本发明公开了一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣35‑45%,环氧树脂30‑40%,丁腈橡胶15‑25%,氟硅酸镁溶液5‑10%和二氧化硅溶胶3‑6%和偶联剂1‑2%,首先将炉渣35‑45%,环氧树脂30‑40%,丁腈橡胶15‑25%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液5‑10%和二氧化硅溶胶3‑6%和偶联剂1‑2%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。优点是:使用炉渣和二氧化硅溶胶具有防滑、耐磨性和强度高,使用环氧树脂和丁腈橡胶,使材料具有抗拉、防滑、美观、耐化学品腐蚀等优点。

本发明涉及一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。
背景技术
地坪材料被广泛应用于车间、体育场等场所,目前,金刚砂地坪材料是将金刚砂用于地坪中,不能很好的强化地坪强度,耐磨和拉伸性能不够,不能很好地满足各种碰撞,影响地坪的稳定性和美观,同时金刚砂耐磨地坪里使用硅灰作为参杂料,地坪的收缩大和吸水量都很大,地坪耐久性出现问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣35-45%,环氧树脂30-40%,丁腈橡胶15-25%,氟硅酸镁溶液5-10%和二氧化硅溶胶3-6%和偶联剂1-2%,首先将炉渣35-45%,环氧树脂30-40%,丁腈橡胶15-25%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至 80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液5-10%和二氧化硅溶胶3-6%和偶联剂1-2%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。

一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣35%,丙烯酸环氧树脂30%,丁腈橡胶25%,氟硅酸镁溶液5%和二氧化硅溶胶3%和硅烷偶联剂2%,首先将炉渣35%,丙烯酸环氧树脂30%,丁腈橡胶25%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液5%和二氧化硅溶胶3%和硅烷偶联剂2%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。

一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣40%,丙烯酸环氧树脂35%,丁腈橡胶15%,氟硅酸镁溶液5%和二氧化硅溶胶4%和硅烷偶联剂1%,首先将炉渣40%,丙烯酸环氧树脂35%,丁腈橡胶15%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液5%和二氧化硅溶胶4%和硅烷偶联剂1%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。

一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣40%,丙烯酸环氧树脂30%,丁腈橡胶15%,氟硅酸镁溶液10%和二氧化硅溶胶3%和硅烷偶联剂2%,首先将炉渣40%,丙烯酸环氧树脂30%,丁腈橡胶15%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至 80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液10%和二氧化硅溶胶3%和硅烷偶联剂2%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。

1.一种耐磨防滑金属地坪材料,其特征在于:按照重量百分比包括如下组份:炉渣35-45%,环氧树脂30-40%,丁腈橡胶15-25%,氟硅酸镁溶液5-10%和二氧化硅溶胶3-6%和偶联剂1-2%,首先将炉渣35-45%,环氧树脂30-40%,丁腈橡胶15-25%放入反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后将反应釜温度升温至 80℃加入氟硅酸镁溶液5-10%和二氧化硅溶胶3-6%和偶联剂1-2%搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温得到耐磨防滑金属地坪材料。
