Referring to fig. 8, the power transmission device includes a first transmission mechanism 19 and a second transmission mechanism 20; the first transmission mechanism 19 is composed of a first motor 1901, a first motor pulley 1902, a first pulley 1903, a first belt 1904, and a first gear 1905, and the second transmission mechanism 20 is composed of a second motor 2001, a second motor pulley 2002, a second pulley 2003, a second belt 2004, a second gear 2005, and a third gear (well-known spare parts, which are located between the second pulley 2003 and the second gear 2005, not shown); the power output by the first motor 1901 drives the flat plate impact crust breaking device through the first motor pulley 1902, the first pulley 1903, the first belt 1904 and the first gear 1905 to perform the impact crust breaking operation on the rubber fruits, the power output by the second motor 2001 drives the movement of the caterpillar 702 through the second motor pulley 2002, the second pulley 2003, the second belt 2004, the second gear 2005 and the third gear to send the primarily crust-broken nuts and the primarily-broken fruit shell fragments into the tooth space extrusion crust breaking device to perform secondary crust breaking, and finally the secondarily-broken nut and fruit shell fragment mixture extruded through the tooth space is sent into the winnowing device and the collecting device.
The working flow of the compound type rubber fruit sheller is as follows:
1) Starting a first motor 1901, a second motor 2001, a first fan 1601 and a second fan 1801 to drive a vibration type sorting feeding device, a flat plate impact crust breaking device, a tooth slot extrusion crust breaking device and a winnowing device to work simultaneously, and starting vibration in the vibration type sorting feeding device;
2) Rubber fruits are sent into a feed inlet 4, the rubber fruits are subjected to vibration force sorting in a vibration sorting and feeding device, enter a feeding channel 701 from a first channel outlet 604, enter a flat plate impact shell breaking device through a crawler 702, an eccentric wheel mechanism 9 in the flat plate impact shell breaking device drives an impact plate 801 and a square base plate 1001 to reciprocate up and down, the interval between the impact plate 801 and the square base plate 1001 is periodically changed, the rubber fruits are impacted for one time, the shells and nuts after the shell breaking enter a tooth slot extrusion shell breaking device through the crawler 702, a long tooth disc 13 in the tooth slot extrusion shell breaking device rotates and is matched with a tooth plate 11 to generate extrusion force in a tooth slot, the rubber fruits are extruded for secondary shell breaking, and the winnowing work is also carried out simultaneously;
3) The mixture of the nuts and the crushed shells enters a primary air separation structure 16 from a nut shell feeding position 15, the primary air separation structure 16 performs primary air separation on the mixture of the nuts and the crushed shells of the rubber fruits, part of rubber fruit shell fragments fall into a first collecting box 2101 from the lower side hole of a first cylindrical channel 1603 in the primary air separation structure 16, the rest of the rubber fruit nuts and the shell fragments enter a secondary air separation structure 18 from a conveying channel 17, the mixture of the nuts and the crushed shells after the primary air separation is subjected to secondary air separation, the rest of the rubber fruit shell fragments fall into a second collecting box 2102 from the lower side hole of a second cylindrical channel 1803, and finally the rubber fruit nuts enter a nut collecting box 22 from a second channel outlet 1804, so that the air separation and the nut collection of the nuts are finally completed.

the vibration type sorting feeding device comprises a feeding port, a vibration mechanism and a sorting channel; the vibration mechanism is used for vibrating the rubber fruits at the feed inlet to enable the rubber fruits to enter the feed channel from the sorting channel, the sorting channel consists of a channel bottom plate, a channel side plate, a baffle plate and a first channel outlet, the channel bottom plate, the channel side plate and the baffle plate jointly form 19 sorting channels with the inclination of 500mm multiplied by 15mm and 1 sorting channel with the inclination of 500mm multiplied by 10mm, and the first channel outlet is an extension outlet with the inclination of 28mm multiplied by 18mm and the inclination of 30 degrees;
the flat plate impact shell breaking device comprises a feeding mechanism, an impact plate body, an eccentric wheel mechanism and a supporting plate frame; the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding channel, a track and rolling wheels, wherein the feeding channel corresponds to a sorting channel, a space framework formed by 20 vertical bars and two transverse bars is fixedly connected to a frame, the rolling wheels drive the track to move and transport in a matched mode with the feeding channel, the impact plate body comprises an impact plate and a grooved side plate, a plurality of conical protrusions are distributed on the lower side of the impact plate, the supporting plate frame comprises a base plate and a cushion block, the base plate is located below the track, the cushion block is located below the base plate and used for fixing the supporting plate frame, the grooved side plate is connected with an eccentric wheel mechanism and drives the impact plate to reciprocate up and down through a first transmission mechanism, and a shell and a nut after shell breaking enter a tooth slot extrusion shell breaking device through the track;
the tooth slot extrusion shell breaking device comprises a toothed plate, side plates, a long fluted disc and a rotating shaft, wherein the side plates are arranged at two ends of the toothed plate, the long fluted disc is arranged between the two side plates, and the long fluted disc and the rotating shaft are connected with a second transmission mechanism to generate circular motion and generate extrusion force in the tooth slot in cooperation with the toothed plate so as to extrude rubber fruits for secondary shell breaking.
