then, the alcohol testing instrument is started, then the electromagnet 163 is powered off, at the moment, the lifting shaft 802 moves downwards under the action of gravity, the locking shaft 165 is inserted into the locking groove 164, at the moment, the fixing shaft 801 drives the lifting shaft 802 to rotate when rotating, so that the second blade 9 is driven to rotate, the second blade 9 sucks outside air into a space above the partition plate 14 through the communicating air pipe 11 and the air feeding pipe 23 when rotating, because the rotating speeds of the second blade 9 and the first blade 7 are the same, the diameter values of the air feeding pipe 23 and the soaking pipe 13 are the same, the air quantity and the gaseous alcohol quantity entering the space above the partition plate 14 are the same, and at the moment, the maximum concentration detection is carried out on the alcohol testing instrument;
