When the thigh support plate 12 rotates around the upper base plate 11 to change the angle, the wire drawing 26 passes through the thigh support plate 12, clockwise bypasses the pin shaft 4 from the upper side and then passes through the upper base plate 11 downwards, so that the wire drawing 26 cannot stretch when the thigh support plate 12 rotates, and the normal supporting force proportion is ensured. The upper bottom plate 11 is provided with the mounting groove 33 for the telescopic plate 31 and the guide plate 3 to pass through, so that the gap between the upper bottom plate 11 and the lower bottom plate 1 is reduced, the supporting area of buttocks and thighs is increased, and the patient is more comfortable.
