Example 4
The hand-protecting type hand-washing-free disinfection gel of the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.2% of antibacterial agent, 4% of thickening agent, 4% of emollient, 1% of skin care enhancing factor, 0.1% of pH regulator, 0.03% of essence, 30% of skin freshener and the balance of water.
The antibacterial agent is benzalkonium chloride, the thickening agent is carbomer, the emollient is glycerin, the skin care enhancement factor is laurocapram and half of aloe extract, the pH regulator is triethanolamine, and the skin freshener is isopropanol.
The preparation method of the hand-protection type hand-washing-free disinfection gel comprises the following steps:
1) adding 0.2g of benzalkonium chloride into 40ml of water, and uniformly stirring;
2) adding 4ml of glycerol into the mixture obtained in the step 1), and uniformly mixing;
3) adding 0.5ml of each of laurocapram and Aloe extract into 2), and mixing;
4) adding 0.03g of essence into the mixture obtained in the step 3), and uniformly mixing;
5) adding 30ml of isopropanol into the mixture obtained in the step 4), and uniformly mixing;
6) adding 4g of carbomer into the mixture obtained in the step 5), and uniformly mixing to form gel;

Claims (8)
1. The hand-protecting type washing-free disinfection gel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.1-1% of antibacterial agent, 1-5% of thickening agent, 2-5% of emollient, 1-3% of skin care enhancing factor, 0.1-0.5% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.03% of essence, 30-50% of skin freshener and the balance of water.
2. The antibacterial agent of claim 1 is one or more of benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide, nanosilver, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, and chlorhexidine acetate.
3. The thickener as claimed in claim 1 is one or more of carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; preferred thickeners are carbomers or hydroxypropyl cellulose.
4. The emollient of claim 1 is one or more of glycerin, allantoin, and polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The skin care enhancement factor of claim 1 wherein said skin care enhancement factor is laurocapram and aloe vera extract.
6. The pH regulator of claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is one of triethanolamine and citric acid.
7. The skin toner of claim 1 which is isopropyl alcohol.
8. A process for preparing a hand-care disposable antiseptic gel as defined in claim 1, comprising the steps of: firstly, adding the antibacterial agent into a beaker containing 40ml of water, and stirring for dissolving; adding the emollient, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding skin care enhancing factor, and mixing; adding skin refreshing agent, and mixing; adding essence, and mixing; adding the blending agent, stirring and dissolving; adding pH regulator, stirring, adding the rest water, and mixing.
