、龟甲25份、丁香20份、延胡索35份、马钱子18份、当归25份、生川乌25份、雄黄8份、肉桂20份、樟脑18份、芒硝10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方，其特征在于：所述浓缩后成膏状，含水量在30-50％。
4.一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：具体步骤如下：
S1：将天葵子、地蟞虫、虎杖、香附、水蛭、松香、龟甲、丁香、延胡索、马钱子、当归、生川乌、雄黄、肉桂、樟脑、芒硝进行晾干，使各组分的含水率均在5-10％，然后按比例称重；
S2：将步骤S1中晾干的原料放入蒸煮锅内蒸煮3-5h，过滤药渣，保留药液备用；
S3：将药渣加到75％乙醇，回流提取3-5小时，收集提取液，将提取液与保留药液混合浓缩成药膏，使浓缩后含水质量在30-50％；
S4：将药膏与凡士林调匀，装入软膏壳内形成中药敷贴膏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤S3中75％乙醇提取反复提取进行三次，第一次加10倍量75％乙醇，回流提取3小时，收集第一次提取液，再加入8倍量75％乙醇回流提取3小时，收集第二次提取液，再加入5倍量75％乙醇回流提取2小时，收集第三次提取液，然后将三次提取液混合，再与保留药液混合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗肿瘤的穴位贴敷中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：所述浓缩为蒸发浓缩，加热温度70-75℃。
