Specifically, the second sensor 21 senses the liquid information output by the quantitative liquid adding device 6, converts the signal into a level signal and sends the level signal to the control system, and the control system processes the signal and sends a corresponding instruction. In a proportioning period, the second sensor 21 senses primary liquid information and works normally. When the power is off, the liquid amount in the raw liquid storage device 10 is insufficient, and the quantitative liquid adding device 6 fails to deliver liquid to the tail end of the liquid supply pipeline 5, the second sensor 21 cannot receive liquid information; or when the quantitative liquid adding device 6 fails and conveys liquid to the tail end of the liquid supply pipeline 5 for multiple times, the second sensor receives liquid information for multiple times; in both abnormal states, the second sensor 21 will send corresponding information to the control system, and the control system will receive the information and stop the next proportioning process.
Preferably, the paint proportioning device further comprises an alarm system in communication with the control system. When the second sensor 21 detects an abnormality, corresponding information is sent to the control system, the control system receives and processes the information, then an instruction is sent to the alarm system, and the alarm system gives an alarm. Further preferably, the alarm system may be an indicator light or alarm bell or the like.
When the equipment that adopts the floater to regard as the ration foundation uses now, operating personnel discovers product napping or other phenomena in the production process, when unable judgement concrete reason, can conclude to make coating supply concentration not enough, consequently can stir the floater at will, stir once, stoste and water just supply once, stir twice, and stoste will supply twice. This results in a large change in the coating concentration and a large consumption of the stock solution.
In the embodiment, when the stock solution supply fails, the equipment can automatically alarm. The problem of large fluctuation of the coating supply concentration is avoided, and the problems that operators cannot identify reasons and carry out wrong treatment are also avoided, so that the waste of stock solution is reduced, and the production cost is saved.
Preferably, the end of the feed liquid duct 5 is provided with a second one-way check valve 22 to avoid air entering the mixing and proportioning tank 2 through the feed liquid duct 5, and the second sensor 21 is arranged downstream of the second one-way check valve 22.
In addition, in the conventional process, operators frequently lift the liquid supply pipeline 5 above the stock solution storage device 10 to observe whether the stock solution exists or not, so that air enters as a result, the stock solution is not supplied into the mixing and proportioning box 2 in the using and circulating process, and only clean water and no coating stock solution exist in the mixing and proportioning box 2.
Therefore, preferably, the front end of the liquid supply pipe 5 is provided with a third sensor 23 and a first one-way check valve 25 which are connected with the control system, and the third sensor 23 is a liquid level sensor which detects the liquid information of the position where the third sensor is located and feeds the information back to the control system. When the front end of the liquid supply pipeline 5 is inserted into the bottom of the stock solution storage device 10, and when the stock solution amount is insufficient, the third sensor 23 sends information to the control system and sends out a corresponding alarm instruction to prompt an operator to add the stock solution, so that the trouble of manually checking the stock solution storage condition can be avoided, and air is prevented from entering.
As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, the frame is a rectangular parallelepiped, and includes an upper frame structure 006 and a lower cabinet 007. The bottom of the cabinet 007 is provided with universal wheels 008 to facilitate the transfer of equipment, so that the device is suitable for different die-casting sites.
The control system is provided in the power distribution cabinet 1 at the top of one side of the frame structure 006. A protective box 25 for installing a quantitative liquid adding device 6 in the liquid supply system is arranged below the power distribution cabinet 1, and the liquid supply pipeline 5 penetrates through the protective box 25 and extends to the outside of the equipment rack. A working storage box 11 is arranged beside the quantitative liquid adding device 6, and a second magnetic stirring device 12 is arranged at the bottom of the working storage box 11.
Preferably, an operation opening is formed in one side of the protection box 25, and a fingerprint identification module of an operation door for opening is arranged on the operation opening through the operation opening. The fingerprint identification module can restrict the personnel who does not have the authority to change the liquid feeding volume of ration liquid feeding device 6 at will, further makes ratio coating concentration more stable.
Preferably, a mixing proportioning box 2 of the proportioning system is erected on the top of the other side of the frame structure 006, and a hollow-out placing part 009 for placing the stock solution storage device 10 is arranged below the mixing proportioning box 2.
Further preferably, the output system is mounted in a cabinet 007 below the gantry. The outlet duct 16 extends from the side of the cabinet 007.
As shown in fig. 2, an observation window 001 and a dust cap 002 capable of opening or closing the observation window 001 are disposed on the top surface of the mixing proportioning box 2 and/or the working material storage box 11, and the dust cap 002 is hinged to the box body on one side of the observation window 001 through a return spring, so that the opened dust cap 002 is automatically closed under the action of removing the external force, thereby preventing dust particles from entering and reducing the probability of oxidative fission.
As shown in fig. 4, it is further preferable that the raw liquid storage device 10 is a cylindrical member, the bottom of the hollow-out placing part 009 is provided with a slanted bottom plate 003 for placing the raw liquid storage device 10 thereon, so that the liquid in the cartridge is concentrated at a low position of the bottom of the cartridge, and the front end of the extraction tube 51 is located at a low position of the bottom of the cartridge, so that the liquid in the cartridge can be sucked out to the maximum extent, thereby saving the raw liquid.

Claims (10)

1. The coating proportioning device is characterized by comprising a control system, a liquid supply system, a water supply system and a proportioning system;
the control system is electrically connected with the liquid supply system, the water supply system and the proportioning system to provide electric power and function control;
the proportioning system comprises a mixing proportioning box and a first magnetic stirring device, wherein the first magnetic stirring device is arranged at the bottom of the mixing proportioning box and drives a first magnetic rotor in the mixing proportioning box to rotate;
the liquid supply system comprises a liquid supply pipeline and a quantitative liquid adding device; the tail end of the liquid supply pipeline is communicated with the mixing and proportioning box, and the quantitative liquid adding device is arranged on the liquid supply pipeline and is used for quantitatively extracting liquid at the upstream of the liquid supply pipeline to the mixing and proportioning box;
the water supply system comprises a water supply pipeline, an opening and closing device and a first sensor, the water supply pipeline is communicated with the mixed proportioning box, the opening and closing device controls the opening and closing of the water supply pipeline, the first sensor is arranged on the mixed proportioning box, the first sensor detects the water level in the mixed proportioning box and feeds signals back to the control system, and the control system receives the signals and closes the water supply pipeline.
2. The paint proportioning device of claim 1 further comprising a second sensor disposed in the liquid supply line downstream of the dosing device and connected to the control system, wherein the second sensor senses liquid information downstream of the liquid supply line and feeds back the information to the control system.
3. The paint proportioning device of claim 1, further comprising a storage system including a working storage tank and a second magnetic stirring apparatus, wherein the working storage tank is communicated with the mixing proportioning tank, and the second magnetic stirring apparatus drives a second magnetic rotor in the working storage tank to rotate.
4. The paint proportioning device of claim 1, wherein a third sensor is provided at a front end of the liquid supply pipe and connected to the control system, and the third sensor detects information about the liquid at the position of the third sensor and feeds the information back to the control system.
5. The paint proportioning device of claim 1 wherein the dosing device comprises a dosing cylinder or a dosing pump.
6. The paint proportioning device of claim 3, wherein the top surface of the box body of the mixing proportioning box and/or the working storage box is provided with an observation window and a dust cap capable of opening or closing the observation window, and the dust cap is hinged on the box body at one side of the observation window through a return spring so that the opened dust cap is automatically closed under the action of removing the external force.
7. Paint proportioning device according to claim 2, wherein the end of the liquid supply conduit is provided with a one-way check valve to prevent air from entering the mixing and proportioning tank through the liquid supply conduit, and the second sensor is arranged downstream of the one-way check valve.
8. The paint proportioning device of claim 1, further comprising a protective box, wherein the dosing device is located in the protective box, and a fingerprint identification module for opening the protective box is arranged on the protective box.
9. The paint proportioning device of claim 3, wherein the output system comprises an output pipeline connected with the working storage tank, and a stop valve, a filter, a diaphragm pump and/or an energy storage tank are sequentially arranged on the output pipeline.
10. A paint spraying system comprising a stock solution storage means, a spraying apparatus and a paint proportioning apparatus according to claims 1 to 9.
