Description

Fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fruit tree antifreezing film agents, and particularly relates to a fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The term "late spring cold" refers to a weather phenomenon in which the average air temperature is lowered to a level lower than that in the same year and lasts for a period of time due to the influence of frequently cold air in the south of the north or continuous overcast and rainy weather in the south of the north in the spring (3-5 months) in China. The late spring cold generally brings serious threats to the growth and production of fruit trees, and causes frost damage to branches or flower buds, such as bark frost damage, branch drying, freeze death or incomplete development of tender leaves and flower buds and the like. The mild case will cause the reduction of yield, the severe case will cause the extinction, and the fruit setting rate will be directly affected. The late spring cold has damage to all fruit trees, especially to early-flowering fruit trees such as apricot, peach, cherry, apple, pear and the like.
In order to prevent the damage of low temperature to fruit trees, the existing anti-freezing measures can be roughly divided into two types: one is to adopt physical means to raise the environmental temperature for the fruit trees; the other is the use of antifreeze. The existing physical means for prevention and treatment has high cost and consumes more manpower; the anti-freezing effect of the existing anti-freezing film agent on the market is very little or the temperature is too low, so that the anti-freezing effect cannot be achieved.

the antifreeze substance is one or more of sodium alginate, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and guar gum, and the trace element is one or more of magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, ferric chloride and zinc chloride.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of alkylphenol polyoxypropylene ether, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, sorbitan fatty acid ester of sorbitan laurate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate.
Preferably, the alcohol is one or more of glycerol, ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the nano oxide is nano silicon dioxide, nano titanium dioxide or a mixture of nano silicon dioxide and nano titanium dioxide.

Preferably, the phosphate is one or more of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate.
Preferably, the edible oil is one or more of rapeseed oil, peanut oil, hemp seed oil, corn oil and olive oil.
The preparation method of any one of the fruit tree antifreezing film agents containing potassium humate comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparing a mixed solution A and a mixed solution B by using 500 parts of deionized water in total by adopting the following process:
adding 0.2-1.2 parts of dispersion liquid formed by nano oxide and deionized water into 0.5-5 parts of aqueous solution formed by surfactant and deionized water, and uniformly mixing to form mixed solution A;
adding 1-6 parts of an anti-freezing substance into 0.5-1.5 parts of a potassium humate aqueous solution, uniformly mixing, then adding 10-30 parts of an alcohol substance, 3-10 parts of a saccharide substance, 1-10 parts of trace elements, 10-30 parts of phosphate and 0.5-1.2 parts of edible oil, and uniformly mixing to form a mixed solution B;
and 2, uniformly mixing the mixed solution A and the mixed solution B to obtain the fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate.
Further, in the step 1, under the conditions that the frequency is 40-60Hz and the temperature is 25-35 ℃, the nano oxide is subjected to ultrasonic treatment in deionized water for 15-30min to form the dispersion liquid.
Still further, in step 1, the total amount of deionized water is 100 parts when forming the mixed solution a.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate of the invention takes potassium humate, antifreezing substances and alcohols as main raw materials, can obviously improve the water retention and antifreezing capacity of fruit trees, and has the functions of promoting the growth of fruit trees, preventing insects and sterilizing. The potassium humate has the functions of insect prevention and bacteria resistance, has the synergistic effect with the nano oxide, kills worm eggs in the trunk, can be chelated with trace elements, is fully absorbed by the fruit trees, and improves the immunity of the fruit trees; wherein, the antifreeze substance (such as sodium alginate) has strong hydration because of being hydrophilic macromolecule, so that the antifreeze substance is difficult to generate ice crystal by adsorbing the moisture of the film agent and interacts with the alcohol substance, thereby greatly improving the antifreeze capacity of the fruit tree; the surfactant is used for increasing the adhesiveness of the film and enabling the film to be better adhered to the surface of a fruit tree; the phosphate is used for supplementing the necessary phosphorus element for fruit trees; the saccharide substances are tightly wrapped by the formed film, and the potassium humate can increase the permeability of the cell membrane of the fruit tree, so that the fruit tree can fully absorb nutrient substances in the anti-freezing film agent, the fruit tree transformation degree is improved, the bud body is full, the biological enzyme is activated, and the water retention capacity of the plant is enhanced; the edible oil can be used as a thickening agent to increase the adhesive force of the film to the trunk, thereby fundamentally solving the problem that fruit trees are frozen.
According to the preparation method of the fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate, when the mixed solution A is prepared, the surfactant is added into deionized water, and then the nano oxide is added, so that the nano oxide is dispersed more uniformly; when the mixed solution B is prepared, the antifreeze substance is added into the aqueous solution of the potassium humate and is uniformly mixed, and then the alcohol substance, the carbohydrate substance, the trace elements, the phosphate and the edible oil are sequentially added, so that the insoluble flocculation and precipitation can be avoided. Simple operation, low equipment requirement, environmental protection and suitability for industrial scale-up production. The fruit tree antifreezing film agent containing potassium humate prepared by the invention has no side effect on fruit trees and environment, and can also provide nutrition for fruit trees after falling off on soil after being prevented from freezing. The fruit tree antifreezing film agent can be sprayed on apple, kiwi fruit, peach, apricot or cherry fruit trees 3-5 days before cold tide comes, so as to achieve antifreezing effect.

the experimental site: shanxi Mei county, Kiwi berry.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: and selecting a kiwi fruit orchard demonstration garden to carry out artificial pollination. Spraying the product prepared in the embodiment on two fruit trees respectively; meanwhile, a blank group is set, and the treatment of an anti-freezing film agent is not needed. Fruit setting rate × (total fruit set/total pollination ×)
In the formula, the total number of fruit setting refers to the total number of fruit in which the ovary normally grows after pollination. The total number of pollinations means the total number of pollinations performed manually on female flowers. The more fruit setting, the higher the fruit setting rate, and conversely, the lower the fruit setting rate. The flower and fruit dropping rate is (total number of pollinations-total number of fruits set)/total number of pollinations multiplied by 100%, and the flower and fruit dropping refers to the phenomenon that young fruits of female flowers drop due to late spring coldness.
The results are shown in the table:
group of Fruit set rate/%) Flower and fruit drop rate/%)
Example 1 90 10
Example 2 86 14
Example 3 91 9
Example 4 88 12
Blank group 39 61
According to the results of test experiments, the anti-freezing film agent prepared by the invention can obviously reduce the flower and fruit dropping of the kiwi fruits caused by late spring coldness.
