The door leaf positioning and sealing device 90 has the advantages that all parts in the door leaf positioning and sealing device 90 are welded in a combined mode, the welding workload is small, deformation is small, and heat treatment is not needed after welding, so that the door leaf positioning and sealing device 90 is suitable for rapid and mass production, and the materials and the thicknesses of the materials adopted by the door leaf positioning and sealing device 90 are determined according to the size of a door opening; the main functions of the seal groove 93 include: 1) installing sealing strips, 2) positioning wall hinge mounting holes, 3) positioning movable doorsills and 4) positioning locking holes.
The auxiliary tool 50 is mainly used for fixing the door leaf positioning sealing device 90, the auxiliary tool 50 is used as an independent module to conveniently adjust the horizontal and vertical directions, and meanwhile, the auxiliary tool 50 is also used as a template to ensure the horizontal and vertical directions in the matching surface of the wall body and the door leaf, and the outer wall surface 61 of the wall body is more attached to the inner wall surface 77 of the door leaf; after the auxiliary tool 50 is removed, i.e. after demolding, the auxiliary tool 50 can be repeatedly used.
The door leaf positioning and sealing method and the door leaf positioning and sealing device for the civil air defense door can ensure accurate positioning of the sealing groove, the hinge box, the locking hole and the valve sill, reduce the steel consumption, reduce the cost, increase the contact area of the door leaf and the wall body and avoid stress concentration. The auxiliary tool 50 in the civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method can be disassembled for repeated use.
The cement-based nanocomposite contains quartz sand and steel fibers, but does not contain pebbles. The cement-based nanocomposite is, for example, a cement-based nanocomposite disclosed in the applicant's prior invention patent CN 201410791309-a cement-based nanocomposite and a method for preparing the same.
In the prior art steel door frame, its seal groove alone sets up the one side that is close to people's air defense door leaf on steel door frame, and its seal groove can not be with its locking box lug connection, and its locking box sets up in the main part of steel door frame, namely the locking box sets up in the steel door frame one side that keeps away from people's air defense door leaf.

the civil air defense door leaf (70) comprises a door leaf main body (71), the cross section of the door leaf main body (71) is rectangular, an embedded lifting lug (72) is arranged at the top of the door leaf main body (71), and a lock embedded part is arranged at the side close position of the door leaf main body (71); the door leaf main body (71) is formed by pouring a reinforcement cage and a cement-based nanocomposite, and the door leaf main body (71) is not provided with a steel ladle edge; a connecting sleeve (76) is pre-buried on one vertical side edge of the door leaf main body (71), and the connecting sleeve (76) is used for being connected with a movable hinge and finally is used for movably connecting the civil air defense door leaf (70) on the wall body (60); the civil air defense door leaf (70) also comprises a pre-buried door leaf sealing ring (79);
the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) is arranged in the wall body and used with the civil air defense door leaf (70), and the civil air defense door leaf (70) has a sealing effect when being closed; the door leaf positioning sealing device comprises a lower support (91) horizontally arranged in the length direction, valve sill mounting boxes (92) are respectively arranged above two ends of the lower support (91) in the length direction, a door-shaped sealing groove (93) is arranged above the valve sill mounting boxes (92), a locking box (94) which can be matched with a door lock of a civil air defense door leaf is arranged on the sealing groove (93), and a hinge mounting box (95) for connecting hinge of the civil air defense door leaf is further arranged on one vertical side edge of the sealing groove (93); the door leaf positioning sealing device is used for being embedded in a wall body (60) around a door opening, and the outer end face of a groove body outer end face of a sealing groove (93) of the door leaf positioning sealing device is used for being arranged flush with an outer wall surface (61) of the wall body;
in the sealing method, a sealing glue (80) is filled in the sealing groove (93), and when the civil air defense door leaf (70) is closed, one surface of the civil air defense door leaf (70) provided with a door leaf sealing ring (79), namely a door leaf inner wall surface (77), is matched with the outer end surface of the sealing groove (93) and the outer wall surface (61) of the wall body in a fitting way; the door leaf sealing ring (79) is inserted into the sealing groove (93), and the door leaf sealing ring (79) is pressed into the sealing glue (80) or pressed into the sealing glue (80), and the door leaf sealing ring (79) is matched with the sealing glue (80) to jointly complete sealing; the locking executive component in the lock embedded component is used for being connected with the locking box (94) in a matching way, and the movable hinge connected in the connecting sleeve (76) is used for being connected with the hinge mounting box (95);

s2, connecting a door leaf positioning sealing device (90) with an auxiliary tool (50), wherein the auxiliary tool (50) is used for supporting and fixing the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) when the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) is installed, and the auxiliary tool (50) comprises a tool lower frame (51), a tool left frame (52), a tool upper frame (53) and a tool right frame (54), and the four frames are welded into a rectangle matched with the door leaf positioning sealing device (90); an upper sealing plate (55) and a lower sealing plate (56) for fixing the hinge mounting box (95) are arranged on the left frame (52) or the right frame (54) of the tool; the tool frame and the sealing plate are connected and fixed with a door leaf positioning sealing device (90) through fixing bolts (57); tool disassembly nuts (58) are further arranged on the left tool frame (52), the upper tool frame (53) and the right tool frame (54), the tool disassembly nuts (58) are welded on the frames, through holes are formed in the frames at positions corresponding to the tool disassembly nuts (58), and tool disassembly bolts (59) matched with the tool disassembly nuts (58) can penetrate through the through holes; and in step S2 the tool disassembly bolt (59) can be connected in the tool disassembly nut (58) but does not pass through the tool disassembly nut (58) and the through hole on the frame;
s3, placing the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) and the auxiliary tool (50) at a set position of the wall body;
s4, setting a tool temporary support (62) for the auxiliary tool (50);
s5, fixing a tool temporary support (62) after the adjustment is completed by adjusting the horizontal and vertical auxiliary tools (50);
s6, sequentially finishing door opening mold sealing, wall casting and mold removing;
s7, removing the tool temporary support (62) and the auxiliary tool (50); and the auxiliary tool (50) is removed by removing the fixing bolt (57) to separate the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) from the auxiliary tool (50); rotating each tool dismounting bolt (59) so that the free end of each tool dismounting bolt (59) passes through the through hole and then can be pressed on the door leaf positioning sealing device (90), and then ejecting the auxiliary tool (50) from the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) and the wall body (60) which are fixed together; and then the auxiliary tool (50) is taken down.

The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, wherein four corners of the door leaf main body (71) are subjected to chamfering treatment; the lock embedded parts are arranged at two vertical edges close to the door leaf main body (71), three lock embedded parts are arranged on each vertical edge from top to bottom, and the three lock embedded parts are an upper lock embedded part (73), a middle lock embedded part (74) and a lower lock embedded part (75) in sequence; the movable hinge of the door leaf is connected to the connecting sleeve (76) through a bolt, and is used for aligning with the movable hinge connected to the wall body, so that the civil air defense door leaf (70) can be opened and closed around the pin shaft after the pin shaft is inserted; the number of the pre-buried connecting sleeves (76) is more than two.

The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, wherein a valve sill mounting box (92) and a sealing groove (93) of the door leaf positioning and sealing device (90) are both welded with a lower support (91), and the locking box (94) and the hinge mounting box (95) are also welded on the sealing groove (93); the door leaf positioning sealing device (90) is made of stainless steel; at least two hinge mounting boxes (95) for connecting the hinge of the door leaf of the civil air defense door are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the same vertical side edge of the door leaf positioning sealing device; the lower support (91) is made of angle steel.
5. The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of assembling a civil air defense door leaf (70) and accessories.
6. The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, wherein the lower frame (51), the left frame (52), the upper frame (53) and the right frame (54) are made of angle steel, and the fixing bolt (57) comprises a split screw and a nut.
7. The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, wherein the installation distance between the tool dismounting bolts (59) is 400-800 mm.
8. The civil air defense door leaf positioning and sealing method according to claim 1, wherein the length of the screw of the tool dismounting bolt (59) is greater than twice the thickness of the frame.
