(1) 50g of UVU6250 resin was weighed out and dissolved in 36g of absolute ethanol, and stirred for 20 minutes on a magnetic stirrer (rotation speed 600 r/min) to obtain solution A.
(2) 0.15g of 1-phenyl-1, 2-propanedione was weighed out and dissolved in 16g of absolute ethanol, and stirred for 16 minutes on a magnetic stirrer (rotation speed 550 r/min) to obtain a solution B.

(4) And uniformly spraying the obtained photocuring solution on the integrated special-shaped filter stick, standing for 30 minutes, and irradiating for 5 seconds by using a UV-LED lamp after the ethanol solvent is volatilized to obtain a finished product of the special-shaped filter stick with the surface provided with a protective film with the thickness of 1 mm.

(3) Adding the solution B into the solution A, and stirring for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 600r/min to fully mix to obtain a mixed solution; then the mixed solution is filtered by a 80-mesh filter screen to obtain the photocuring solution.
(4) And uniformly spraying the obtained photocuring solution on the integrated special-shaped filter stick, standing for 30 minutes, and irradiating for 4 seconds by using a UV-LED lamp after the ethanol solvent is volatilized to obtain a finished product of the special-shaped filter stick with a protective film with the thickness of 0.5mm on the surface.
A cigarette product is prepared by firstly perforating the special-shaped filter stick prepared by the embodiment by using a JK250PS online cigarette laser perforating device produced by Nanjing Ruichi electronic engineering industry Co., Ltd (the perforation design standard is two rows of 15 holes, each row has a distance of 1.3mm, and the nearest distance between a hole belt and a mouth end is 11.1 mm); and then connecting the perforated special-shaped filter stick with the tobacco shred sections by adopting a rolling and connecting processing technology known by a person skilled in the art to obtain the cigarette.
Example 5
A cigarette abnormal-shaped filter stick comprises a filter stick body and a protective film arranged on the surface of the filter stick body; the protective film is formed by photocuring the photocuring solution coated on the filter stick body. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) 50.5g of UVU6205 resin was weighed out and dissolved in 40g of absolute ethanol, and stirred for 15 minutes on a magnetic stirrer (rotation speed 600 r/min) to obtain solution A.
(2) 0.146g of benzophenone was weighed out and dissolved in 15g of absolute ethanol, and stirred for 14 minutes on a magnetic stirrer (rotation speed 550 r/min) to obtain a solution B.
(3) Adding the solution B into the solution A, and stirring for 15 minutes at the rotation speed of 550r/min to fully mix to obtain a mixed solution; then the mixed solution is filtered by a 80-mesh filter screen to obtain the photocuring solution.
(4) And uniformly spraying the obtained photocuring solution on the integrated special-shaped filter stick, standing for 25 minutes, and irradiating for 6 seconds by using a UV-LED lamp after the ethanol solvent is volatilized to obtain a finished product of the special-shaped filter stick with the surface provided with a protective film with the thickness of 1.5 mm.
A cigarette product is prepared by firstly using a JK250PS online cigarette laser perforating device produced by Nanjing Ruichi electronic technology engineering Limited company to perforate the special-shaped filter stick prepared by the embodiment (the perforating design standard is two rows of holes, each row is 15, the distance between each row is 1.3mm, and the nearest distance between a hole belt and a mouth end is 11.1 mm); and then connecting the perforated special-shaped filter stick with the tobacco shred sections by adopting a rolling and connecting processing technology known by a person skilled in the art to obtain the cigarette.
Comparative example 1
Different from the embodiment 1, the ethanol solution is sprayed on the surface of the integrated special-shaped filter stick, and the special-shaped filter stick is connected with the tobacco shred sections after the ethanol solution is volatilized, so that the cigarette product is obtained.
Comparative example 2
Different from the embodiment 1, a layer of protective film is adhered to the surface of the integrated special-shaped filter stick by using an adhesive, and then the special-shaped filter stick is connected with the tobacco shred sections to obtain a cigarette product.
Comparative example 3
The common acetate fiber filter stick wrapped with the plug wrap paper is perforated by the same method as in example 1, and then connected with tobacco shred segments to obtain a cigarette product.
Evaluation of
(1) Suction resistance and ventilation rate
The evaluation process comprises the following steps: cigarettes prepared by the embodiment and the comparative example are balanced for 48 hours in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-1 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-3%. GB/T22838.5-2009 part 5 of determination of physical properties of cigarettes and filter sticks: carrying out a resistance-draw test on the cigarette resistance-draw and the filter rod pressure drop; according to GB/T228315-2009 part 15 of determination of physical properties of cigarettes and filter sticks: the determination definition and measurement principle of cigarette ventilation measure the total ventilation rate of the filter stick and the cigarette. The measurement results are shown in table 1.

Evaluation results were as follows: the cigarette resistance is one of important evaluation indexes of the physical quality of cigarette products, and the larger the resistance is, the better the cigarette tightness is; the ventilation rate reflects the air permeability of the cigarette and can dilute harmful nicotine, but if the ventilation rate is larger than a normal value, the phenomenon that the cigarette leaks air is reflected.
By taking various indexes of the cigarette prepared by the common conventional cigarette filter stick in the comparative example 3 as standards, as can be seen from the table 1, compared with the comparative example 3, the suction resistance, the ventilation rate and the total ventilation rate value of the cigarette of the special-shaped filter stick prepared by the embodiment of the invention are not changed greatly, which shows that the physical properties of the cigarette prepared by wrapping the plug paper on the common filter stick are basically the same after the light-cured protective film is formed on the surface of the special-shaped filter stick;
compared with the comparative example 1, the suction resistance of the comparative example 1 is reduced, the ventilation rate is obviously improved, and the air leakage phenomenon exists when the special-shaped cigarette filter stick is not coated with the protective film, so that the technical contribution of forming the protective film on the surface of the special-shaped cigarette filter stick is explained;
compared with the example 1, the absorption resistance of the comparative example 2 is reduced, the ventilation rate is increased, and the sealing effect of the protective film formed by the photocuring technology is better than that of the protective film adhered by the adhesive, so that the technical contribution of the photocuring film forming method is proved.
(2) Sensory evaluation
The evaluation process comprises the following steps: the sensory evaluation method of the national standard YCT 138-plus 1998 tobacco and tobacco products is adopted, and the sensory evaluation is carried out on the cigarettes prepared in the embodiment and the comparative example by professional smokers by taking the aroma characteristics, the smoke concentration and the suction opening number as indexes. The results are shown in Table 2.

Evaluation results were as follows: as can be seen from Table 2, the aroma characteristics, the smoke concentration and the number of suction openings of the cigarettes prepared in the examples and the comparative example 3 of the application are basically the same, which shows that the smoking effect of the cigarettes prepared by wrapping the plug paper on the common filter stick is not greatly changed after the light-cured protective film is formed on the surface of the special-shaped filter stick;
compared with the comparative example 1, the special-shaped filter stick has the advantages that the fragrance characteristics are outstanding, the smoke concentration is high, and the number of suction openings is large, so that the phenomenon of air leakage is reduced after a protective film is formed on the surface of the special-shaped filter stick;
in the comparative example 2, the smoke concentration is quickly weakened along with the increase of the number of the suction openings, which shows that the sealing performance of the surface of the special-shaped filter stick is poor, the air leakage phenomenon exists, and the number of the suction openings is reduced, thereby showing the technical contribution of the photocuring film-forming technology.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A cigarette abnormal-shape filter stick is characterized by comprising a filter stick body and a protective film arranged on the surface of the filter stick body; the protective film is formed by photocuring the photocuring solution coated on the filter stick body.
2. The cigarette special-shaped filter stick according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the protective film is 0.1-2.0 mm.
3. The cigarette profile filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the light-curing solution comprises a light-curing resin and a photoinitiator.
4. The cigarette profile filter stick according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the light-cured resin to the photoinitiator is (49-51): (0.14-0.16).
5. The cigarette special-shaped filter stick according to claim 3, wherein the light-cured resin is aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin.
6. The cigarette profiled filter rod according to claim 5, wherein the aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin is one or more of UVU6906 resin, UVU6205 resin, UVU6250 resin and UVU6305 resin.
7. The cigarette profile filter stick according to claim 3, wherein the photoinitiator is one or more of camphorquinone, 1-phenyl-1, 2-propanedione, methyl o-benzoylbenzoate, and benzophenone.
8. The cigarette profile filter rod of claim 1, wherein the light curing is performed using a UV-LED lamp.
9. The cigarette profile filter stick according to claim 8, wherein the irradiation time of the UV-LED lamp is 3-6 s.
10. A smoking article comprising the cigarette shaped filter according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
