背景技术
饲料添加剂是指在饲料生产加工、使用过程中添加的少量或微量物质, 在饲料中用量很少但作用显著,饲料添加剂是现代饲料工业必然使用的原料, 对强化基础饲料营养价值,提高动物生产性能,保证动物健康,节省饲料成 本,改善畜产品品质等方面有明显的效果。
随着猪肉价格的猛涨,养猪业对饲料添加剂的需求量变大,减少病猪率、 提高瘦肉率是饲料添加剂的主要改进方向,为此我们提出了一种提高猪免疫 力、防猪瘟、提高瘦肉率的饲料添加剂。

本发明的目的在于提供提高猪免疫力、防猪瘟、提高瘦肉率的饲料添加 剂,能有效抑制病毒生长、调节肠道菌群平衡和促进短链脂肪酸的产生,提 高机体消化吸收功能,提高机体免疫力,提高瘦肉率,可防控猪瘟。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:提高猪免疫力、防猪瘟、 提高瘦肉率的饲料添加剂,所述饲料添加剂中含有多穗石柯老叶提取物、洪 桉樟纯露、抗性淀粉。
优选的,按重量百分比计,所述多穗石柯老叶提取物3-5份、抗性淀粉 3-5份、洪桉樟纯露90-94份。
优选的,所述多穗石柯老叶提取物的制备方法如下:
第一步:将多穗石柯叶老叶粉碎;
第二步:将第一步中粉碎后的多穗石柯叶老叶用60-90℃热水浸泡1-3小 时,滤除废渣;
第三步:将第二步中的滤液减压浓缩;
第四步:对第三步中的浓缩液进行喷雾干燥得到多穗石柯提取物。
优选的,所述饲料添加剂中还含有橘柑粉。
优选的,按重量百分比计,所述橘柑粉0-5份。
优选的,所述橘柑粉的制备方法如下:
第一步:将干柑橘皮粉碎至80目;
第二步:将第一步中粉碎后的干柑橘皮用5-20倍体积的热水浸泡1-3小 时,热水的温度为60-90℃,然后将浸泡液通过200目过滤;
第三步:滤液减压浓缩至原体积1/5-1/3;
第四步:对第三步中的浓缩液喷雾干燥得到橘柑粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
一、本发明通过在饲料添加剂中加入多穗石柯老叶提取物,多穗石柯叶 老叶中含有根皮苷、三叶苷,根皮苷能有效抑制微生物活动,可减少猪瘟的 发生,三叶苷是一种天然甜味剂,其具有降低血脂的功效,有助于提高机体 免疫力;
二、本发明通过在饲料添加剂中加入抗性淀粉,抗性淀粉是一类在小肠 内不被消化吸收,在大肠中能被肠道菌群发酵利用的新型优质膳食纤维,近 年来研究显示抗性淀粉参与调节肠道菌群平衡和促进短链脂肪酸的产生,有 助于改善肠道通透性和减轻炎症反应,从而在一定程度上促进宿主肠道健康, 有助于减少肥胖,提高生猪瘦肉率;
三、本发明通过在饲料添加剂中加入洪桉樟纯露,洪桉樟纯露含有桉叶 油素,能够防治呼吸道疾病;
四、本发明通过在饲料添加剂中加入橘柑粉,其中含有丰富的果酸和柠 檬酸,它能开胃消食也能促进唾液分泌液等多种消化液分泌,对维持宿主的 消化系统健康有一定好处,对食欲不振和消化不良有特别明显的缓解作用, 另外它还能加快宿主体内抗体合成,并能增强免疫功能。

具体来说,多穗石柯老叶提取物的制备方法如下:
第一步:将多穗石柯叶老叶粉碎;
第二步:将第一步中粉碎后的多穗石柯叶老叶用60-90℃热水浸泡1-3小 时,滤除废渣;
第三步:将第二步中的滤液减压浓缩;
第四步:对第三步中的浓缩液进行喷雾干燥得到多穗石柯提取物。
具体来说,橘柑粉的制备方法如下:
第一步:将干柑橘皮粉碎至80目;
第二步:将第一步中粉碎后的干柑橘皮用5-20倍体积的热水浸泡1-3小 时,热水的温度为60-90℃,然后将浸泡液通过200目过滤;
第三步:滤液减压浓缩至原体积1/5-1/3;
第四步:对第三步中的浓缩液喷雾干燥得到橘柑粉。
饲料添加剂的配制方法:将多穗石柯老叶提取、抗性淀粉、适量的橘柑 粉混匀后,制得饲料固体添加剂,在调制时添加洪桉樟纯露,混匀后即可得 到饲料添加剂。
实施例1
将多穗石柯老叶提取物5份、抗性淀粉5份进行混匀,在调制时添加洪 桉樟纯露92份,混匀后即可得到饲料添加剂A。
饲料添加剂A有助于帮助生猪降低血脂、提高免疫力,极大的提高瘦肉 率,同时可以防治呼吸道疾病。
实施例2
将多穗石柯老叶提取物5份、抗性淀粉5份、橘柑粉5份进行混匀,在 调制时添加洪桉樟纯露92份,混匀后即可得到饲料添加剂B。
饲料添加剂B有助于帮助生猪降低血脂、提高免疫力,极大的提高瘦肉 率,同时可以防治呼吸道疾病,增强生猪的免疫功能。

第二步:将第一步中粉碎后的干柑橘皮用5-20倍体积的热水浸泡1-3小时,热水的温度为60-90℃,然后将浸泡液通过200目过滤;
第三步:滤液减压浓缩至原体积1/5-1/3;
第四步:对第三步中的浓缩液喷雾干燥得到橘柑粉。
